This is my favorite local barber show in riverside. Dudes are super awesome at what they do, very down to earth and funny too. Got one personal number and make appoints with him through one text instead of going in an waiting. Underground is always busy so id suggest doing the same. Normally they have EVERY chair filled so just try andand get there early or call ahead.

Totally unprofessional, my son was there before 10:00 am with no appointment they said my son would have to wait about 15 min. After an hour and 30 min. Still no one helped him and other people were walking in with no appointments and they were helped first . Management sucks will not be coming here anymore find another place dont waste your time plus to expensive and not very good anyways. 😠

I told the barber how I wanted my haircut when i got there and also showed him a picture so he could see how I wanted my medium drop fade. I specifically asked him not to go too high on my MEDIUM DROP FADE and the barber basically did what i asked him not to do. My haircut looks ridiculous and is honestly one of the worst cuts I have gotten. Definitley will not be returning.

Location is easily accessible and very client friendly. Made an appointment with Rosie and let me tell you she cuts a mean head of hair! Went in for a mid to skin fade and a beard line up and it came out fresher than ice in your lemonade on a summers day. Hit up this shop, you really wont regret it!

I brought my son to this place a few weeks ago. They accepted him a walk in last minute. The guy Ramon was good and very nice. Helped fix my sons hair. He gave me his number to schedule future appointments with him. I text during the weekend and got a response on a Monday that he had nothing available till Thursday. I asked him if he has available times after 5 or 6 but no reply. I have sent two messages and nothing. Very disappointed.

Rudy is a cool and quick. The chick working the front desk dont know what the Hell she is doing. If you plan on walking in and its at least 3 to 4 hours before closing forget it they dont take walk ins. If you call for an appointment forget it. They dont keep them. Rudy is the only reasonable guy here. I once had called ahead to make sure we could be seen as a walk in for me and my 2 sons and we waited 2 hours for only 2 customers to get their hair cut before us. While 2 other barbers just sat in their chairs. Their cuts are good but no professionalism in that building. I do not recommend anyone go here with their children they have no respect for kids Or women they talk like trash!

For being in the same shopping center as my business, these guys are very rude. I walked in to get a cut and before in could sign in I was basically refused service. Its one thing to have too many customers in which case ask me to come back tomorrow, but instead I was given the cutthroat and the axe and thats not only bad customer service but RUDE AF. 30 years in this shopping center, since I was 5 years old, this is the 2nd place to be so rude. Management needs to step it up and update PPP. Policy Protocol and Professionalism.

I use to go here for years. I had to stop as soon as customer service has become an afterthought and prices keep rising. I mean if you want to spend 30$ for a simple fade and wait 3 hours plus then go right on ahead and come here.

Don’t go if you’re in a hurry cuz they have no care for your time.... don’t get me wrong they know what there doing when they cut your hair..... but half of the time they just shut down the store in the middle of the day for no reason.... or they berly have any associates there when the place is constantly packed.... it looks like the owners really don’t care for the business and they have it running on its own.... the guys working there are amazing tho.... hopefully they all move to a different location.... so I can keep cutting my hair with the same guys...

Ive been there twice and both times Rosie does an excellent job, people complain about overpriced haircuts, but in my point of view its worth it, the only thing is that they talk a lot but from there on out everything is very good. 👌🏻👌🏻
