Complete garbage service, pricing, time, and quality. Overcharged for bad and exposed stitching. Dont waste your time and money here.

If I could give less than one star I would. I have always taken my items to be embroidered there. I went today and was told they cannot do my item and only do it on mondays. The sign on the door says “ Bring is any outside item and we embroider it while you wait.” I asked again if I could buy something and just get that embroidered as I really needed it for work and didn’t mind waiting at all. But no I was turned away. I’m a repeat customer that uses them frequently. I won’t be back anymore after this. I would have been happy to wait or buy an item but because it was Saturday they would rather treat a loyal customer over a group of kids that were only buying one hat and they were able to get theirs done.

I got them to stitch a polo shirt with a company logo and it came out perfect. I was very impressed with their quality and customer service. They also informed me that the business is under new management. I highly recommend this place for your embroidery needs.

The new management is terrible. I went there to get something embroidered as a gift for someone and the owner didn’t even greet me. He looked at me said “What do you want?” I tried to not let it bother me, but he then said it again. I simply stated that I had two items and he then said well it’s going to be ready on Sunday. It’s Friday at 12 in the afternoon. The mall opened at 11 am. He didn’t even know what my order consisted of. His attitude was also very nonchalant and dismissive as he merely wanted to get to the next customer. He’s rude and I will never patronize their business again.

I wish zero stars were an option here. Price is right (if it were a good product), fast turnaround, but terrible quality. Went to pick up, had three Sherpa pull-overs, and could not see the lettering. Gene told me that’s why they tell people, at the time of drop off, that it won’t show up. What? Not true. Obviously, if I were told that, I would’ve gone with a different font or I simply would not have wasted my time and money. The lettering was smaller than we were told they would be. A lot smaller. Two of the fonts were correct, but the third shirt had the wrong font-not what I picked out. He proceeds to ring me up at full price - no apology - no nothing. Then, he told me take it home and trim it with scissors. Really?? I spent two hours trimming it and, even after trimming, it looks terrible! Also, the backing is rough, jagged, and sloppy. I wish I could provide pictures on this site. Well, now stuck with three embarrassing Christmas gifts to give to people. Will not ever go back.

I could not let the day end without sharing my wonderful experience about this embroidery store located in Cordova Mall.Kayla was very patient and SUPER creative in helping design a hat and shirt for my 95 year old dads birthday party. Kayla You Rock!My dad loves it!

I saw all of the negative reviews, but can only tell you that I had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the pricing is fair and the quality of the work EXCELLENT! I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for future embroidery needs.

We go there for all of our embroidery needs. The only thing I dont like is they charge a minimum of 15 bucks instead of by the letter. So when youre putting a two digit number on a baseball cap you still pay 15 bucks as if you put a 7-digit name on the same cap. If their pricing was different I would have rated five stars.

So apparently this business has new owners and they are AWFUL. Horrible customer service. He took a job and said it would be ready the next day. The jerk owner, Gene, kept giving me the run around, asking me questions that had already been answered about a very simple monogram, then left me hanging. This was after the project was supposed to be completed. When I inquired about my project the next day, he told me his machines were down and he was behind. So I asked if he could give me an idea of when it would be ready and he became extremely nasty, saying he couldn’t tell me when, he would have to call me. I asked if he could at least tell me that it would be done some point that day (now two days later) and he was very flippant and said he was getting to it at some point and he couldn’t tell me. Really? So you can’t tell me if it’s going to be two hours or two weeks? I was getting this project done as a gift and was on a tight timeline. Honestly he was rude from the get go and the ONLY reason I chose to patronize over other monogramming businesses was because he said he could get the project done the next day. So not only did he not deliver, his customer service was absolutely abysmal. When my mother went to pick up the handkerchiefs I wanted monogrammed, he was totally nasty to her and said his staff took took the job over his objections (absolutely untrue, he lied) and he didn’t even know how to monogram a handkerchief. It was nothing fancy, just a simple initial monogram on the corner. Just know that this place has horrible customer service, and charges $15 minimum per item. There are many other monogramming businesses in the area that charge much, much less and have exponentially better customer service. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

I cant say enough about the quality of this store. I have personally known the owner for several years and he has established such a wonderful company that carries beautiful monogrammed gifts for all ages with amazing service. Moreover, they carry a wide selection of hats. Im constantly visiting the store for gifts and encourage all to pass by. You will be pleasantly surprised!

Really deserves ZERO stars! Embroidery job (flat sheet and a set of pillow cases) was messed up. The employee was very nice and apologetic for the mishap with embroidery. Store Mgr,, Gene Suppell was not nice! He was uncooperative, unwilling to replace the ruined Lands End sheets - finally ordered a new flat sheet but refused to order pillow case set! FAIR WARNING...DONT take anything to Embroidery Station (not even a hat) to have it embroidered. Sad but true....the Mgr is deducting the cost of the new replacement flat sheet (and prob the embroidery fee that the store did not receive) from the employees pay. I told the employee she may want to find a job w/a better more supportive company! The Mgr displayed the worst customer service / business practice possible. I contacted Cordova Mall Mgmt to inform them of the rude/unethical treatment I recd front the Store Mgr. Also plan to file a complaint with BBB. Unbelievable!! How do they stay in business!

If I could give this place a zero that’s exactly what I would do. I took a brand new lab jacket still in the plastic delivery bag to them for embroidery. When I returned to pick it up, the employee stated that the stitching did not come out right. When I inspected the work I noticed there were stains on the jacket that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. The employee called the owner and when I spoke with him, he was EXTREMELY rude and stated that he could try to patch the error and restitch it and would try to get the stains out. The stitch work looked so awful that I didn’t want to take a chance with them again nor did I want a patch. I asked him to replace the jacket and he said “no, I’ll only pay half.” I explained to him that the jacket was brand new when I bought it to him and I felt like he should replace it because he screwed it up but he wouldn’t agree. I will NEVER use their services again. Very rude and inconsiderate!

I have been using these guys for years. Used to be top notch but the new owner has no customer service skills at all. Messed up 2 dozen hats and took him over a week to do them and still wrong. After going back and fourth with him on email and showing exactly the logo I wanted and where to put it he still messed it up. Told me he did not know how much longer he could do my stuff because he was not making money on me since I was getting wholesale prices and he could make more on his retail customers. Had another 8 dozen hats to be done and went and picked them up instead of giving this jerk another dime. He will be out of business in a few months. Very unorganized. The shop used to be clean now you go in there and trash everywhere. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
