Sam went out of his way to help me out with a special project which turned out great.

Dont go here if you expect to get help and be respected as a person! They are unprofessional and rude.Theyre horrible horrible people and I will never walk back into this store.Dont go here for anything theyre horrible and rude!!!

They claim online that theyre open Sundays. Theyre not.

Update your hours! Four people tried to go to the store not including myself, and they were closed during posted business hours.

It really depends on who you interact with here. I’ve had times where the staff is so helpful and willing when it comes to shipping a large amount of items. And there has also been times where the staff pretty much asks you to come back another day so they don’t have to deal with the hassle. If there was another fedex office closer to me, I would probably not come here.

I needed a memorial handout quickly with nice photos and pretty font for my Mothers celebration and Sam was awesome! He took the time to help me, he designed it, printed it and had it all back to me in a few hours. It was such a load off my mind and the family loved it. THANK YOU

Any shop can occasionally be short-staffed, but my experiences here have been excellent - their main guy, David, is super competent, and really a nice guy - and from the entire staff, the quality of printing, and of caring for packages shipped has been excellent - a real resource for my business. My suggestion, like with your own scheduling of staff and resources, is to give them time to do their job, and youll get the same excellent results that Im getting. Highly recommended.

Quick & friendly service.

There was the apparently prerequisite 10 minute wait, but this store was able to get our wine box shipped back home where The UPS Store was not. Other than the short wait, service was polite and efficient.

Usually I go here to print everything because the assistant manager knows what hes doing. When I went yesterday though he wasnt there and some new lady was there. She was incredibly rude and didnt know how to print things; she was going to charge me 7.50 to resize an image when normally its done for free, since you can you know, change the way the image prints without any extra effort at all if you dont convert it to a PDF for some reason first. She clearly has no clue what she is doing and has no business working there. She was either trained poorly or not at all. Dont think Ill be coming back again. Its a shame too, but her being rude was just the icing on the cake. Congrats to FedEx on my first ever one star review.

Read the other reviews here and did not witness any of the lack of service as mentioned. I walked in there at 11:45 on a monday. Stood in a one person line for about 30 seconds before an employee asked if I needed any help. Mentioned I needed a passport pic and she gladly helped me. To grab her camera,setup the backdrop and a chair for me to sit in while taking the pic took all of 5 minutes. She even asked me if the finished pic was OK as if she was willing to take another if I did not like it. I said it was fine because the TSA are the only people that would see it. I paid her and was out of there in less than 20 minutes. Printing the pics took probably the longest time only because printers can only print glossy pics so fast....I had a great experience there. Recommend it to anyone wanting a passport pic...

Worst service ever Chinese lady with glasses saw me at the door and ran away from me like she wasn’t trying to be bothered either that or just an angry lady. the neck tattoo lady I believe her name was tany wasn’t to happy to help looked bothered, horrible personality or didn’t have one at all. The big blonde lady wasn’t trying to help either she looked like she was in lala land. The old guy with glasses and ponytail well he was just there who knows for what because he looked tired and ready to go home.

Katelyn is awesome. She took care of me professionally and even rushed my order when she definitely could have said I needed to wait. It made all the difference for my meeting -Thank you Katelyn!

After having gone to this location on 3 separate occasions, I see the lack of efficient service is a chronic problem. Whether you are sending a package or simply buying a product, expect a 10 to 15 minute wait before you will be checcked out. The store seems to be consistantly understaffed.

I have used Fed Ex for the last 4-5 years, in various parts of the country. This branch in Petaluma must be the worst of all branches. Even here, the past year I have given benefit of the doubt but my last experience here sealed the deal for me! There is always a long line of customers waiting, the office is always short of employees, the ones who are available are mostly incompetent. I actually wonder how this office is still in business! I am moving my business to UPS instead, thank you East Washington branch you made this decision pretty easy for me!

Went today and got great service from Jorge... Passport photo, printing and shipping services. He was prompt, friendly and super helpful!

Nice equipment easy to use. Staff helpful but I rarely need their assistance.

Blegh. Came here to print stuff, had a USB flash drive with some PDF documents to print. The Print&Go stations wouldnt read the flash drive, and the dudes computer behind the desk said the drive was empty, but I confirmed when I got home that the drive read just fine on my Mac and had all the files there. Then I tried emailing the files to them to use the retrieval code method, went back in, and was able to get 23 out of 30 PDFs to print, the other ones read back an error code and I had to have a dude print them manually behind the desk. I spent about a hour of my day today doing what I could have done in 2 minutes if I was smart enough to own a printer. I will not be so foolish again!

I went yesterday and Steven was extremely knowledgeable about everything I needed.

Woefully understaffed. Staff member was very disorientated . Ended up going to Staples for my copying needs.

Self service printing took forever and I was ignored by the employees when the kiosk appeared to be frozen.

Quick, efficient, courteous service, open late!
