I was extremely pleased by the fact that they were so accommodating and knowledgeable. I purchased a embroidery machine and I am in love with it! I had my two year old daughter with me and I am also 8 months pregnant. These wonderful women helped me select the machine that suited best for me while also allowing me to tend to my daughter while there. I will be back to purchase from a local store! Thank you Ladies!

I purchased a used embroidery/sewing machine from Sew Haven. It was missing some of its parts and they went way out of their way to compensate me for the missing parts. I am so impressed with Sew Haven that when I purchase my next machine I will be going to Sew Haven for it. Thank you ladies for a great experience.

If there was a negative star they would get it. They had my daughter pageant dress for three weeks. Two days before it was supost to be ready they call and day they cant do it. They I go in to get it and they say they can try to do it. But when telling me what she was gonna do, thank God she didnt. They were gonna put little metal rings in the back of it.... NO....... not on a formal pageant dress. She had no clue what she was doing
