My experience was very positive. Ive never bought a mattress before or ever walked into a mattress store. I walked in and within a moment or two an employee was asking me questions and helping me find what I was looking for... There was no pressure and the employees made me feel right at home. Everything was quick and simple after I was able to enjoy a couple nice and comfortable beds while I got the run down of theyre individual features.... Highly recommended and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable
