I love my new windows, they are beautiful and function so much better than the old ones. Ethan Ward and his crew were everything that you hope a contractor in your home would be, very professional young men. They fought the weather all week but kept me informed during it all. They worked very hard and steady the entire time, cleaned up after themselves before moving to the next window, like a well oiled machine. I had 18 double hung, 1 very large bay window and an entry door replaced with black interior and exterior windows on my white cape cod house, they matched my interior oak trim perfectly, They are stunning inside and out. Tim Bradley was my salesperson, he was so patient and helpful with all of my questions and concerns during the entire process.

Just had my new encasement windows put in on the first floor. The guys did an AMAZING job! They were super professional, explained what they were going to do, cleaned everything before leaving. They got the windows in with minimum distraction to my property or my day (I worked from home during the install and nobody on the other end of the phone ever noticed at all.) The windows themselves look awesome! My neighbors have ALREADY complimented the new look! My only regret is that I didnt do the 2nd floor as well! NEXT SPRING!!! Hope I get Kevins team again for that install as well. The interior stains match my wood trim EXACTLY (I was the most worried about this). It is so nice to have wood trimmed windows inside now to match the style of my older house. Makes a HUGE difference. I 1000% recommend these windows to anyone who is trying to decide if it is worth the money.

Excellent company! Excellent Service! As a perfectionist I was amazed at their quality of craftsmanship and product. We have a very large picture window that had rotted wood frame around it. Renewal by Andersen walked us through the whole process, kept us informed, and the delivered and exceptional product. I even stupidly smudged the caulk at the end and they came back and fixed it. I would definitely use them again when I need too, and would 100% recommend them.

Renewal by Andersens Matt Wood installed seven gliders into a sun room that had nicely designed but inoperable. He carefully took out the timeworn ones (which seemed almost old enough to have come west with pioneers), prepped the space, installed the new units (which match the originals appearance), finished the inside trim, and completed the outside with tidy caulking -- all in a day. He was as skilled, resourceful and friendly as the windows are sturdy, efficient and welcoming. Nice job all the way around, from Chad Kennedys consultation and ordering, to Brett Quicks measurements, to the fast turnaround, to Woods finishing.

When we purchased late last fall, Alex explained that due to their backlog, our install probably wouldn’t happen until around March. I wanted Andersen windows, but I also knew the windows would only be as good as the installers. Aaron Moore and Alan did a FIVE-STAR install. The 14 windows they replaced are airtight and the professional job Aaron did on the outside trim is outstanding. Except for the new windows, there was no evidence they had been at our home because everything--down to the smallest pieces of debris--was vacuumed, swept and picked up. When they worked on the inside, they covered the floor surfaces with drop clothes (important with hardwood floors). Aaron and Alan were extremely easy to work with.

We had 3 double hung windows replaced with a much larger picture window and a casement window on either side. The windows are beautiful and I’m sure they will outlast us. The more important part is the installation. Our installers, Phillip and Erick, are true craftsman. Since our replacement window was much taller, they had to relocate the existing header about 12 inches higher in the wall. The windows were also wider than the existing windows. The installation job is flawless. Also, the mitered corners on the trim is perfect. They were professional but also friendly. This is important if you are going to have someone in your home for 2 days. Also, Adam, our sales person also did a great job. He took the time to make sure he understood our needs and then explained all the options so we would get exactly what we wanted.

Ive worked there going on 3 years and in 2 different departments and they have been great for me and I believe in and love our product as well.

We recently had 18 windows and 6 doors replaced with Renewal by Andersen. (Some doors were ProVia, sold through and installed by Renewal by Andersen.) All of the doors and windows are lovely; what an improvement over our 40-year-old Andersen windows which were installed when we built our home! We now have double-pane windows, with Modified Prairie Grilles between the panes. All windows can be cleaned from inside the house. The stainless steel TruScene Insect Screens are amazing! You have to get up very close to the window to see that the screens are actually in place! At first glance, I didnt think the screens had been installed! We also opted for the wood veneer around the windows. It and the wood trim that frames each window looks so lovely that I may not put curtains back on some of our windows!Installation, provided by Aaron Moore and his helper Al, went very smoothly! Everything those two men installed looks terrific! Each guy worked efficiently, treating us and our property with respect and kindness. Both men had plenty of construction and carpentry experience, and they demonstrated competence in everything they did for our home. They cleaned up after themselves, removing all used windows and doors, as well as any mess they had created during the workday. Aaron and Al stayed until nearly 8 pm on 3 of the days in order to complete this large project in one week, Monday-Friday. Thanks Aaron and Al for the lovely make-over!Yes, this project was a pricey one, but we know the products and the workmanship are high quality. We are extremely pleased and can recommend Renewal by Andersen whole-heartedly!

We had a great experience with these guys from the start with salesman Stephen Burke to the end with installer Matt Wood and Brandon (last name unknown). Very professional and polite from start to finish and cleaned up when they were done. Matt and Brandon put in 12 windows with new brick mold and it only took them two days, which was impressive, as one day there was a heat advisory in the 100’s. I would highly recommend these windows as well as the company. The customer service is wonderful. Also they got our windows in a month in advance of their estimate.

Zero information without consultation for your home? I would expect when I visit a site and build a door including interior color, exterior color, hardware finish, at the end I would be provided with a quote.. on french doors. Instead, when I contacted the chat, I need to make a consultation... Its going to be a brand new opening with (not your) french doors to go outside. but everyone should buy local!

We had RBA install a very large picture window, with sliders on each end. The install was completed in less than four hours. The window they removed was a bow window, so the install required some re-working of the soffit above the window. They did an excellent job, you cant tell by looking at it that any change was made, it looks like the window has always been there. We are very pleased with the window and the installation. Very Clean, very professional.

We were at the Effingham, IL Home Show. Gave our information for a sales representative to come out to our house today at 2pm and nobody showed up!!! When I call the number on the brochure we got from the home show we were told that we were out of there sales district and we were told at the home show that they cover ALL OF ILLINIOIS!!! But on the phone we were told that we are out of their district! Couldnt even call us to tell us that!! My husband left work early to be home for this appointment. We even registered for your $20,000 give away for windows but whats the point since we cant even get a sales representative out to our house!! I think the people set up at the Home Show in Effingham, IL needs to know this or follow up with it later!! People drive from an hour away to attend this home show in Effingham, IL and it is false advertisement from your representatives saying you cover ALL OF ILLINOIS!! It is a real joke! Pella is coming out to our house to measure our windows and give us an estimate!

I cant post a complete review BECAUSE they were scheduled to be here at 8:30 am and it is now 9:20 and not a soul has arrived! Nearly and hour late and NO phone call, email, or anything! So far, NOT pleased!

We had windows replaced in our entire house one week ago (Wednesday). When the job was finished we were very pleased with our new windows. The trouble started the next day (Thursday). When I was washing dishes the next evening I discovered that our undermount sink was becoming dislodged from the countertop. We could not figure out what had happened and after a sleepless night remembered that during the install I passed through the kitchen and noticed one of the installers sitting on the countertop with his feet in the sink. Yes they covered the sink but failed to realize that the weight of a large man was too much for the sink adhesive to bear. I immediately called a plumber even though it was after hours so I could talk to them first thing the next morning. (Friday) The plumber called before 8 and told me that this was a problem for the countertop installer to handle. They would come out and disconnect the sink but the countertop people needed to do the repair. As soon as the Andersen phone line opened at 8:30 I spoke to Katie (no last name was given) and told her the situation. She told me to find the appropriate people to do the repair and send them the bill(s). I had to make contact with the cabinet installer who subbed the work to the countertop contractors, then I had to wait for them to call me back. Since it was Friday afternoon by then I was not contacted by anyone. In the meantime the sink has totally dislodged from the countertop, the sink leaked and I had to deal with water underneath the sink and dry it out. Finally on Monday the countertop contractor called me back with a date of Wednesday for them to come out and do a repair. I had to then engage the plumber to do a disconnect of the sink and make another appointment to have it reconnected no sooner than 24 hours later to give the adhesive time to cure. The plumber could not return until tomorrow (Friday). In the meantime I called Katie on Monday to give her a status of the situation and told her I really felt someone from Andersen should come take a look at the situation that they created. She told me everyone was aware and just send them the bills. I advised her that I was too old to be doing dishes in the bathtub and we would be taking our meals out at their expense. Needless to say there have been several sleepless nights and much time taken to coordinate getting everything done. Since my husband is recovering from recent hip replacement surgery and there are numerous therapy appointments involved this was not something additional that I needed on my plate to coordinate as well. We have never been contacted by anyone from Andersen and there has never been as much as an apology for the inconvenience. I cannot post a photo but I have plenty if anyone is interested.September 10, 2018Our issues were addressed by Kevin and Sam and we were able to reach a resolution. They both apologized for the inconvenience we encountered and were sincere in their words. Yes, we are satisfied with our windows. It is wonderful that we can have fresh air coming in and we would recommend the service and products if we were asked for a recommendation.

Wanted to get an estimate, and was told they wouldnt do one unless wife was there also. She could care less, and isnt free during the day. No thanks, Ill find someone else.

$10,000 for four windows that were poorly installed and leak! They redid the installation and its no better.....they also claim that sprinkling with a garden (not under pressure) is too much water!
