Shower was amazing except the bottom of my bags on the floor got wet due to it leaking out the shower but the one star is because I heard employees complaining about how long people take...if you dont have a time limit why complain? Especially if people are paying $7 for the shower they are taking? I was told the first time I came that I could take as long as I wanted. Plus I bought more than the shower this time. If you got a problem with it, then maybe you should set limits....🤷🤷 just saying

The ATM MACHINE ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE OUT OF ORDER!! OUTSIDE GARBAGE CANS WERE ABOUT TO OVER FLOW. EMPLOYEES WERE ACTUALLY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL THIS TIME. Ive EXPERIENCED. MORE ATTITUDE FROM PAST EMPLOYEES THAN I CARED TOO. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME BACK IN MONTHS. MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE.

Why is this short haired lady who works here concintrating so hard on cleaning the donut bin that the younger long haired lady has to check everyone out not only am I late, but its litterly 10 person line for 10 min..

We love this store because its so close to our house we can walk to it and the people that work there or so friendly especially John and one of the managers in a cant remember her name is she is so friendly and we love this place so much

It is now a SHELL Truck Stop with lots of parking. I only shop here when its absolutely necessary. This store used to have at least 2 registers going at all times and would open a 3rd register when needed and they had well trained staff. Since Circle K bought them they run 1 register most of the time and might open a 2nd when needed but the cashiers are rude, slow to check people out and will stand there and talk to someone on the side and get upset if you try and let them know youre in a hurry. I asked this cashier what number a specefic scratch off was on and she got so upset and tried to embarrass me in front of the ever growing and slow moving line of customers but I corrected her on the spot. To put it simple the employees are not professional and could care less how long it takes them to check someone out or if the customers are happy.**UPDATE 7 OR 8 MONTHS LATER. Not much has changed as far as customer service goes. The Kangaroo Express sign has been replaced with a SHELL/Circle K sign and the HWY29 construction has slowed down traffic in and out of the parking lot and limited the number of entrances and exits. The in and out traffic will change and should improve as the construction moves along but I doubt it will be complete for 2 or 3 years if not longer. Most of the cashiers are still very slow, act like they are inconvenienced when they have to check a customer out and seem to be more concerned about taking a smoke break or disappearing to the back of the store instead of helping the 1 cashier that is open which is usually the Diesel Fuel cashier. They will eventually open a 2nd register but never seem to be in a hurry to move the customers along. I do not understand why they do not have all 3 registers open during peak hours. Its a complete nightmare in the morning hours from 7:00am to 9:00am and again in the afternoons from 3:00pm to after 6:00pm. Hopefully management will be replaced and new store associates will be hired or they could train the existing people.

If you are doing a military move, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. Weve been here for over 1.5 hrs on our third reweigh because they cannot get their system to appropriately log the information required for the weight tickets.Update: Another employee made this right.

Horrible customer service over the phone. I called up to store to find out a price on a product and the response I got was “ I’m not sure but you can come up here and look.” She didn’t even attempt to try to find the price and I don’t have a vehicle to just drive up there to find a price of something hence why I called to A). See if they even have the product and B). To find out the price of the product if they had it. I worked for Circle K for 2 years and this kind of customer service would have resulted in a write up. The way I was talked to over the phone is unacceptable and apparently they need to relearn phone etiquette and customer service standards at this location or find another customer service representative that actually knows how to treat customers whether they are in person or over the phone.

Good place, but slow service.

Ive used this weigh station for military moves into, and now out of, Pensacola. The weigh ticket system itself works great, and Ive had good experiences in the past, but the employee who handled my ticket this time around was straight up mean, grossly unprofessional, and made me feel unwelcome in the store. I would recommend avoiding weighing while the evening shift is on, as I was berated for asking if my re-weigh number was still valid(it was), told that it didnt go through the first time I weighed, made to wait for several minutes while they helped scratch lotto tickets for customers who had joined the line long after I had, and came across as angry that I had inconvenienced them by weighing.

The Tasha behind the counter is very sweet, but her co worker not doing anything and store is beyond dirty the coffee area was a mess

This place is quite small and the truck parking is crowded with locals that leave there truck there which is unfortunate because the store gets cheated money I seen a number of local drivers come and go and dont even visit the store. I was lucky enough to Get one of very few parking spots spent quite a lot of money there in 2 days with Food and showers. What can I say the shower was decent and clean the water was hot the employees are very pleasant. I think if they charged for overnight parking And keep people from leaving their trailers unattended would make this place much better. They do have a Subway which I dont recommend sandwiches are very thin they have a CAT scale several fuel islands and its centrally located right off of I 10. I do recommend this place if you can find a parking space as it was nice and quiet in the evening

Snubby older lady with very thick eyeshadow. I asked her a question and smiling at her and she just walk away after she hand me the things I bought! Not very happy with the people like that!! Not even educated and pretty looking!!

I have lived close to this store for about a year and have been there many times. The associates there are consistently the most rude and unpleasant associates Ive ever encountered at a Circle K here in Pensacola. This morning was no different. Im just irritated enough right now to leave a long overdue review. I dont know what the issue is, but I really dont appreciate being treated as a bother when Im just trying to get a cup of coffee and an energy bar.Also the store is filthy and run down. Id recommend continuing on down the road to a different convenience store if you can help it.

Dirty n dumpy dont stop or youll get jacked outside appearance. Although its nothing like that. Lol. Its a clean store. Super friendly employees.

During our stop this place was busy, but their were 5 workers present. The two male employees checking people out were friendly & staying quite busy. The 3 female employees not behind the counter should mean the store isnt a dump :( the store & restroom conditions were awful. One worker almost hit me with an empty stocking cart while talking about what she wants to eat (not stocking). The staff should be reevaluated for their jobs. Very disappointing stop.

Pay $7 for a shower stall that has fecal mater inside the drain cover? Noticed an off smell so i reported it and they assured me it was just cleaned with bleach. Also found mold on shower curtain (cost a dollar at walmart to replace), dust on vents and walls. Save your money go to a different truck stop for showers. Towels they supply are ripped and stained with bleach. Luckily i brought my own supplies because they only offer towel wash rag and a bar of cheap soap that dries your hands out. No shampoo

Good place to stop for quick bite & break

No food.other than hot dog, on buns that some had mold on,after being told about it. The store it self is dirty.some the food is stall, like the red velvet cup cakes. rest rooms arent much better, by that I men CLEAN.Truck parking is bad. Drivers living there take up spots just any old way . No lines on lot to show dum truck drivers, How to Park . A bunch non Intagant drivers.

Went thru the disel and in 5 seconds took $19.00 lady in the counter was a smart aleck. my gas gauge didnt move at all. went further down to walmart, where it was cheaper by the way. I put 26 dollar and filled out the 2 quarters that were needed. To me these pumps are already set up. Since the truck drivers dont even look at what they pay. they just sign and leave. how the hell will i fill up 8. gallons in 5 senconds. rip offs.

2 days ago, the lady was deff on meth working and it was 1 in the afternoon. Today 6/16/16 they didnt value a coupon thay Ive used lots of times (1 time use on marlboro app) and didnt comp the price (only have 5 mins to use) Very displeased.

Only 2 stars because they have showers and truck parking.Showers were nasty (Atleast its a place to take a shower.)Counters, floors and walls looked like they have not been cleaned in several days.If you have time, find a motel and stay away from this place.
