Absolutely unprofessional and they do not fill prescriptions on time or even give notice on why the prescription is delayed. Nothing, just stare at you until you walk away. This place needs to close. There isnt a professional in the pharmacy. Absolutely uncaring and cold. DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE.

Had Surgery Tuesday, morning. Tuesday, afternoon Doctor ordered medication through CVS to prevent infection after Surgery. Wednesday, late afternoon, medication was not ready. Had to contact Doctors office to re-order medication with Walgreens. Horrible service. CVS Petersburg, need to learn the importance of medication. Medication is a life saving measure. Unsurprisingly, this CVS, happens to be located in a predominately black community.

I never felt so racially profiled in my life!! I go to pick up medicine for my mom and on the way to the pharmacy I pick up hair dye I was being monitored the whole time until I got to the register the two employees was whispering as I got to the register to say she gon steal !! Tuhhh I got 2 jobs and all Black ppl don’t steal I paid for my items and I turned and said I’ll take my business elsewhere

Have been trying to get through to the pharmacy department for 3+ days now & NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!! Unreal. I will be switching all of my prescriptions to Walgreens’s. Just ridiculous.

I hate that everyone gives this CVS such a hard time. They are one of the only places to get Rx in Petersburg and their volume is huge. I admire all the people in the pharmacy who are always slammed and have an annoying phone line that never stops ringing. I would lose my mind. They have always been very pleasant to me. Lets give them more kindness and compassion and appreciation for doing their part to keep our community healthy! I know I wouldnt last a day there and am grateful to them for always giving my family and I the medicines we need.

The worst place to EVER get your medication from! They will text you it’s ready, you make sure and call before leaving your house, get there and it’s still not filled!!! Come back after they tell you to and you’re still waiting!!!

I walked in and wasnt acknowledged, even though two employees were at the front. Not a big deal. I grab my items and head to the front and NO ONE TO BE FOUND. I stood patiently for minutes and then just put the items down and left.

So today I picked up my baby’s medicine to go home and find out the seal was broken and both bottles where leaking through the paper bag……

I stopped by CVS on Crater Rd in Petersburg to get some drinks and was excited to see that Monsters were on sale for $4.49 a case. I get to the register and it is being rung up as $19.79. I asked the cashier about the price difference and she got another employee Linktera to check on the price. No biggie i take her to it and she looks at all the different prices and tells me that NONE of the prices are correct. She states that she cant charge me the lower price . I asked for the manager she states that she is the manager and that the price for the monsters is indeed $19.79 and she would not be able to change it. So I asked how a customer is supposed to know what the prices are and she states that there is nothing that she can do even though ALL the prices are listed wrong. None of the price tags listed were over $7.00. SMH I guess the customer supposed to agree for them to charge any random price.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! My meds are never ready when they are suppose to be, the lady in the pharmacy dept. was very rude with a nasty attitude!! Why come to work if you don’t like talking to ppl or working with ppl?!?! Ugh I’m switching pharmacy’s after today

The customer service in the pharmacy is deplorable. They do not serve people in the order in which they arrive and the techs also refuse to stop and help people in a timely manner. Its been this way for too many years. Get it together! I will be going across the street to rite aid from now on.

Worst pharmacy I have EVER been to. Most of staff are extremely rude and they take DAYS to fill your perscriptions. If you value your time along with staff that are professional and curtious, dont take your perscriptions here. Needless to say I will not be returning to this store.

I will NEVER!! fill anything here again. I pulled up at the window at 8:48pm rung the bell 4 or 5 times nobody came to the window to help me nor tell me to hold on atlease. They kept walking past the window like I wasnt there. By then I was irritated and it was 8:58pm, I had to go in to pick it up. And my rx still wasnt ready!!

I wish I could give them 0 stars! I get soooo frustrated whenever I come here. Please take the day off of work or do not plan anything else if you have to come to this pharmacy because they are all ridiculously slow!!!!!!!!! I thought Walmart’s pharmacy was slow and here is even worse. The employees do not seem to care about customer service and there must be no management whatsoever because they are allowed to wander around aimlessly looking lost and confused while poor customers wait almost an hour in line just to drop off or pick up a RX. This pharmacy needs to be closed ASAP!!!!!

CVS has taken over accounts from Kirkpatricks Pharmacy without former clients of Kirkpatricks even being notified. I am extremely unhappy with how CVS has handled my prescription and would never recommend them to anyone. They have been difficult to work with, refuse to cooperate to send my prescription elsewhere, and I spent an entire day trying to reach them with no one bothering to pick up until nearly 7 pm, when it is too late to get my refill to another pharmacy.

This is definitely not a recommended pharmacy to go to. There is major attitude issues and no one really to help you.There really is only one person I feel comfortable enough to come to and thats the only reason why Im still at CVS instead of another pharmacy. Ive been going there for years.I had a situation via my insurance company and I needed it to be resolved so I can receive my prescription. Instead of someone trying to pull records and make a simple phone call to help me figure out what happened, I was told by a smart mouthed female that she cannot help me and Im basically stuck not getting my pills.This person had an answer for everything except for what I was truly searching.Ive explained myself multiple times and STILL she kept repeating the same response. Im not sure if it was because she didnt know or she just didnt feel like finding out for me. Either way, Im very disappointed.Youre on your own if you want to find decent help. Its really always been that way...

This people work very hard and I know that so I try to smile and be nice when stopping by.

By far the worst pharmacy. I will be going to a different pharmacy from now on. They have two pickup windows but only one has been working for a long long long time. Prescriptions arent ready when they say they will be. I can go on and on about the bad service everytime I come here. Well this is the last time.

The blonde girl Stephanie behind the pharmacy counter is rude as all get out, she doesnt want to help you if issues arise, shell just send you to the drop off/consultation area. She also talks over you. This person also states that the app isnt reliable, that it doesnt give accurate info, etc....well it didnt make the errors that she did! If the app is so bad, why have it? Its been fine so far, even down to the RX price. Btw, they REALLY need to start checking birthdates and verify that they MATCH the patient, because they almost gave my mother a prescription that wasnt hers! Same name, different birth date. Luckily, I caught it...but suppose someone senile did not notice? You could kill someone! Shes already had two complaints against her, why they keep her is beyond me! Guess they do not care, as the corporate office did NOTHING about my complaint, neither did the store.

I know the staff works long hours in this store with little help. I am thankful for all the do .

Would be better if the second drive thru line was open
