We ordered flowers for a co worker.. We were in a hurry, last minuet surprise. Asya was so helpful and she got the flowers delivered exactly when we needed them.. The arrangement had way more flowers than I expected. It was so pretty, and it was arranged beautifully. I had asked Asya to make it special and she sure did that. I could tell she put thought into every flower she placed.. Just a great experience!!! Our co worker was very happy!!! The price was better than I had expected as well..

Flowers matched the picture on the website & were delivered promptly. Website had white basket. Delivered arrangement had a brown basket. No big deal. Website sent me a confirmation email. Flowers were delivered 1.5 hours later. All worked very well.

What was delivered was not even close to what I ordered and paid for!!! I made it very clear that I wanted the recipient called before they tried to deliver to be sure someone was home and they called when they were on the way!!! Not a way to get future business….POOR customer service!!

My girlfriend from N.H. ordered a plant for my birthday. I received the plant, no soil, all dusty & edges of the leaves burnt. The no soil type is not what she ordered. Her florist contacted this florist & they never called me or try to make this right. Never heard a thing. So very disappointed. :-(

First time order and a new customer. I ordered these beautiful flowers to surprise my older sister and boy did they! The arrangement was delivered quickly and the flowers looked fresh and bright. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. The wedding floral arrangements were beautiful and exactly what we asked for them ti look like. They were very affordable and they also offered us use of pillars they had on site for free. Just a fantastic experience. I would recommend them to family and friends.

This was a very last-minute birthday gift. Exclusive Flowers was the only Peoria florist whose site said same day delivery and it actually meant same day delivery. The price was fair, delivery did happen that day, and the delivered product was as-pictured. The recipient was very happy with her gift. Oh, and I didnt specify age, but the card I wrote had her age on it and Exclusive Flowers chose a balloon to match,which was a great touch. Ill definitely use them again!

Order flowers for my wife and was disappointed in the final product. The delivery was successful on the correct day but that was about it. The flowers were not as pictured with far fewer blooms than are pictured in the sample. The basket was a different style that was not as appealing and worst of all I left a message to speak with a representative of Exclusive flowers and never even got a call back for three days and i am still waiting.. Charged my card full price but only gave my wife, at most half, of the flowers. I would like to discuss this with a Exclusive flowers representative if they would return my call. My number is on the order.

4 roses and a bunch of green while paying more for the “deluxe” upgraded version of a bouquet is unacceptable. I understand it won’t look just like the picture advertised but something so far off isn’t fair either. A complete ripoff for the price.

I booked this florist for my wedding. The day of my wedding I was shocked to see none of the flowers I selected and paid for were used for any of the numerous arrangements I ordered. I was so sad. Flowers that were used were not my taste and certainly not my pick. This was my wedding day not a basic arrangement order. I even paid extra for the flowers I wanted but no refund has been issued.

Paid a lot of money for flowers for my Anniversary and they were embarrassingly small. Way overpriced for what you get!

They made a really nice bouquet of flowers for my wifes birthday. When I walked in it was pretty hot and dark; I am guessing they get their business from phone or internet orders for delivery instead of customer walk-ins. There were no flowers done for display, but they gave me a book to look at with designs and had the arrangement I chose ready in about 10 minutes. I feel like that is pretty quick. I would give 5 stars had the lights been on and the A/C working. Also, the shopkeep was nice and did point a fan in my direction to keep me cool, so there is that 😉

I called on short notice for a Homecoming corsage last week. Not only did they fulfill my request, but the piece was extraordinary-and for a better price than all the other shops I called that morning! We will be returning for all of our floral needs-excellent job & service.

Recommended by Funeral Home next door - Best Funeral Services. The flowers were very expensive, and when I arrived for the service, many of them looked like they were days old and were wilting. The ribbons were done very cheaply with handwritten glitter glue, and one of the ribbons, which was to say Dearest Brother, had someones name in place of Brother. Definitely not happy.

They cheat you and have bad service

Horrible experience. I ordered a beautiful bouquet and got the worst bouquet Ive ever seen. I could have bought that at the grocery store. Cheap!!!

For the second time, my wife was given a bouquet from this business and its freshness lasted all of a few hours. The main culprit is extensive use of hydrangeas, that quickly wilt. If you have any control over what you order, do not let them include that flower. Its initial lush appearance will soon disappoint, even with refreshing the water, which I did. As this was a gift, I have advised our son-in-law to never buy from AsYa again.My only comment to the owners response is that most people--especially those ordering from out of the area--are not knowledgeable about the vulnerability of certain flowers. You would serve your customers better by advising them so they have plausible options. I would probably be more understanding of this if this were not the second time it happened. I have now learned and will so advise my son-in-law.

Recently purchased a deluxe bouquet and it had more green leaves than flowers. Some of the flowers were also drooping, and had already started to wilt. The delivery time was met but the flowers did not meet my expectations.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and the employees were very friendly.

I came in last minute on a mothers day and even at a depleted stock they patiently and happily put together a beautiful vase of flowers for me.

Daughter sent me a bouquet for my Birthday...didnt arrive until 7:50 at night and I could have done a better job. The tulips were put in a nothing vase with no greenery or ribbons, and not arranged in anyway. So sad when a florist takes advantage of someone sending to a loved one knowing they probably wont see the bouquet! Please dont use this florist who chooses to hurt loved ones far away. UPDATE, my daughter contacted them and they offered her a 40% off coupon on her NEXT order. Guess they arent very customer oriented in any regard.

I was sent flowers from this shop and this is the quality only after 10hrs several dozen of red roses wilted/dead drooping and completely dead greenery. Tried contacting company by phone message says full left SMS as instructed per their voicemail. Not contacted by them. Extremely poor quality of arrangement and very disappointed.

My husband ordered flowers for me and paid over $100 for a bouquet that looked like it was purchased for $10 at the grocery store. All cheap filler flowers that were not fresh and not arranged at all. I called and complained and a new bouquet was delivered the next day. Flowers in new bouquet were adequate but nothing spectacular. Didnt matter really, because by this time, the joy of sending and receiving flowers was greatly displaced by the disappointment and hassle. Additionally, message card was not folded or put in an envelope, so everyone in my office now knows the reason my husband sent me flowers. Owner stated the first order was from a previous florist and Exclusive Flowers was simply responding to a request from FTD to fulfill the second order. I seriously question this, since the handwriting on the card for both orders was exactly the same and the same word was spelled incorrectly on both cards.

They put together an awesome bouquet for my wife for our 4 year anniversary. They treat you like family when you go in!

Very disappointed. My sister sent me an arrangement for the holidays. The flowers were clearly not fresh and the greens were dropping needles when they arrived. Within 3 days the flowers had turned black. The whole thing also had a peculiar smell. Dont waste your money at this place!
