Our experience at Reliable was all positive. We were treated so well and had everything explained to us about the repair to out car. The work was done in a very timely manner. When we picked up the car it looked like the day we purchased it. Not only was the damage from the accident fixed but even the inside was vacuumed and cleaned. We were so pleased with the way we were treated and the quality of the work. I highly recommend relreliable you will be totally satisfied.

I went to Reliable Auto Collision after my wife got into a car accident. I was looking for an honest mechanic with no time to spare because my wife was pregnant and we only have a Jeep. Mitch was great to work with, he is straight forward, professional, and gives an honest price. Our car had extensive damage in the front, Mitch was able to work with the insurance to make sure that every defective part was replaced. We got back our jeep in only a few weeks, and it looks great! I have been a customer of Reliable Auto Collision for several years. Mitch is incredibly professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He is my go to person for any repair work in both my cars. I strongly recommend him and his shop. His prices are very reasonable, specially with the superb quality of his work. Recently, I had issues with my battery and alternator and thought that they need to be replaced. Scratch on my front bumper, we negotiated a good price and even though it was promised to be ready the next day they agreed to have it done at the end of the day I went to get the work done. They finished it at noon instead, I was surprised and happy they worked on it right away since I needed it ASAP. Owner is a cool guy tries his best to get what you need and is reasonable. If I ever need something again Im going back

Earlier this year I was involved in a fender bender.Some lady wasn’t paying attention and rammed me from the back which caused me to hit the vehicle in front of me.what started as a mild inconvenience omw to work,turned into a nightmare as this woman was uninsured and my vehicle, which looked fine,was damaged internally..I decided to uber and take pub transportation for the following weeks while my insurance investigated the incident..One day an Uber driver suggested Reliable Auto,He said he trusted them with his life and boy was that NOT an overstatement.These guys took care of me,kept me updated and had my car almost brand new when I got it back.When it felt like all other variables were working against me, including my insurance which tried to cut corners on my repairs; Reliable was the only thing that was consistently working in my favor.THANK you guys and THANK YOU MITCH!

I went to two other shops who insisted I needed new parts, quoting thousands of $$ and repair taking 2-3 weeks. Instead Mitch and the team at Reliable Auto repaired the original parts in under a week, for less than 1/3 of the competition quotes. My car looks brand new. These guys do amazing work. They are friendly, ethical and highly knowledgeable of their craft. From my experience, I would highly recommend.

My car was recently hit in a parking lot and had minor damage. I went to at least 3 other shops for estimates but they were ridiculously high for some minor paint and bumper damage. I found Reliable through Google and went in for an estimate. Mitch was extremely helpful and was able to make suggestions that would bring my total repair bill down. The work was completed very quickly and you cant tell anything happened. I will be going back if I ever need similar work done.

This shop is amazing! Ive lived in this town for 19 years and I have to say out of all the auto mechanics Ive visit in Amboy and out of town this shop by far is the best. Mitch really is an honorable guy and what separates him and this team compared to other auto shops Ive encountered pure honesty.For instance, some shops Ive encountered told me I had over more than one problem with my car after a single repair was completed, however I knew I only had one issue with my car because I keep it in great condition and maintained. in addition, some mechanics will say that you got another issue with the car just so you keep coming back and spending more money on parts that are unnecessarily in need of replacement. The Mechanics that Ive encounter in the past told me i had a few issue with the car without at least showing me the evidence to support their claims, Mitch actually opened my eyes to that fact. He didnt want me to spend any money on parts I dont need unless the parts that ACTUALLY in need of repairs. My car was actually in great shape. What actually was damaged was a couple parts that was connected to my wheel. Mitch and his team pinpointed the issue and showed me the damaged parts after the job was finished so i know i can trust his word 100% and Ill know from the experience he does provides the evidence to back up the claims that way its saving the customer plenty of money and not fixing parts that are not damaged or showing systems of failure.Honestly, I want to continue doing business with Reliable Auto Collision because of their experience, professionalism, honesty, and extremely fair prices.The price Ive gotten was fantastic this was a real big job and Mitch made the price of the repair very satisfactory. His team is very experienced professionals, and this shop has been in business for a very long time so these guys know their craft extremely well. Mitch, the manager of Reliable Auto Collision in Perth Amboy was extremely helpful and respectful. The cars rear bumper had to be replaced and when it was removed, the staff examined the car for other damages. My car was repaired, painted, washed and detailed. It looked like new. Mitch also helped me with a rental and kept the insurance company up-to-date. The service Reliable Auto Collision gave went beyond any other auto service I have used.

This review certainly is very much needed in that given I had only found this shop on google and saw the great reviews, the next day I was bringing my car in for a price quote. I would like to mention that I am a young female and given that I was already expecting to be seen as an easy target. After arriving I felt the complete opposite with Mitch. His mannerisms and professionalism made me feel very comfortable and as if I was in good hands with him. He was very patient with me and took the time to look at my badly wrecked vehicle and tell me exactly what his guys would do to fix my vehicle. Everything that he told me he needed to do was quoted in the price and I was shown on his computer screen while he actually input every piece that needed to be replaced or fixed and assured me that his products were CAPA certified. I felt Mitch was being completely transparent with me and had my best interest at heart without sacrificing the quality. I must say that this transparency continue to the time that I called to inform him that he may order the parts to start working on my car. Mitch informed me that whatever he quoted me would be the price that I would pay when I pick the car up and I quote not a cent more. I must say that after picking my vehicle up and seeing how brand new it looked I was truly wowd! I discovered that my right back break light bulb was out. Mitch repaired this for me on the spot at no extra charge this is what I call customer service/etiquette. If every dealership owner was like Mitch I believe nobody would ever be intimidated male or female to go in and get work done. I want to thank Mitch and his team very very much for making a nerve wracking tedious experience an otherwise pleasurable, easy experience. I absolutely recommend Mitch to anybody. Mitch made my car like brand new again! I got in a random accident and was very upset because of the inconvenience this put on me, but Mitch took care of everything with my car, recommended what I should do with my insurance, and called me once everything was ready. Just picked up my 2007 BMW X3 and what an amazing job! The car rides like new! I picked it up within a couple days its sparkling clean and the body work was done so well I cant even tell where the damage was, and they even included an air freshener! Realiable Collision in Perth amboy is by far one of the best body shops in Central Jersey. When I brought my Toyota Avalon there for an estimate, Mitish greeted me right away and took time to come outside to look at my damaged car. He was very polite and professional through the whole process and kept me informed through the whole thing. The crew handled all the details with my insurance. Mitish even took pictures of all the damaged parts of my vehicle and the process on the repairs. Everything went as smooth as possible and I am willing to work with in the future for all automotive repair needs. This shop really knows what they are doing. They provided great work they helped get back in the car as quickly as possible without losing focus on quality and the environment. Genuine OEM parts were ordered and put on the car along with making sure all sensors were operational and the coat of paint.Would recommend to anyone that needs to have body work on either an expensive or not expensive car. I sent my Mercedes to the shop from a recommendation and I was very happy with the service and the timely fashion the work was completed the owner kept me abreast all the way through the process and my car came out looking great just like before the collision I recommand this shop to all

My experience was the worst and had no other choice but to take my time and share this horrible experience.When they finished the first time there was large drip marks, overspray, bumps, crooked door handle, and unfinished areas without paint.Mitch did say he would fix and it would take an additional 4 daysHe paid one day of a rental because the car was not ready when he Said he would but I came out of pocket for a Uber to go to work while he fixed the mistakes.When I picked the car up the second time there were more defect to the the paint job, heavy scratches on the windows wich it looked like they were wiped with a super dirty rag. At this point Mitch was aggressive while denying any wrong doing and using intimidation tactics to make me feel ungrateful on what he consider doing me a favor. I can keep going but I hope you readers out there get the point. My advice is stay away from this place.
