Very good food, and friendly service!The place just reopened after being shut down for awhile (due to covid I assume?). It did look under construction and a bit messy, and almost like they weren’t open, but they were. But it was probably the best Qdoba experience I’ve had. The food was great as always, but the customer care was truly exceptional.(Review edited after seeing another review.)

Low carb and a piece of corn fell into her bowl. To most this may not find a big deal, but when you are trying not to spike your insulin its kind of an annoyance. Over all its still damn tasty.

There was this one dude, short and fast. Had little accent with him. Who helped one morning. He was fast and friendly. Greeted me with a joke and made my food with an amazing attitude and speed. Love the service and the food. Hope to comeback again. Love it.

Wont be going back again to this place.Service with a smile and a customer word or two. Arguments between employees while waiting to order food was cold tonight which is not normal and a lobby with dirty tables and floors. We were there just minutes after 5 and it seemed we could wait our turn as order for Togo were coming in and the employees were doing them first then waiting on a customer or two waiting. The line took just as long as eating in did. Cant say I will be back after what I saw and the way we were treated.

I love Qdoba! This location was really close to the airport and other hotels making it a convenient stop to grab some quick lunch before hitting the road.

Each time Ive visited this location the food was good and fresh and the service was fine. However the biggest complaint I got is the appearance of the dining area. Each time I dined in here the dining area seemed disheveled and a mess. I think every so often an employee needs to tend to the dining area and make sure the tables are wiped down and trash is picked up.

The staff is so kind and always working. Marcus greeted everyone that came in even while he was busy or helping customers. He is quick, efficient, and gives great service. Tailei (I hope I didn’t butcher her name) was a wonderful team player and you could see her smile through her mask. I always love this location. Thank you for the great lunch break.

Its exactly what you expect from a Qdoba restaurant. The food has great consistency and service is always friendly and nice. The only reason I deemed it one star is because the interior is not as clean as and welcoming as other Qdobas Ive been to

The locations a little tricky to get to at times, I enjoy the food here when I want better then Taco bell food. I normally get a burrito bowl and add a tortilla to it. They have decent options for their food, from the two type of rice and beans, about five salsa, I think three queso, and a little veggies like fajitas grilled veg and lettuce.Its a good meal for your buck. Its a little more then a meal at TB but I feel better Quality.

The gentleman making my burrito when he was done with it tossed it in the air and on to the counter, when I took it out of the wrapper it was torn. First time going here kinda disappointed. I like a good burrito, but I like good service better

As a delivery driver, most restaurants respect a customers order like a person in line. It took me 5 minutes to drive to QDOBA. I arrived, no delivery orders were placed. So I waited in the food ordering line and after 4 people. I directly observed them disregarding the 5 delivery orders on the counter. So I ordered some food and sat down. While eating for about 10 minutes I watched them preferentially fill orders for people in line instead of my delivery order.

After a day of driving, we were hungry and wanted some filling food. No frills needed. We were staying right near Qdoba for they night before our flight out of Anchorage and this place fit the bill! Good, filling food and - best part - SO many gluten free options! Super helpful staff, yummy quick eats and inexpensive to boot.

Staffs are friendly but food not good.. we bought guacomole on the side it tasted bad.. I am sure food is not fresh at all..

Place looked under construction or going out of business and half the menu signs were missing. Staff said they keep falling down. I assume it needs better management.

Went to go eat with the family and got kicked out they said they were closed. On the sign it said 4pm closed and it was 2 pm. They said they were short staff. Yet there were roughly 10 people eating.

I was told to do a survey for some free items, however, I felt that the survey would be limited. So I just came on here to give my five stars to this specific location, because a gal named Naomi not only made my bowl so perfectly, she was charismatic, kind, communicative, beautiful and she rung me out on the cash register too. Seems like the jack-of-all-trades! Thank you for the absolute wonderful service! I will be back nearly every Lunch!

Food is alright. Fixes that burrito craving. The inside was cluttered as it seemed like they were using half of the seating as storage.

Went in there today. Gentlemen with glasses didnt get his name helped me. Maybe needs more training on his burrito wrapping skills. Sauce was all over the burrito, he did ask if I wanted a second wrapping but who eats burrito with two wrappings... secondly when I went to pay he just left and went on laughing with his buddies. I just stood there after paying and awkwardly grabbed my food, another gal that was helping another customer had to greet me out. Didnt even get my receipt. Poor customer services. Wont ordering from that location moving forward, sad since its close to my job and convenient.

I love the food here! Everytime someone askes what to eat & they dont want burgers or Taco Bell I suggest this place! It always only takes about 10 mins to get the food & its good (& at least feels like its better for you than fast food! )

Terrible customer service. Was the only one in there for about 5 minutes watching them fill to go orders. Then as soon as someone else walks in behind me they ask me what they can do for me. I order the same thing I get from here EVERY time and I get charged something different EVERY time. Then at the end of my order after I pay I ask for some napkins and a fork and the guy doesn’t even look at me and hands them to me like he’s annoyed. How bout put that stuff back out for the customers to grab themselves instead of being Covid puppets if you’re going to act like a child.

Always a great place. The staff is awesome and very helpful. The shots in town are consistently good regardless of the location. The options allow for healthier foods choices as well. Great place!! This is somewhere is definitely visit again and recommend to others. Its really a place the whole family can enjoy!

This place has the best burritos I have ever eaten in my life. I am now living in California 8 years later and I still think of those burritos every day now and when I come across and Qdoba I fly in there and eat all I can while Im there around because and northern California there are no Qdobas buzz

Ordered a burrito and a side of chips & guac. Guacamole was made with what tasted like unripe avocados, as it tasted sour and every chunk of avocado was hard. Also forgot to put sour cream & cheese on my burrito. Normally this is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants, but I was extremely disappointed this time around.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Never tried the place before. I had a chicken bowl with the fixings and my friend had the brisket bowl. We both thought our choices were excellent. I will return for more delicious quick food.

The pricing and the meats on their food were okay. I wasnt impressed with their corn tortillas (very dry). It seems like a combination of Taco Bell and Subway but having the best of neither. Overall, it was decent, but unless Im hankering for it specifically, I wouldnt likely go here again if Im hungry.

Good food quick

This place has really fresh great food, and the assistant manager had a happy jolly spirit like that character Kenneth from 30 Rock. The queso is on point, and balances perfectly with raspberry tea. I love how the pico de gallo dances with the lime cilantro rice, delightful on my palate.

One of my favorite places to go for quick, easy vegan food. manager is amazing and has been a real doll every time Ive come in.Now they have the new vegan meat substitute which I have not tried but the price is decent and I look forward to grabbing some.

Took over 30 minutes to receive my order. It was some kind of plain grilled meat in flour tortillas. Kinda hard to believe it took so long to get this bad meal together.

Soo everything was good. But the girl up front with the brown hair working last night with the guy needs more social skills. He was putting my food in the bag and she ripped it away from his and said it was for the next customer which was incorrect. DONT TREAT YOUR COWORKWES THAT WAY. apoligize to him and be nicer to him. It really turned me off from this place.

These guys are fast, friendly, and professional! I went in to pick up an order for our office and I was in and out in a matter of seconds not only that but they got the order 100% right! I highly suggest them for any gathering be it church function, meetings, or for parties. Keep up they great work!

Very quick pick-up option compared to standard drive-thrus. Yes, you have to go in, but theyre usually pretty quick and its great to decide what youre getting in your burrito. I havent ever had a problem with staff. Ive had 2 stellar employees at 2 different times, never a bad one. I dont like to harp on service because employees rotate out so many jobs. Management seems to hire good people overall.The food is good, great customization, and quick!

Worst Mexican I’ve ever had. We got a chicken quesadilla and a chicken burrito. Very low quality compared to the other 2 Mexican places I’ve had. Almost absent protein (chicken) in our dishes, guacamole was 0 flavor probably just smashed avacado. Tortillas were not grilled but raw and cold. Sour cream tasted like it was mixed with water. No sides included with these meals. We ordered queso and paid extra for it in the burrito and it was either forgotten or such a small portion that you couldn’t taste it. Please go somewhere else If you have any type of taste buds or respect for your hard earned money.

Good food and good service

The staff here was what you expect from Alaska, so genuinely friendly. They gave us exactly what we asked for when just a little was specified. They helped us bring our food to our table, which the tables were really clean for once at a restaurant. Also saw one of the staff members cleaning the tables while we were there. The place was almost spotless, even the floor which is never the case. The food was great. We left happy and full due to the great staff and the food quality. Highly recommend going.

Roommate and I visited at the beginning of the pandemic. They had their act together and gave us a great time and great food.

Has a nice vibe to it. You know how McDonalds helped create Chipotle, it feels like QDOBA is the Burger King of Mexican fast food. Especially because it has Impossible meat.

Love the staff; very friendly and quick. You more commonly get fresher food during the main portion of the day. Towards closing you can tell the standards drop, not to say that the food in inedible by the evening, but daytime usually has fresher lettuce, rice, chicken, and queso. They always have fresh lemon which I typically add to my Sprite to improve the aesthetic. Thanks qdoba for being my main squeeze. I go far more often then Id like to admit, simply because the food is always good.

Qdoba is Qdoba no matter where on the planet you find them. Consistent and delicious.

Their veggie soup (a.k.a Gumbo) is really good. South Indians will especially appreciate how it tastes similar to sambar.

Overall, Qdoba is a great place to eat. The food is good and affordable, not to mention fast. Its a good place to go if youre a picky eater, since its basically a Subway for burritos. Plus they have other food options. :)
