I have been shopping with both Ken (south side location) and Monica (Sterling location) for over 15 years. They always have what you need to meet the demands of current trends. If in the off chance they don’t, mention your interests and they will likely have it by your next visit. Both Monica and Ken are professional and respectable. Both have made reasonable accommodations in the event that I need to make returns. I would recommend doing business with them for your hair care needs until the glorious day that one of our own opens a beauty supply chain ☺️ (no shade to Monica or Ken!!)

They had a lot of options. I felt like a kid in a candy store. I was able to find exactly what I needed, and was shocked they were open on a holiday. It’s a 4/5 because of the location other than that they have everything you need.

Annoying that everything has a lock on it and I constantly have to go to the front of the store to get an employee to unlock the products I need. Very inconvenient!
