Honestly, what can I say? It’s Publix. Everyone of their stores is the exact same. Which is a good thing. Consistency!! Everything is always tidy and everything looks fresh. Parking lot is clean.

The deli workers here at 6:30 tonight were so amazing, there was a horrible old white lady complaining she wasn’t getting her sliced deli items quick enough when they were so totally swamped by call in orders and walk ins. They handled it so professionally and with so much grace while nothing was good enough for her. Thumbs up to your service team!

Always a positive experience going to our neighborhood Publix. No one hounds us to wear a mask even if the rest of the world has gone mad (cant believe Ive gotten to a point where this is even something to post about in a review). Glad to patronize such an outstandingly managed store for many years now.

This Publix on University Parkway is the best one I have ever been in. Everything was so neat. It was worth the time there for my first time.

Publix is my go to store when I want an wholesome meal for lunch. I love shopping there or just be browsing around and looking at different items.

This publix like most is always fully stocked with what you need on a weekly basis. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great assortment of organic and limited but available plant based items in this store.

Always a great experience shopping at this location. And theres plenty decent restaurants to grab a snack if your like me and hate shopping with the wife Ill go grab some panda express or something else near by or i may just stroll over to target and look around seeing thats its basically next door to Publix. Anyways great location always clean and friendly staff and if they dont have what your looking for just ask the manager more than likely theyll order for you and have it the next time you come in to go shopping.

Clean store. Friendly staff. Lots of choices. The bakery is AmAZING.A little on the expensive side if you are a family on a budget. Pharmacy has the lower prices on medications if you are paying out of pocket. (Use a good RX Card) Nobody asking for money by the door or wondering around the parking lot either. Overall was a good shopping trip.

I will never try to order another birthday cake from here again. I called on the 21st to place a cake order for the 30th and they don’t have my cake at all. The lady told me I’m sorry we don’t have any order under your name here when I personally called and ordered my daughters birthday cake in advance. Poor service and rude bakery staff, I would rather make my own cake then deal with this non sense.

BEST customer service experience EVER. Justin and Jacob went above and beyond during my purchase of flowers and a devotional book for a loved one in hospice. Jacob was empathetic and told me about a similar situation he went through + was very kind and professional. Kindness is priceless and goes a long way, especially when youre having a difficult day. I really appreciate this!The next day I called back to see if Publix had the name of the devotional book I purchased the day before. It was my goal to purchase another one for myself. I couldnt recall the name, and I wasnt able to speak to my loved one to find out due to his ailment. I spoke to Justin, and he searched through the store for the book. While they no longer carry it, he spent time to look up my receipt. Since the receipt did not list the name of the book, he decided to go through the camera footage, zoom in, and look at the name of the book! AMAZING!! Even though it was a bit too blurry to see, the fact that he went through all of those steps just to help me find out the name of the devotional book meant a lot.I will never forget how Jacob and Justin went above and beyond to help me during this difficult time. I ended up finding out the name of the book because they were able to tell me who they believed the author was. The name of the devotional is Prayers & Promises for Men :)THANK YOU, Jacob and Justin!! I would give more stars if I could.

If your in Pensacola and need some food, this is the place! Its the most immaculately clean (and clean smelling) grocery store I have EVER been to anywhere! And the selection of goods, food, everything, incredible. And the staff super gracious. Give us one in Tucson Az. Please!

Clean, pleasant atmosphere. Has more cashiers than most places do now. I choose Publix whenever I can.

Pickup employee Nikki was super rude and whatever manager came over was being ridiculous. No reason throw away perfectly good labels bc the printer ran out of paper. It printed 2 and then the 3rd after paper was reloaded and Nikki threw away all 3 and told me to reprint them. So wasteful for no reason but apparently Im being ridiculous for not wanting to throw away things that are perfectly good.

What is Publix? Well, Publix is a grocery store with a high reputation for its customer service and high-quality products. Similar to Walmart, they have a bakery, but their pastries are an obvious win compared to Walmart’s. They have croissants, cookies, cakes, cheesecake, macaroons, and much more. This is not even taking into consideration the boars head deli present at the location. You can buy gourmet meats, cheeses, and more at their top notch deli. Their Corona Virus safety precautions are also noteworthy

Went to buy a Key Lime Pie, bought the cheesecake, also. The store was clean and bright, isles were wide, and lines at the register were short. the staff was friendly. Produce was fresh.

High prices. Overlooked while waiting at the deli counter. Im disabled and had stood there a long while while others were getting waited on before me although I had been there before them. Finally did say something.The brioche buns I purchased for the bakery were dry and came apart while eating them ( made sandwich} Deli suggested a turkey which I purchased but didnt mention it was smoked which I dont care for. It has an overpowering artificial smoked flavor. I felt the items in the bakery were picked over and not much available besides donuts. The cashier acted as if she didnt want to be there and seemed put out when I asked a question about a charge. There was no offer of assistance with taking groceries to car as most places do offer when they see I walk with a can. I probably wont go back tho this Publix but will try another one. Shame though as this one is close to me.

Employees are super nice and helpful, store is impeccably clean, and yes the prices maybe a little higher on some items but their BOGOs definitely make for it.

One of the best customer service stores I’ve ever been to. They are the chick fil a of grocery stores 😂♥️They are always stocked with everything you need, and knowledgeable on where certain items are that you can’t find. The bakery has everything you want and more! Seriously I go in to get one thing and come out with more than I wanted 😂. I also love their deals. Definitely can’t beat the BOGO

As always a great place to shop. Everyone seems like they enjoy working there. And they still have cashiers, which is a huge plus because I like a personal interaction.

This is my go to place to grocery shop. I always hear it being said Publix is really expensive but it makes sense. Publix does carry a boastful inventory of gorme or luxury food items. And the off brand stuff they do carry always tends to be a higher quality than what I find elsewhere. The meats for certain, I trust from here over any other grocer in the area to include the fish and deli. Items like frozen veggies just seem to taste richer over other grocers store brands too. If you know how to shop the items on sale, you can get a lot for a good price and they dont require a pesky rewards card either. This location in particular has always appeared clean and its landed itself as the go to for my groceries, even if I I passing 3 other places to get here.

Always love Publix...dont have them where we live....awesome bakery and deli....prices are higher than most grocery stores, but service is excellent.

Publix knows how to really make shopping a pleasure. This location has one of the best sub stations in Pensacola. Thank you Publix for taking the guesswork out of shopping.

This Publix made me so proud, my dad was in the hospital and a diabetic; I called this Publix the day Hurricane Sally was supposed to hit and they saved me and cut up a rotisserie chicken, so I could take it to my dad. In all the chaos that goes on before a storm they were fast and efficient. I am an employee of Publix from the Atlanta district and Maddy and her team even helped me get my FMLA paperwork for corporate. Sometimes its easy to forget just how much we go above and beyond for our customers, until you go into a store as a customer...not an employee. This store was amazing 😁

Very glad they are no longer enforcing masks. To the person who left the rude review on here about maskless people being privileged (ahem, Jacki Cuevas), you people are what is wrong with this world. Folks, if you are THAT scared of germs, then just STAY HOME. Its that simple. And theres more germs on the actual merchandise than there is from someone who is not wearing a mask. Use your brains, people. Geez. Back to Publix, everyone is super friendly here and you get great customer service. Yes, the prices are a little higher at all Publix stores, but youre paying for better service. They have great food at the deli, too, and their cakes are amazing!

Store shelves never stocked like pre-covid. They never keep the same products available also. Sick of it...

The pharmacy ladies were super helpful!

Very busy but staff had all the lines open. A little congestion around self checkouts but not too bad. The baking lane was packed with people but no major outages on shelves. Eggs full, meats full. Breads full, deli, vegetable and frozen all full.

Nice store if you can find what you want, and the bakery people are very nice. The deli is consistently disappointing. At any given time, the hot bar is barren, and youre lucky if you can find a box of fried chicken. The staff arent nice outside of the bakery. Most of them are cute college kids though. They just suck when it comes to customer service.

Me and my wife been to this Publix many times it is a nice clean place with everything easy to find. We do a lot of instacart on the side so this place is a breath of fresh air. No smell at all been to some groceries stores in my life you can smell the fish like they swept it under the ale while here none of that.We love this place so much will come here time and time again.
