On 2 separate occasions, I was assisted by the same Michael’s employee, Tyler. Tyler on both occasions was personable and helpful and just super cool! Michaels is a great place to shop for crafts lovers or art appreciators to go into and find a lot of projects an interesting things to do. Today we went in and picked up two portraits that we had custom framed and they did such a great job. Its the second time I had Custom Framing done by Michaels and it is definitely worth the money if you have something you want to Treasure and want to look beautiful in your home. They wont make it look classy and almost Museum quality, I know specialist on the that but I lived to say my artwork turned out beautiful.

My husband and I just moved into a new home which needed new artwork for the walls. We already had prints we wanted framed. Michaels was having a wonderful sale on custom framing. Eric was the gentleman who helped me pick out just the right frame and matt for my artwork. They are going to look wonderful on the walls. Thank you Eric....

They now carry soft Bella canvas shirts to wear and make designs with our Cricut. Also got some goodies to boo our neighbors with!

A very clean Michaels location. Makes it easier to shop when you are able to move easily through the aisles. They had more of the items I wanted in stock than the location closer to my house but it was absolutely worth the drive. It is in a shopping center that can keep one busy for a few hours.

Found just what I was looking for and it was on sale! Not the kind of store I use a lot but I was staging a rv to sell and needed some small fou fou. Lots of that kind of thing there.

For painting, Michaels is the place to visit. There selection is far superior to Joanns and Hobby Lobby. They accept competitors coupons so take advantage of this. The store is organized, and the shelves stocked.

My granddaughter found everything she was looking for. Easy shopping and checkout.

Wanted to me get a frame very simple fir my business license. 3 by 8. Inches, impossible. The smallest you can get is a 14 by 14 inches,,, so I asked again they promote custom made.. but not to what I needed.

Staff was extremely helpful. Location was very clean inside. Not stuff all over the aisles that have yet to be put away. Yarn area was tidy and organized. Sections were clearly labeled and yarn wasnt laying crooked or half hanging off shelves like Ive seen at other locations. If it wasnt such a far drive for me, I would definitely be back.

I have been at this particular Michaels location not to long ago. It has changed and they did move things around. It’s cleaner and organized most Michaels are messy and not organized !!! I came in to buy some supplies for my airbrush gun that I bought for airbrushing I needed thinner and airbrush cleaner. They didn’t have any supplies !!! I gave it 3 stars because of that !!!They were great at onetime for airbrushing supplies and other neat stuff but now they are either not bothering to ordering more supplies or they are slowly moving airbrush supplies online. I went someplace to get my supplies locally!!!

Super easy going store and atmosphere. Ive never had trouble finding what I need in stock and the employees recognize my face of contention so they dont bother me when I want to be left alone. And on that note, they are extremely pleasant and helpful when I do ask for any assistance.

Great selection on craft items for adults and kiddos

They dont have a large selection. They had a ton of empty shelves, their clearance section was a complete mess, they had no books or color books, everything that I was actually looking for I couldnt find very disappointing but the staff was great. And I didnt have anybody follow me around like I usually do at every single Michaels Ive ever been to which I hate so much.

The Lake Pleasant Michaels was Great. The Holliween section is fantastic. We found more items to paint. These are so cute and they might up. 30%off right now. Lots of different items including Fall to choose from. Im sorry the Surprise Michaels had little to choose from and cant compare with the Lake Pleasant store. Have fun shopping.

Sign on door said customers must wear masks, but the couple checking out had on no mask and made fun of others in line for wearing a mask while discussing his right to carry a gun. It made me very uncomfortable. Three employees were aware of the couple not having on masks and obviously didn’t care. I won’t be returning to this location. In addition, while I was checking out the check out lady was more concerned with the phone conversation she was having with a customer than she was in my checkout. She forgot to ring up and bag one of my items until I pointed it out that it was on the counter in front of her. Very poor experience overall.

Who doesnt love a good craft store? You could spend hours here and find all sorts of materials to create your artistic treasures. It was great to see Halloween items still out in mid October as well, and that other holidays had not taken over yet.

Clean, friendly location. Look out for good deals and sales. I like to spend a lot of time in here and when you spend time, you spend money. So the sales are important especially for those shoppers wanting to get the 24 × 36 or bigger canvases or the massive art supplies kit or want to take their project Big, the 50% off any item coupon that is offered periodically is a blessing.

It appears inventory has been reduced. Selection for some crafts, decorations. Most of the items were not on sale but had a 20% coupon on regular items, so that helped with costs.

Michaels always has everything I need for all my crafting projects.

I totally love this store for crafts type items and framing. Good selection and knowledgeable staff. Framing Department is somewhat pricey but wait for a special or coupon offer to do your project and their prices seem fair.

The sales were great and I didnt quite have a good idea of how to create an ugly sweater but was given great tips by a very helpful employee. I was also able to purchase everything required for my ugly sweater from right there in just one store.

This store seemed quite unorganized. The lay out was hard to maneuver around. I wish most of the themed items needed would be grouped together. Check outing was easy when I was there.

Love Michaels and this store is no exception! Always clean and three people are very helpful. Especially Madi! I was shopping for my wedding and had a lot of items. I forgot to use my coupon and she was willing to do it as a return and re-purchase the item using the coupon. This is why Ill be back to get future items!!

We had my daughters birthday party here and all of the employees did an amazing job leading the crafts and helping the kids. I would absolutely recommend this Michaels for a birthday party. They make it so easy and the kids have so much fun!

Clean. Seem to carry more items than some. Massive mess in their yarn area. I couldnt even walk thrust the isle. They were having a sale but you couldnt even get at the items wanted . Large boxes blocking your every move. If they were stocking maybe they should have considered doing it when the store was closed. Prob a hazard for someone to trip and fall on also. Not real impressed. I will stay with my dirty unorganized store by my house.

I, who decided to take a watercolor class, had to find everything on the teachers list, was anxiety 101 lol.An associate guided me to the correct area, the cashier assisted with coupons AND had taken a watercolor class and eased my nerves.Thank you!

A lot of discounted items on this visit including the exact product I need. Staff going around asked if I needed help. However, going back for replacement of my frame that was on sale as it had defect (broken side that I saw after unwrapped). Michaels is my go to place for frames and crafts.
