People were nice and the place was pretty but the price is $100 over carters sod and $85 more than sun coast sod and it doesnt even look good :( I didnt know this time but I will remember this next time. I had never shopped here before so I thought I would give it a chance but I should have asked their price before I drove all the way over there. Too late now but next time I will go somewhere else. I just realized I should put their price on here I paid $188 .13 for one pallet of sod!! Wow that is very expensive I could have bought two pallets for that. Next time.

Shopped there for 7 years. Not going back. Ordered sod from them a week in advance. Offered to pay for it then. They said to pay for it when I picked it up. (Which is what they said when i got sod from them the week before).Show up to get my sod...sold to somone else. Sales rep Points some small paper in the upper corner of the room - said need to be bought in advance. Man - words on paper word and words out of mouths shpuld line up. Saturday derailed. Heading to Home depot

Very nice plant store. A bit expensive, but they carry plants that other plant stores dont have! They also sell mulch, gravel, stone, sod, fertilizers, garden hoses, wind chimes, and a lots more... If youre buying many plants, the checkout process may take awhile even though they have a computer system.

Came here for the first time, and now I will never come back. Atleast not anytime soon.The plant selection is alright, prices are a bit higher than normal, but im fine with that.Here’s my issue.I’m a healthy 20 year who believes in vaccines and masks and protecting OTHERS. The employees while I was inside were complaining the entire time anout masks and sharing anti vaxx rhetoric. If you want to have those terrible views wait until customers aren’t inside. It’s not exactly comfortable for a customer to be wearing a mask - which just so happened to be my second shot day - and have the employees discussing clear as day their complaints with masks and vaccines. I’m not saying don’t have these opinions, you’re entitled to them. Im saying. Do it. When customers. Aren’t there. Simple!Ironic they spoke about common sense yet didn’t have the common sense to create a comfortable atmosphere for customers who are trying to shop in peace.And by the way y’all, vaccines aren’t guaranteed prevention for covid. It just lessens your symptoms if you do get it. YOUR common sense is what’s off if you can’t even follow basic science. Sad to see the older and elderly generations of people speak this way as well. So lucky my own grandfather and great grandparents arent this ignorant and don’t risk their health or the health of others. Complaining about congress wearing masks and distancing despite being vaccinated is so dumb to me. Y’all realize its to set an example and be on the side of caution right? I still wear my mask outside when I’m near others. I’m not risking it. I’ve lost family to COVID. This business is unfortunately employing some selfish and ignorant people. If you’re going to be that way, fine. Like I said, you’re entitled to your opinions. Even if they’re factually incorrent.. Just don’t discuss these sensitive topocs while customers are shopping. It creates a bad shopping experience. I really enjoyed this place until they started talking about all of that nonsense.

Wonderful staff. Picked up a full pallet of zoysia. In and out with in 10 mins. Would advise anyone getting a pallet to check your trucks rated capacity. My chevy 1500 was at its limit. Pallets weight anywhere from 1,500 to 2,500 lbs. Did not know. Staff member informed me I was at my trucks capacity. But, we made it home safe just had to go real slow.

I ordered quite a few pallets of sod, you know what they gave me. They gave me dead grass, they said it was dormant, I bought sod in the winter before, it never looked like this. One star people, it was literally straight brown. How are going to sell that to someone?

Been using Werner pet grooming for some time now and they are the best place around to have your pet groomed. Cindy takes good care of my pet “Lexie” and there is never a problem. She does an excellent job and treats her with love and care. I have used a number of places and this is the best. I don’t have to worry about my Lexie being mistreated. Thanks so much for the service and the wonderful employees they have.

I absolutely love shopping at Woerner for all of my dogs needs! They have the best supply of high quality dog foods, treats and supplements in Pensacola. I much prefer to shop local to support their business but also I know that the food and treats are guaranteed fresh. Their staff is always so helpful! I usually bring my dog with me to shop and everyone who works there always greets him with a friendly hello and they are always so quick to help me with carrying my big bag of dog food out of the store. I seriously cannot recommend Woerner enough to anyone looking for the best products for their furry family member!

I used to drive past this little place with the nice water fountain outside and wonder what all the sell. When wondered in there and found out they had dog stuff as well as landscaping supplies I was so happy. I even brought my German Shepherd Puppy, at the time in, and was greeted by Cassie, a very accommodating and knowledgeable! She loved my dog and understood when he would wonder and i would have to get him to focus. She worked with me on finding the food for him, even with all my questions and wants. I have brought my step daughter in as well to get rocks to paint! All the employees were so cheerful to help her and ask her what she would paint. I love that this store is a local place and any of the employees know a lot about their products. They even have a groomers and take such great care of my dog. This store is wonderful and some weeks i go almost daily!!

I went to Woerners one day because of a rock painting event for my daughter. (Awesome event) I did not know they had such a large selection for dogs. I have a 1 year old Shepherd and a 10 week old Akita, they and I love the massive selection of dog snacks, toys, and high quality food. The day I went in I spoke with Cassie, she was extremely knowledgeable on what would be best for my dogs, treat, food, exercise, and toy wise. With their friendly staff and their plentiful products, they have earned me as a long time customer.

I love shopping here! I originally started coming here for the sod and bulk mulch and dirt (best in the area they grow their own sod), but now I also get all of my big green egg accessories and charcoal here. The pet food selection is lowest priced in town by far and the selection is great. I bring my Labrador in once a month for a nail trim and shampoo, he loves it and they always take great care of him. Love shopping at a local company ! Lynn, Cassie, Juan, Jose and Jason are always helpful. About to order 10 pallets of Bermuda for a home Im renovating. Awesome place. Very friendly and professional staff I came to woerners to get white. Rocks for my patio as I was expanding 250 sq ft in using only 2 yards of rocks but I paid for three and a half I was able to refund the difference with no issue with my receipt. This place has everything if you are trying to do anything to your outside living this is the place to shop

Frequent inventory changes and slow moving products which sit too long make it difficult to buy their dog food. Even when I find something that my dog likes, it is either near the expiration date, or they stop carrying it. I doubt I’ll return.This store should stick to patio pavers.

Woerner is my go to place for mulch and bedding accesories. We even found 2 very nice boulders there that look great in my front yard. Their plant and shrub selection is good and the property is laid out very well. Employees are very knowledgable and professional.

Very dishonest prices, I was told one price on a fountain then came back and they marked it up by $400! I found the employee that gave me the price and he shrugged and said well, sorry.I find it disgusting to be this greedy. I will not be back and you will lose customers because I will tell everyone I know!

Went today to ask if they had nematodes and the man at the register looked right at my wife, who had been waiting in line, then made change for a rude old man who walked up and reached past her to get change for a $10, then he ignored her again to answer a phone call.She walked out angry and I went back in to speak to a manager. The same man told me the assistant manager was on the phone and made no inquiry of was there a problem, nor seemed interested, so I told him what he did and he made an empty apology and said he didnt see her. She was standing RIGHT AT THE COUNTER AND HE LOOKED AT HER TWICE BEFORE IGNORING HER FOR OTHERS. I said seriously, she was standing right here in front of you and he said well we get busy sometimes with a smirk.I then said the question was, since you seem so interested, was: Do you carry nematodes and he replied he never heard of them, so no they dont. I told him that was good since we now wouldnt buy them there even if they did since he was so rude. Since he offered nothing but and lame excuse for his outright rudeness, I didnt bother to wait on the supposed asst manager since employees are a reflection of management and I expected no better from them.

Bought 2 bottle brush plants, one croaked within 2 weeks, leaves fell off. Phoned and talked to manager and he said, “if plant is out of the container, they won’t replace it”. Well, who would leave a new plant in the dadgum container??? We planted it, because it was root-bound and needed thx. We will never buy anything from this over rated store. The manager needs some education in horticulture!
