Made my move far better for sure.Given the times we face these days a fresh example of humanity’s best is very comforting. I would go back again if I needed any moving supplies.

I’ve had a storage unit here for the last 4 years and they’re great. The location is awesome, it’s right off the 101 and easy to access and the staff has always been super friendly. I usually work with Samantha and she’s amazing, she’s so sweet and is always willing to help!

So I’m now at a public storage had a terrific times here talking to the manager Marie she is very pleasant and everything’s going great and the woman is very knowledgeable at what she does, she definitely needs a raise I’m giving you five stars because I am happy with the storage facility that I got was a 10 x 15. I will recommend all my friends about public storage!!!

Great storage . I’ve stored here for awhile. Mi English isn’t very good. But the boy upfront help me a lot and tried his hardest to understand my question. But he did finally get my receipt for me. He speak ok Spanish. Best experience I’ve had at this place.

The highest prices Ive seen combine with totally arbitrary, unposted rules you would only know if you were a mind reader and the fact the there have been numerous break ins that sound like inside jobs make me not want to do business with Public Storage anymore.

Drew A. Was very helpful today and went above and beyond my expectations with the lock on my storage unit. Not only did he help with the lock but he swept the leaves that had collected in the door and sprayed it he runners with WD-40 so the door slides really well.

Saw a sign for moving supplies on Lakeville as I was driving to work this morning. I was happy to hear a nice person on the other line when I called to make sure it was for the same place. When I stopped by after work, Samantha greeted me with great professionalism and she really knew her stuff. She showed me exactly what I would need to use to move and keep my stuff looking fresh. Highly Recommended!This was the first time renting a storage unit due to us being forced to move. So we had to put the extra storage somewhere. Samantha at the front desk was super nice. i found her to be friendly, professional, responsive and helpful. The facility is clean, secure and appears to be well run. Not enough good things to say about Sam at Baywood PS! She was so helpful during my visit and went above and beyond to help me.
