I was very satisfied with my experience at Pima. I was shopping around and Santiago assisted me and was very helpful. We went through the different variety of doors that I was able to choose from. Thanks to his assistance, it made my shopping experience a lot better. With the knowledge that Santiago had about each door, it made me feel confident in the choice that I made. Definitely will be coming back!

I was assisted by a great sales rep Santiago Vasquez. He was informative and helpful. Went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He responded to emails quickly and my doors came in when he said they would (two weeks) with no damage.

I recently bought french patio door for my house. Our sales rep Santiago was very friendly and helped us throughout the process. But I gave a 3 star because of the following, the frame was damaged with dents and chip, the hole for the lock was too big, and I had to return to Pima to get the bottom sweeper because they did not provide during initial pick up. I asked that Pima do right by me because of the issues but they did not. I asked to speak to a supervisor personally and via email, no call received. I advise to make sure you inspect your product, measure it and review that all the details are as they should before picking up.

I’m so glad I found this place and found exactly what I needed. The sales Rep Santiago Vasquez was extremely helpful in helping me decide with my door selection he was very understanding and not pushy...made me feel very comfortable... I will highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Santiago gets back to everyone in the company as fast as possible. Never have to wait to long for quotes on material. Also willing to help in any way possible if material is damaged.

Extremely helpful I went in earlier looking for a door and I asked the sales rep I believe his name is Santiago what idea I had as far as looks on a door and right away he showed me 3 doors in which I happily chose one I will definitely be going back to get the rest of thing for my home renovation

I bought a framed door from Pima, drove 100 miles to pick it up and the top trim piece was cracked. The sales person, Ken said you can leave it and we will repair it tomorrow. However, I could not drive another 100 mile tomorrow. He had no other solution. I took the damaged door and now have to pay my contractor to repair it. I waited two weeks to get this door only to have damaged good, shotty work and poor customer service. Dont buy at Pima.

Useto work for pima doors..poorly ran by barb..nobody cares about quality..
