This man is a crook, cheat, and most miserable person I have ever met. I have watched him cheat people, that he called to do work and when the job was done he refused to pay them or paid them what he thought they should get. Usually by trying to get loud, call names, and cuss. Basically trying to be a bully. He has cheated the USDA and committed insurance fruad. Deal with this man at your own risk!
