Everyone that has been negatively impacted by this business needs to stop what they are doing and contact the BBB. This company towed my car on a Sunday from the parking lot of the church I was attending. After the ceremony I went to get my car and it was gone, someone had let me know that they saw a towing company take it so I contacted the business they provided. By definition they stole my car, they did not have permission to take it and I was at the church from which they took it. They claimed the business owner contacted them, thats funny because I was with them the whole time. So I track down my car and they have it locked behind a gate and say its $120, CASH ONLY. So I had to go to a bodega down the street and take out the cash and worst off I have no way to recoup the money. When I called the business owner I was basically told to F off because they had me by the balls and I needed my car. This was bullying and thievery at its worst. I pray no one ever has to do business with these thieves. Heres the kicker, they damaged my car during the tow. I will be contacted the BBB and potentially a lawyer, please please please everyone who had to deal with similar experiences do the same. Lets end this corrupt business once and for all.

Jay has one of the best body shop in New Jersey. He is a very hard worker as well as his staff. Very honest, reliable, humble, and does excellent work. He is the only auto body repair shop I will go to as long as Im on this Earth. Thanks for the excellent work you have done on my car, family, and friends car. We truly appreciate you Jay.

Towed my car and at least 3 others on Saturday April 3rd. They tell me $205 to get it out. Cash only. No receipt or documentation. Complete scam

J&J repaired my truck rapidly, at a very fair price. They even fixed a couple of things that were not part of the estimate. Only took a few days, and my truck looks like new! I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else.

Place is a rip off. They literally sit and wait for exactly one hour to pass to tow you. I was 5 mins late running to my car and they ended up towing it. They definitely stuck with people and do not give anyone a break. Losers!

JJ Auto Body did a great job of installing and painting a passenger side mirror. You would never know the difference. I would highly recommend this business.
