I was very impressed with the Mattress Firm in Petaluma. Soren gave me a very personalized experience. It did not take long to zero in on the mattress for me. Then to find out that it could be delivered in 2 days was the icing on the cake!!I would recommend this store and salesperson to everyone!

Wow! We went in to learn a little about a mattress and got the gold standard experience. Aristotle was able to walk us through the decision process. We tried each mattress and walked out knowing exactly what would work!

The people who work there are nice! Thats all i have positive to say about mattress firm. It was a nightmare working with this place. I spent $1700 on a mattress, boxspring and mattress protector. I have a really bad back and am very sensitive to what i sleep on. I picked out a mattress that i thought might work for me. I ended up not even being able to sleep on it because it hurt my back so bad. I was under the impression that if i wanted to return it.... It would only be $99 (i asked the lady how much it would be to return it and she said just call me if you want to return it). I was so wrong. Well it is $99 to return it.. There was also a restocking fee of $260. The lady didnt include the boxspring in the return and the $50 mattress protector is not returnable. So im stuck with those. I paid cash and was told the return would be in the form of a check that would take 7-10 days to get. They picked up the mattress the day after i called. I didnt get the refund for A FULL MONTH.I ended up only getting $1130 back out of $1700 and i had to sleep on a makeshift bed that killed my back for a month while waiting for my return!I ended up buying a bed from costco for about $700. I love it... And free returns if i didnt. I will never buy from a mattress company again! They have a great scam going! I paid alot of money to learn this lesson!

The sales person who greeted us was friendly, attentive and very well informed. We got a good price for a good mattress and we are very happy to sleep in a bed that is better for our bodies!! I’d give five stars if all the options were eco-friendly.

Shopped around at different stores, it was the best deal as well as the fastest delivery, next day. Over all It was a good deal and they deliver the mattress the next day. I would go to this specific location again for a mattress.

It seems like there are so many mattress options and he clarified all of the differences and helped us hone in on the models that fit our preferences. I felt comfortable with the Covid protocols in place: there were masks worn, protective sheets for mattress testing, and ample air flow in the showroom. We had our new bed within 48 hours of purchase! Aristotle gave us expert and super-friendly service and I would definitely recommend.

Ov we rall, it was a good buying experience and Arustitle was informed and pleasant to work with. We did have some issues afterwards when we noticed that our order was short 1 pillow. We called probably 5 times. Twice we left messages with the question, nobody got back to us. 3 times we called and no one picked up the phone. When we finally got in touch wit Aristotle, he was unaware that wed called with a problem that needed to be addressed. He made good on the issue and we were happy. But someone needs customer service and follow through lessons.

After a truly disappointing move where the movers put my bed back together missing many pieces and a bed collapsing to the floor I had to order another bed! In my ordering haste (and anger at the moving company) an error was made which I was able to get remedied through matress firm without leaving my home. They gave me a great deal and made an awful situation better.

I really needed a new pillow and have not had much luck ordering on line. I was surprised at the limited selection and $$$. I did choose a new pillow (even tho it was about 2x what I hoped to spend) and am hoping it will work - as there are no returns! It is still off-gassing so hopefully will get to try soon. I don’t know if I would choose Mattress Firm again.

Paul was very helpful. I talked to him on the phone first wanting to buy a mattress without coming in the store. He was very helpful but as a final recommendation he thought I should come in the store and at least try the mattress. He told me they were wearing masks and social distancing so I came in. He had me try a couple of the mattresses and told me the pros and cons based on my needs. So my experience with Paul was excellent. I cannot tell you about my experience with the mattresses because they won’t arrive for a week.

My husband and I went mattress shopping together for the first time today. The first store we walked into (not mattress firm) the sales associate only tried to sell us mattresses that WAY exceeded what we were looking to spend. On our way home we decided to give it another try and stopped at mattress firm. I am so glad we did! James was amazing. He was super helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain/answer the many questions I had. After finding the mattress I loved Jarod said the free Adjustable Bed Frame was out of stock for almost 3 weeks but that they would loan me a foundation till they could deliver it. 1 week later they called to say my frame was now in stock and it was delivered 2 days later. I very happy with my decision to buy from Mattress Firm.

I had never bought a bed before, and had no idea what was going on with mattresses and such these days, so when I went in, I was completely overwhelmed. A gentleman named Aristotle (no, seriously; he actually showed me his license to prove it) came over and TOTALLY took care of me. He showed me softness vs. firmness, and took me around to a new bed every time I gave him feedback.By the fifth one, it was perfect! And then he even showed me the difference between the top of the line model or an above average one, so I would know to not waste money on something that was only mildly better.I was, quite honestly, shocked by how well it went. I was expecting much, MUCH worse when I walked in. And my sleep has been so much improved!

I generally dislike going to purchase items that require salesman and I thought I would have the same experience as walking in to a car dealership and boy was I glad to be wrong. We bought a mattress and a movable base. Our mattress turned out to be damaged-and we decided to return the movable base for a regular box spring. They came to deliver a new set and the box spring was damaged. Next delivery, they came and it was a queen size instead of a king. The 3RD time, the delivery drivers had the right things but could not take the first mattress or base because they didnt have it listed on invoice order. So, we are still waiting to hear from John W., the manager. All Sleep Train has offered us for 3 days worth of waiting for them (in a 4 hour window) is $200 off. Nathan, the sales guy, was never available to talk and always late to return calls. Les also went back and forth with us on the phone! We now are returning everything and going elsewhere!!!

I was searching all over the internet and Bay Area for the right bed, and didnt want to get ripped off for it. Im totally okay paying some profit to a company and understand that they need to make a profit to stay in business, but didnt want to overpay 1000 percent. Every mattress store that I had visited made me feel like they were trying to slimeball me and influence me into a purchase. This place is different, and Aristotle is that difference! I felt the moment that I walked in to this store that Aristotle genuinely cared about my needs. I explained what I needed and wanted to him and he was super low pressure, not like the other mattress stores, and I feel like actually helped me with what I needed. I loved that Aristotle is a local Petaluman too because I went to school and lived in Petaluma for awhile, and we could talk about things in the area and kill time why I tried out different bed sets. I recommend Aristotle and this mattress store as THE place to buy your bed!
