My view is not of a regular business day but of Halloween night. Thats probably even better because We got to see the employees while they are being themselves. Im just going to say everyone was nice and fun to bee around. Even answered questions during a party. What a great group of people and we are looking forward to returning for our future bike needs. I bought a 2004 Honda Sabre from them. The staff was patient and friendly. I had a great sales experience. Less than a week after buying it it started having trouble charging the battery. I took the bike back to them the agreed to fix it for cost of parts ok no big deal. It took 3 weeks to get my bike back. Nobody every called me to tell what was going on I had to hound them daily for information they always promised to call me back and never did. Now. Sitting on the side of the road with the same problem. Never going back there again.

They were extremely professional and helpful with the whole process of buying my new bike. If with me having to work possiblely late. Their sales rep Ashley*hope I spelt it right for her* was even willing to come back up to the shop for me to pick up my bike. Luckily I got off before they closed but that offer meant so much to me seeing as I was stuck using friends and cabs to get around since someone hit my car. I will definitely be coming back here.

I visited twice and called once to verify every detail of the process needed to get consignment setup for my bike. Im active duty, moving overseas. I showed up to finalize the process, and everything they had told me up to that point was useless. I specifically told them to give me every step of the process in detail, because I have no idea how to do it, or how it works. Despite this, they gave me completely inaccurate information in regards to payment, and how to handle finances in the side of my bank. Not only was I completely unprepared, but I am unable to go through with the process. My orders are based on having that bike sold, now I cant. So Im pretty screwed. Thanks OEM. Thanks a lot.

This is a shop that will repair your bike no matter what the age is. One of my bikes is a 97 model and Harley dealership in Pcola, Fl. will not even talk to you about working on it. Awesome place, friendly staff, great work. I stopped by looking at one of the bikes on the lot, they were quick to come out and answer any questions I had. When I finally decided to buy it on their once over look(standard for this shop) they noticed that the engine wasnt running just right. Changed the plugs and ensured everything was good and running properly before handing over the keys. I will recommend anyone looking for a bike here.

Do not go here: Ashely actually said I could come get my bike and take it somewhere else. They lied about a lot of things. They redid my wires when they took the handle bars off and ran them the wrong way, so I couldnt put my wind screen back on. I left on my bike, the risers they put on, the screw was stripped and fell off in my hand while I was riding it. Then I went back the risers they put on the second time caused my handle bars to hit my gas tank. They said they could get a part in and couldnt which I didnt find out until later, but Pensacola motorsports had it. They messed up my mirrors when they put them on and it took me a while to get them straightened back out.The tire they put on a 2017, started to crack and dry rot, so I called them to fix it Ashely again was not nice so I ended up going somewhere else so they could warranty out the tire. They put my friends tire on wrong.I have been back a few times regarding these things and it just has been an awful experience every time.Dangerous work and not friendly.

After being disappointed with other choices for service advice and just care about your business on a chance after passing OEM daily I needed service and stopped in. Since that first day maybe 6 months ago I feel like family. I’ve been riding Harley’s for nearly 40 years. I’ve been to hundreds of dealerships, independent shops over the years. This business has restored my faith in fair honest business. They have not one but three Harley trained wrench’s two are master techs. The management will earn your trust and business. They honestly care.

OEM went out of their way to help me when I was broke down. They tracked down the part I needed at another dealer and got me back on the road. And at that other big box dealer it was obvious how much better off I was dealing with OEM. They acted like they could not care less if they got my business. I called to get a quote for new tires and balancing. I decided to use them based on reviews from here and the quote. When I arrived to drop of the bike, they said it would be $100 more than the quote I originally received. After back and forth conversation, they agreed to do the work for the original quote. I was told it would be done the same day and it wasnt but that was no problem. Had to call them to see if it was done the next day. When I picked it up, they had severely scratched the tank in multiple places and the tires were not balanced.Strikes- 1. Bait and switch pricing. 2. Not ready when promised. 3. No communication when the bike was finished. 4. Scratches on bike. 5. Tires not balanced.

The worst dealership in Florida!They will do whatever it takes to get your money and do NOT care about the customer. The only person that will go out there way to help you is Jordan. I bought my bike from them used and it broke down on me multiple times. The first 90 days I owned my bike it spent at least 60 of them in their shop (60 is a low estimate it’s definitely higher). Save your money do NOT buy from them. Recently I took my bike to another shop to get serviced and found out my rear end is missing/has damaged parts. This is after they do a “full inspection” on the bike before they give it to you. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are more worried about getting their money than your SAFETY or satisfaction.

We live in mobile al and I went to buy a motorcycle from them... little did I know I was under false pretenses... I was told this particular bike needed a pickup that was all it needed they told me .coming from a place like this I said ok I can do that but what they really meant is the hole engine is f****d I have spent a hole week taking it to different shops because I did not want to believe what the first mechaniúc extreme Motorsports owner is allen in mobile al told me and the other one is Moto tech owner is j p also in mobile al... that it has no compression at all and if you dont believe me you can call them your self.. I hope you come threw and do whats right because I do believe in Carma and in this situation it will only come back to bite you in the ass I also believe in a eye for an eye do you???

Can change the name but people be warned this shop will damage your bike after the mechanic was suppose tp replace a stator he they messed up the primary and i had to replaced i should of realized it all when they didnt know about baker parts or s and s hi performance harley engines. So beware of themwhat idiot puts lock tight on a compensator bolt it has a torque factor on it and now i will be contacting my lawyer about all of this so fair warning to all who go there be warned
