Chuck was very professional and honest. He committed to fixing my automobile & met his deadline. He stayed within the amount he quoted for the repair. I haven’t had any problems with my vehicle since he worked on it. Definitely will continue to take my vehicles to him for repairs and maintenance.

Im kind of a picky guy when it comes to money and trust. I try to get my own experience first hand rather than just taking ones word. Called these guys to work on my truck but needed to drop it off before they opened. They made arrangements to be there early and gave me an out the door price and time it would be complete. Cut me a deal to keep me within the budget i had set aside for the project. Called me when the truck was finished which was 30 minutes of original puck up time. Price was to the penny of what was discussed and job was done very neat an professional. I didnt have dirty fingerprints and smudge marks all over my vehicle like has happened other places. This says a lot since my vehicles always go to the dealer for work / servicing. Unfortunately the dealer doesnt do custom exaust. Being a business owner of 21 years, i understand references mean a lot as well as the fact that pleasing everyone is impossible. With that being said, i will recommend these guys to all my customers, family, friends. Thank you and i have already had many compliments on what you did on my truck.

V.I.P. one word WOW! They go above and beyond. I own several cars from rotary, to piston drive. Chuck and his crew have worked on all of them. From mechanical questions just being help, to exhaust, suspension, transmission work, and tuning. They go above and beyond. I had my exhaust done at a very reputable shop and got rapped almost $300!! The worst part was it was still not right. .25 smaller diameter than I asked for. Chuck, and his crew took all the old pipping off, Added Vband clamps, and replaced it with some of the cleanest welds Ive seen. They also allowed me to paint it while it was on the rack all for less than half the price of the other shop. I come to V.I.P for anything I can not do myself very knowledgeable staff, and very friendly. I am confident enough to tell all my friends give them a shot. 5***** no doubt on that. All these negative comments are probably from people with trash vehicles who dont know how to work on them.

On my way to my boyfriend’s viewing in Lawrenceville, my car started to slow down and run hot on the highway. I got of the nearest exit and pulled into the shop. I didn’t know what to do or how I was going to make it on time to the ceremony. I was crashed and A crying mess!! I explained my situation to the owner and he I shirred me that he could fix the truck in 30 minutes. He actually ended up fixing it a little faster than that I couldn’t thank him enough. I made it in time with plenty of room to spare!!! Wonderful service!!

And you admit you forgot about my car and you usually write on your work board across from your desk, you complain that I was calling you too much after about three weeks. You always said you got busy with another build. So you dont have to ask me to have coffee or any thing else. You did not charge me nothing for nothing. I hope you stay in business. But Im old school and brought you a diamond 1987 crx old school Honda and that is what I presented to you. I didnt want a ricer. It is all stock and I wanted it just be a daily driver. If you run your business the way you treated me, in a year or two that location will be vacant. Soo write you jabs back at me for your own faults. Customers get in writing what work and what time frame it is to be finished. Chuck might do you right to others you but didnt for me. If anyone wants more details just ask. Chuck you and I know you did me wrong.

One of the few shops in town that does not have a source to get information on cars as he thinks he can fix anything by himself. That would concern me if I had a car problem. His ego could cost you money.
