If I can give this place no stars I would x1000! The manager Jessica is so horribly rude and has a bad attitude. I feel so bad for how horrible she treats her employees. This store went down hill after the old manager Angelica left. Such a toxic environment.

The store is clean, wasnt crowded at all. The cashier was very helpful and friendly.....nice place to get your beauty supplies.....

Honestly best customer service ever, the girls there are so knowledgeable of the products they sale and even give you tips for hair care. I go to Sally’s very often since I purchase all of my hair care and hair styling products there. Love it, I’ve been to other stores where they tell you “ I can’t tell you because I’ve never use it” as opposed here where the girls always have an answer. Can’t say enough good things about the store or the girls that work there. Definitely best Sally’s store in the Inland Empire.

I had a very good experience at this Sally Beauty, Jennifer was Awesome she helped me on what I needed for hair color. She was always there to help when I needed help in deciding on what hair color to purchase. Jennifer was Awesome!!!

I shop here all the time and it’s always been great, but today i called to ask if there was a specific product in store so i could order it and the woman who answered had such a terrible attitude from the moment she picked up the phone. she did not want to tell me if the product was in stock and she hung up on me when i asked her why. nasty attitude, never shopping here again.

Bad customer service. Looks like teenagers are working here. The girl at the cash register had wild purple hair. Her and her coworker were laughing the whole time and did not help me look for items in which I was looking for. When I went to go and pay, they refused to take my money and claimed that they did not have any change for my bill and that I had to go get change and come back. A store should always have change! But I will never ever go back to this store!

They keep recommending things that do not work out at all. I drive back and fourth just because they dont have any knowledge on hair. I can explain my situatiin and they see my hair but can never help properly.

I went to buy products to dye someones hair for the first time ever. I was very nervous, but the worker they had was very helpful and knowledgable. She helped me pick exactly what I needed. And explained their rewards system una very concise and detailed manner.

Theres a thin line between good customer service & just being completely overbearing:I felt like I was being rushed, because both women working would continuously ask If I needed help/ am I finding everything ok. Totally fine, the first 1 or 2 times; the store is fairly small, and I was initially the only one in there along with one other person. *Even after assisting me, theyd still be on me like a hawk. Pardon me for wanting to take my time & thoroughly evaluate my options...A Latinxs family came in a short while after, and they (the employees) were too busy watching me to even greet them, OR see that the familys kid boy was picking up brushes and actually using them on his head, then leisurely putting them back. Yuck.On my way out, I was slightly annoyed that its 2019 & my experience was still something I had to endure, but I got what I was looking to buy so I let it go, I guess.*As I was pulling out of the lot, LO AND BEHOLD; an employee and whom I guess was the manager was apprehending a thief. Although that confirmed my newfound suspicions regarding the stores history, that still doesnt justify passive-aggressive kindness, and their presumptions of one customer because of another thief.
