I first went into the store to buy a product that I bought three or four different times before and the Scott sales counter Rich Ive never seen before told me the product was twice as much as I originally paid for it and the past so I opted to buy a similar but different product which was overpriced as well to find out that he sold me a defective product and then refuse to swap it out for a prop a properly working product terrible terrible terrible! Worst possible customer relations I can possibly imagine
