Many thanks to Rob, Julie and the entire staff of D & D Cycles. Your integrity, professionalism, honesty, transparency and infinite attention to details not only exceeded our every expectation but also made our buying experience the most pleasurable encounter weve had in a very long time; not to mention you built us the most amazingly beautiful ride! Its a rarity and true pleasure to find a genuinely family owned and operated business these days but youre the real deal and yall went so far as to even make us feel a part of that family! We feel as though we not only purchased a bike but built a relationship to last the years. Randy & Kristine Kenyon

First off Ive been riding and racing for over 20 years and I love using local shops to support our riding community for future generations. I have used shops all over the US and have been lucky enough to have been sponsored by some great shops that helped me win two state motocross championships. It is with this I found D&D from a post on social media and decided to give them a shot without talking to local racers.Communication- I dropped off my suspension and was told the turn around would be around two weeks with parts. At the two week point I contacted the shop and was told they were awaiting parts (springs) that had to be custom made. No huge deal but a good shop would have reached out at some point over the two week period with an update. Once the suspension was finished I picked it up on Saturday and paid for the work and parts, which was significantly higher than quoted by the technician. The owner ensured me she would have the technician call me the next week, you can guess the answer in that they never returned a call for the increase in overall suspension work price.Attention to detail- If you ride or race you probably spend a lot of time working on your motorcycle and simple details like an upright spring in the photo shows a low attention to detail. Paired with that I went to install all the suspension and found parts missing from the rear shock, the spacers and seals on the upper shock mount. I called and found they were left on the shelf and had not been reinstalled. I had initially asked for them to mail then to save the two and half hour drive but decided I would probably end up with no parts or weeks of waiting on this simple task. There was also zero feedback from the technician on the setup of the suspension and I was told I could bring the suspension back on the bike to have it dialed in. Good idea but any good suspension technician can give a good starting point with a riders weight, skill level and type of riding. I had to zero out all clickers and use a friends shop to do the setup.Value- When a shop gives a basic quote there is always wiggle room with parts, shipping and labor which I am fully aware of. In this case the quoted price with parts and the end result was over $300 more than initial quote. Paired with the exceptionally poor attention to detail I would not recommend this shop for suspension work or any work for that matter. For the price I paid at this shop I could have shipped my suspension to a racetech certified technician.

Although I dont usually take my bike here to be serviced, I have absolutely NO qualms about doing so or even buying a motorcycle from them. The staff are awesome. Shane, John, Dink, everyone. It isnt really the bikes they have (as awesome as they are) or the services they provide (very reasonable prices compared to any other Ducati dealer) that make this place worth going to. Its by far the staff that make anybody that walks in the door feel welcomed and encouraged to hang out and chat about hobbies, bikes, or racing even if you have no intent on buying anything or are new to bikes in general. There is no arrogance or snobbishness demonstrated by any of the staff that tend to plague shops run by a younger crowd, nor is there an impetus to sell you something that you dont need or want.I have since taken two of my friends to this shop and both of them have rode home with a brand new Thruxton 1200 R and a Street Triple! We still visit every other weekend to check out the ever changing inventory.

Go anywhere but here. I was lied to, screamed at, and EXTORTED for a higher google rating. Ill give you a timeframe of what happened.--- This is a long post, but read it. You will be appalled.--------------------------------------EDIT: Let me address the Owners comments at the bottomLet me illustrate the lies in this companies post, and there are plenty of them.1. I did not come in a week after purchasing the bike. I came in 3 months after purchasing it.2. I never stated that NOBODY in PCola would work on it. D&D is the ONLY company i asked due to their reputation.3. I was never told my repair was project work. If i were told i was to be put at the bottom of the list, i would have not took the bike here.4. I never EVER EVER used profanity towards Robert. He certainly aimed it at me. Including telling me he isnt superman, and doesnt have x-ray vision, and told me he cant pull additional techs out of his A$$.5. After about 5 weeks went by i called every single Tuesday after work to check on it. I did not ever call multiple times in a day.6. As for the money, ill screenshot this and submit a dispute to the CC company. OUTSTANDING!The MGR certainly did try to extort me for a better google review, and it worked until they were done. So if you have a problem with this company, remember to review it AFTER they do the work. Now this company tries to make me look bad so they look better. What a professional company to do business with.--------------------------August 10, 2018 - I came into the shop to ask if they can repair a bearing on my bike. They said they can. They said they will send a tow truck out to get my bike, and the repair would take a month.August 17, 2018 - Tow truck never came. So i paid for a tow truck to come get my bike and drop it off at the shop.September 10, 2018 - Almost a month has gone by and they called me and told me that they had just pulled the motor apart and pulled the bearing. They gave me options and asked for money for the part. I paid them $500.00(Approx) September 27, 2018 - I decided that i would start calling them weekly to get progress reports. I am trying to be patient. Robert, a tech, told me that he cant pull technicians out of his a** that ill have to be patient. If i dont like it, then i cam come get my motorcycle, and he will help me load the boxes into the back of my tuck, and that I still would owe him for what he has done. Robert screamed at me and was very disrespectful.I did not raise my voice back at him until i became tired of being berated. At this point, they have my bike. What am i going to do. They have me over a barrel and they knew it. At this point Robert told me that i would just have to wait, and he was not going to take any more of my calls. Apparently he told Chip the same thing because he would not answer them either. (You will find out more, further down)So I decided to go online and leave a 1 star review. The MGR called me 2 days later asking why i had put it up. I told him Robert LIED about the time frame to compete the bike, and Robert had screamed at me, now nobody will answer my calls. He told me that Chip told him he was avoiding my calls cause he did not know what to say to me.The MGR, i forget the name, told me that i have 2 options. I can take the negative review down and they ill continue working on the bike, or i can leave it up and I can come get it in a box. WTF!The MGR did tell me to call and talk to him directly, cause apparently they still refused to talk to me.They finally fixed my bike in early NOVEMBER, but now it barely runs. It had no problems running before. I dont know if its because it sat up in their shop for months, or if it was out of revenge. Either way, i dropped almost 2k for a repair and now i have a new problem. Now that i have it back, ill write the honest review. I have nothing positive to say about the company. It was a headache and stressful from the word go. Ill go somewhere else in the future.
