I started visiting this store when Bad Idea comics started to put out comics and I’ve moved all of my pulls here. It’s in a clean area, and the owner is the most helpful and knowledgeable owner I’ve come across. Worth the drive to come visit with him and he’s offered suggestions on two comics now and I loved both. If you stop here you won’t be disappointed.

This is probably my favorite comic book shop Ive ever been too. The dedication by the owner to comic books in a space where many establishments are becoming dedicated to collectibles is a wonderful thing.The comic book knowledge, the collection of issues from more than just the big names, the customer service. If you like comics or graphic novels: go here, i promise youll find a new favorite shop!

Great comic store. Very happy to have found this shop with my husband. We had been going to the same comic shop for years as they slowly started to care less and less about comic books and focused more on games. This shop truly cares about comic books and all it entails. The owner of the shop is always happy to see customers and gives great deals. He always has a influx of back issues coming in and they range from Golden to Modern age. New comics every Wednesday and gives a discount to customers with pull list. Has a kid friendly section and a great backroom with graphic novels new and used. Its the best comic shop in town, but you dont have to take my word for it.

Nothing but the best. If you need it, he has it. If he doesnt, hell try his best to track it down. He isnt greedy, which is a nice change for collectors. Always fair.

This place is Pensacola best comic shop! Its family safe place. Intriguing comic book discussions are generally happening there. The prices are good and there are great sales, one of top places for dollar comics and sometimes you can buy comics by pounds too. I have gotten some rare finds at fair prices. Its been impressive to say the least the selection of comics even older rare issues he has come across at his shop. there are the mainstream stuff like Marvel and DC but one of the better independent Comics elections can be found at Pop comics. the graphic novel room has an interesting an impressive selection of mainstream and independence comics as well. This is place to go to for comic book fans. The owner had been known buy and trade collection.

Pensacola Pop is a really awesome, lowkey spot to sit and scroll through some great selections. My kid started her collections here, so itll always have a place in my heart. The staff is always friendly and conversational.

The owner is very knowledgeable and upfront about the comics he sells. I have been coming here for the last year or so and I have had nothing but great experiences going in. The shop is family friendly and is great for people new to comics and people who have been collecting and reading for a very long time. I would definitely recommend this store over any other comic book shop in town.

Favorite comic shop Ive ever ran into. The owner is just so friendly and keeps such a large variety of comics in stock, youll never get bored browsing through. Ive only lived in Pensacola less than a year but Ill keep going back as much as possible just to support a very worthwhile local business. Great for gifts or building your own collection!

A comic book store that is just that. No toys, no gimmicks just books and friendly neighborhood atmosphere. For the past 3 years pop comics has held my pull list and I have no complaints.

I dont usually do reviews but this shop was great. Were from out of town and stopped to get the boys some comics for the long trip back home. A man and his wife were at the shop, very friendly couple. Great business. They said they work there and help out their friend from time to time. I guess the southern kindness is a real thing. Great shop, very friendly. Highly reccomend.

Neat little store with a surprising selection of fairly-priced back issues, trades, and sale items. Picked up a handful of punisher comics for cheap to remind me of my childhood. Worth checking out if youre in the area.

This place was my first foray into comics. Since then I have visited pretty much every other store and every single one PALES in comparison to Pensacola Pop!The service is amazing. He got me into several series that i would have never touched and still provides suggestions TO THIS DAY. And the subscription service is awesome. There are weeks at a time where I cannot get to the store but he holds the comics for the series I like so I dont miss one.Prices are fair, variety is great, and service is second to none. Why would anyone want to go anywhere else?

The guy working there when I visited was very knowledgable and made some fantastic reccomendations. Great place to visit if youre tired of every comic shop catering to tables full of unwelcoming folks crowded around figurines who act irritated if youre actually there to buy comics.

Dont write as many reviews as I should,but this is by far the best comic shop in PCola. Owner is super informative. Will order anything he doesnt have which isnt much. Has all the small companys like Black mask and Boom also a great selection of KEY BACK ISSUES GOTS IT!! If you look and dont see something ask cuz hes probably got it. Cant say enough!! Support your local shop. You can also rent trades which is an idea I havent seen and a great one at that!!
