Service is nice. Owner has always been friendly and helpful. The only thing is the Inventory has decreased. Since this is the only beauty supply that caters to black hair products, It would be nice to have more options on wigs, weaving/braiding hair, synthetic/human and product like back in the day.

Ive known Mr. Paul ever since Moreno Valley, when I was about 15 or so. Mom and Paul are GREAT FRIENDS, PAULS STAFF ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, KIND AND THEY MAKE US ALL FEEL AS THOUGH WERE FAMILY.

I love this place for anything beauty related. They have a variety of hair color, hair products/supplies, makeup, nail supplies, etc. Its even got a hair salon in there Its not that big of a store but its big enough to not feel overwhelming. Prices are good, its clean and the staff is friendly and they have great customer service skills.

Helpful with Products, and if He dont have something just tell him hell forsure get it‼️ 💙

I commute from Lake Elsinore to J. C. Beauty Supply and Salon. They cater to ALL HAIR TYPES. The Owner/Staff are always helpful & professional when I stop by. I usually find what I need here. The only product they didnt have a variety of was braiding hair for kids. I give a 5 star for Consistency & being open during this Pandemic.😊

Shelia and Morse are very nice and definitely professional! in doing hair.They treat me with the upmost respect and there services are very nice. There you will be treated like family! Very nice and organized. The owner is very sweet, I had purchased a few things from time to time, including packs of extensions. Some times the quality of the hair brand varies, but Im not sure if that is something that the store should get blamed for or the manufacturer providing the inventory.

This beauty supply is great. They carry everything possible you would need for your hair. And the young lady at the counter is awesome. She knows her stuff, and her hair and makeup is always on fleek status.

I have enjoyed going to this beauty supply for many years. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. Their selection is great and their pricing is comparable or often less than competitors.

Owner is rude. I bought hair products for my daughter and used once. I asked the lady if they do returns/exchanges because its not stated on receipt. She said yes. Went to exchange it and the owner was extremely rude and did no return stating that I need to shop at Walmart and he doesnt have to state on the receipt about returns. Please dont shop here!

All was well until I opened my EZ LACE Lace Front Wig and there layed a DEAD BEETLE BUG! THE LEGS WERE STUCK IN THE HAIR ! ONCE I PICKED MY WIG UP IT FEEL ON MY DANG CARPET! THE LEGS WERE STILL STUCK IN THE WIG PEOPLE!! SO I call to let them know I will be returning with no receipt. The man LAUGHED AND ASKED IF I HAD CUT THE LACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
