A very friendly, local coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere. Awesome place to relax and read a book or work on your computer while sipping on some coffee. Which is great by the way. I haven’t tried the teas yet, but I come here once a week for the nitro cold brew. Let me tell you that it slaps.

Great coffee and juices, and I love the atmosphere. Ill definitely be spending more money and time here while studying. The only reason for the 4 stars was due to how I liked the drink I got. My girlfriends drink was great, she ordered an iced latte with sugar free caramel syrup and oat milk, I ordered an iced coffee with the same flavor and heavy cream. I didnt care much for the cold brew that my drink was made with, but the espresso in her drink was amazing. Ill be ordering the latte from now on. They also seem to have some really nice beans for sale which Ill have to try and Ill leave an update with my thoughts on that after I try. Ill also add photos after the next time I go. The staff is also really nice and helpful.

Bon Beans is a nice place to visit over a coffee. The atmosphere is relaxing, the seating comfortable, and there are games to play with one or more friends. If you want to bring a child or two, there are puzzles and kids games to entertain them.The barista was nice, helpful, and quick with the orders.The variety of coffees, teas, and smoothies is surprising for the small size of the shop. 🙂

This would have been five stars, because this is my favorite coffee shop and people. I go there and spend $8 ever day. However, I just found out the large has been downgraded to 16 oz instead of 24oz for an iced coffee. I will not be back now unfortunately. I will not pay $8 for a small coffee. I hope you get the large cups back. I think my daily $8 habit would pay for it alone.

I always test new coffee places with an Americano, black, so I can tell how the espresso is, and this place gets an A+. Extra points for being organic too. Great vibe and staff too. They have good soundproof covers over the blenders to keep the vibe mellow and protect their employees hearing. It I lived here, I would be a regular.

Bon Beans beats all. They can do no wrong. Theyre phenomenal in every sense of the word. I have a ridiculously difficult order because Im a difficult to please person, but dang! They got me! They got me good! Like a fat fish just waiting for them to scoop me up in their net of deliciousness. Plus the staff is extraordinary! Im usually so annoyed by coffee staff because theyre (for the most part) pretentious and annoying with their three week old expertise in the world of beans. But not at Bon Beans! Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and have never burnt my espresso. Bless you, Bon Beans. Bless you.

Absolutely cute cafe! Lots of board games and free books that you can read while youre there. Kid friendly as well. They had puzzles and matching games for kids too which was a bonus! Being here feels so chill and relaxing. Their coffee is so good! I had the iced white mocha and it is absolutely tasty. Its strong but not bitter and the sweetness is just right. Very good tasting coffee. My husband had the cold brew and he said it was perfect. The barista was very nice and patient with my indicisiveness. She was working by herself and she had other customers before me that she had to make coffee for but she still took her time with me and didnt rush me.

They always get my drink perfect each time! And if your drink isnt how you like it, they will do whatever they can to improve it. Lovely environment! Highly recommend stopping by this place.

This place is great. Not only does it offer a super cute atmosphere to hang out in, but it’s usually less crowded than most coffee shops around. Also, the juices and drinks are delicious. I love the couches and we enjoy playing cards there. They also have a variety of games you can play and if you bring a book to their library you can take fake. Super cool!

This is one of the best coffee shops I have visited lately! I love the concept of having hand picked and organically grown coffee available to me whenever I want. The shop is relaxing and clean, and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be visiting this shop more often!

Every time I have been in Bon Beans, it has always been a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is great, the coffee is amazing, and the baristas even remember my order. This is one of my favorite locations to go and study, since it is close to home.

Edit: Returned to this location after 10 months or so to find the location under new management. It was a totally different experience this time. The coffee was excellent and the pastries were delicious. The price point appears to be the same but with a better product I will pay a bit more for quality. A do over!

I’ve never had bad service here. The atmosphere is more cozy and inviting than ever, comfortable temp and music not too loud. Prices about the same as Starbucks. Juice bar and smoothie menu look good, never tried these here though. Iced coffee is good, and, hey, it’s organic!

Walked in not knowing what I wanted and Emma, my barista, kindly helped me choose what flavor was best for me and assured me that if I didnt like it, she would happily create another cup for me. A true hidden gem of a coffee shop! The service is outstanding and so friendly! It is impeccably clean. The coffee is some of the best in Pensacola. It is super cozy and very comfortable. Free wifi if you want to do a little work while you are blown away with the coffee. The bakery goods look so tasty! I felt so welcome and the barista was so helpful. I have found my new favorite coffee shop!!

Sweet staff and wonderful selection of drinks!

Barista was so friendly, hospitable, & polite. She made it so I want to go back. Shes a senior in high school and has more attention to detail than most adults. The decor is fabulous and so inviting & relaxing. I definitely recommend Bon Beans...stay a while and play the provided games or read one of their books. My youngest granddaughter was thoroughly relaxed (see pic).

Been a loyal bon beans customer for over a year now and used to love the atmosphere and speedy service. Since the company sold to new owners, it has been an unfortunate turn of customer service and quality of drinks that I’ve ordered. I’m a total believer of supporting local businesses, so I’ve still been ordering my coffee and juice when I pass by. Although, some days it would be much easier and probably make me happier to drive a mile farther and go to the Starbucks Drive thru.

The workers are always super friendly and the atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. Prices are pretty similar to Starbucks, however Id rather be here than any other cafe Ive been to. Will always be here when I want good coffee and some good ambiance.

I was really hoping this would be another good local coffee shop but unfortunately it was not. I ordered a pour over coffee for around 5 dollars and my girlfriend ordered a hot vanilla latte. We decided to sit at the counter and we got to watch them make our drinks. While she barista was making my drink in a Chemex, she put the filter in wrong and she did not allow the water to drain from the filter before disposing of the grounds and the filter. In turn, when she tried to pull the filter out, she let all the grounds fall into the coffee she just made. In fairness she apologized and said she did not want to waste the drink. So the put the coffee with the grounds in it into a french press to filter it. Now the french press filter is more open than a chemex so grounds got into the coffee. She poured it into a cup and gave it to me, which the bottom part of my cup was nothing but grounds. Then, my girlfriends latte was supposed to be a hot vanilla latte. She instead got a iced hazelnut latte. We could have asked for new drinks yes, but after both getting bad orders we decided against it and left. We probably wont be back and we will just stick to Bodacious Brew or Coffee Guy.

Love this coffee shop. Great tasting coffee with a variety of options for dairy and lactose free. Very helpful and friendly staff. Has a nice variety of seating options though a little bit of partitioning would make the atmosphere more conducive to different activities like talking, studying, and reading going on simultaneously. Its very quiet, and the times I have gone with friends to just talk or hang out I feel like our conversation carries through to everyone else. They have an impressive wall of coffee and tea instruments including French presses, tea bags and other supplies on display and for purchase. I have not tried them yet, but their baked goods on display look delicious and homemade. Highly recommend!

I found this coffee shop on Instagram and it looked so cute so I decided to check it out with a few of my friends. I was very impressed! We went on a Saturday morning and there were about 6 people ahead of us in line. There were only two girls working and they were able to get our order very quickly while apologizing for the wait. The prices are reasonable. We only waited a few minutes for our drinks. My friends and I sat down and throughout the visit we were personally asked several times by the employees if everything was good and if we needed anything. The music was very fresh and upbeat which we all enjoyed very much. They were testing out a new recipe for waffles that they plan to add to the menu, and we were brought out a fresh sample-- I am not kidding when I say-- it was one of the best waffles I have ever had! I was very delighted. There was a steady flow of customers, but not crowed at all. My friends and I ended up staying for over two hours just drinking our coffees, talking and enjoying the atmosphere. 12/10 would recommend!

Great atmosphere, coffee, juices, smoothies, and anything else you can get here. This is a new spot to have all of these treats so if something isnt done right they will fix it IMMEDIATELY! The customer service you will get from the employees and owners are top notch. This small business will be the new coffee hot spot of Pensacola. Keep up the good work Gina & Mike! Oh and everything is fresh, organic and most of the treats are sugar/Gluten free.

Fix the beeping. Seriously make this a priority, it is important. The music is slightly too loud in my opinion, but I suspect its to drowned out that subtle but obvious obnoxious beeping, but it isn’t working. Is there any way you could make it more obvious which coffee you are brewing that day, highlight it somehow, maybe I’m just missing it. WHY FIVE STARS? Because all that stuff I just mentioned has least to do with what they sell, and although coffee shops do attempt to have a great environment, that’s not the whole point. Bon Beans is a staple, consistent, expertly crafted beverages, scientifically pulled shots, and excellent quality every time. I read through some of the criticisms on flavor and they are inaccurate. The espresso is smooth, not bitter in the slightest and has a pleasant mouthfeel. The brewed coffee is excellent every time. They go all organic with their coffee and tea and whatever you choose you will enjoy, and if you happen not to, just say something. Should you go to Bon Beans? Yes, of course you should.

The ingredients are purchased individually so nothing is sitting in a stock room. All ingredients are traceable to their place of origin and everything is unique! This has become my familys new coffee stop every Sunday as part of our family tradition! Come and see it!

Ive been coming Bon Beans since they first opened on 9mile. A year ago I gave them five stars and was very happy to not have to drive in town to Evermans for my juice. The atmosphere and service has always been top notch. However and Im sure Covid is to blame or will be blamed, their juice has fallen short repeatedly for my last 4 visits. Either they dont have enough fruit or some ingredients just didnt make it in the mix. This time I got a watered down ice juice that isnt even worth drinking. $10 for a carrot flavered ice water. Im glad Evermans built a store across the street from Bon Beans. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!!

The environment is great and I love the Mystic Mint tea. In fact, its so good I bought two pounds of it to take home and make whenever I need an amazing tea fix. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the great service Bon Beans!

I highly recommend this coffee shop. This comes from a former Starbucks barista and coffee addict that is very fastidious. I went to 30+ coffee shops when I lived in New York City and I’ll be honest Bon Beans has been my favorite of them all. They have an amazing staff, a variety of products, a study friendly atmosphere, and great hours. So go and experience it for yourself, because I know you will not regret it.

This is such a cute coffee shop! Love the coffee beans in the countertop. Thank you for bringing organic coffee to this area. I had the frozen white chocolate frappe drink and it was pretty fantastic. Can’t wait to try it all!! I’m also excited to bring my daughter back with me to try the gluten free treats you offer! It’s so hard to find sweets that taste good AND are gluten free. This will probably become my regular Sunday coffee stop!!

Every time I have been I try a different drink and have been impressed with every aspect of the experience. The staff are outstanding in their craft and make a mean bean. The selection is incredible and just wish I could drink more when in the door. I take my whole family here and cannot wait for the next visit.I love this spot and not just for the enticing, inviting, exciting beverages, but the cafe has an eco-foot print I want to follow. I love this place. The ambiance, the decor, the service (mostly Olivias obvious honor & joy in her work), etc. Oh and the drinks lol. I used to sit for hours. The change has taken some getting used to, but it works. More a mix between cafeteria & library that mixes it up on certain days.

This place was great. I got a juice smoothie and was very satisfied. Felt kind of bad coming in late but she wasnt rude about how late we arrived for a night treat. I would reccomend this place to anyone looking for a treat or some really awesome coffee. There were games in the lobby to play. And a few people there studying. The vibe was very comfy and relaxed.

I really like the ambiance of this place, its a good place to meet with and hang out with friends! Theres plenty of seating, and its got a very comfortable feel. Try their drip coffee with half and half and stevia. Its really good!

I loved the atmosphere of the coffee shop, there are a lot of comfy lounging and sitting areas. The staff today was attentive and friendly. I ordered a black cold brew coffee. The flavor of the coffee was extremely sour, I suspect the coffee beans were not roasted properly or potentially stale. If I’m in the area again I will try a different drink or add flavoring to my coffee.

I went to this place recently and ordered a small coffee. The young lady told me it would be 2.90. I thought: well, if its good coffee not too bad. but still a little high. When I got the coffee I realized there was no cream on the table. When I asked for cream she said: its 75 cent per shot. I was a little shocked and said: are you kidding me? The small coffee is 2.90 and you charge 50 cents a shot for cream? So, if I get a small coffee with two creams its 4.40 not including the tip? She seemed annoyed and nodded yes. Just then a man came over and told her to give it to me. I got the coffee and quickly realized this place was not the kind of place I wanted to hang out in. The coffee was old and nasty. I threw most of it away. I feel sorry for the baristas here. Back to Starbucks for me! You can have Bon Beans.

The prices are way too expensive for coffee. And I thought Starbucks was pricey! Not to mention the customer service sucks. There was 1 person taking all the orders and making all the drinks so I expected it to be a bit slow, but after 5 minutes I could hear the barista talking so I looked over and there she is, just chatting it up with one of her friends thats sitting at the bar. Not chatting and working, mind you. No. Just full out, both elbows on the counter, chatting. While taking my order she acted like she was in a huge rush and now is not even making my drinks let alone the drinks that were ordered before mine. After 15 minutes we finally got our drinks but she didnt even start making them until 10 minutes after we had ordered. She spent a full 5 minutes (probably more, thats just when I realized it) taking to her friend, not taking orders, letting people stand in line to order, and not making our drinks either. Absolutely horrible service and not friendly to anyone but their personal friends. I certainly will NOT be coming back.

Awesome coffee with a great vibe. The staff is always friendly and their coffee is amazing! They have some of the best gluten free muffins Ive ever had, so if you dont eat gluten I would definitely try them.

An amazing place to frequent. The coffee and staff are unbelievable. I hit this place at least 4 times a week. I have drank coffee at every spot in town, and this by far is top-notch. If you dont believe me, you should stop in and experience the atmosphere and product for yourself.

Great coffee but poor service. I love that they use organic everything but the barista was the most rude person Ive ever talked to. She corrected my order to the official coffee name a few times but not in a polite way and cut me off mid sentence. I couldnt even order a pastry. She made the drink and slammed it down in front of me, no thank you have a nice day or anything.It was very slow and she didnt have to rush me out the door feeling so unwelcomed.But I do love the coffee so hopefully next time I will have a different barista with customer service skills at least at the minimum.

It was a nice relaxing break out of my day while I enjoyed my coffee.Update, Im back again while in town this month. I have to say the coffee seems better and better each time I come!

The coffee shop is pretty chill. Broad drink options and pretty good wifi. Not Starbucks speeds, but still. Beware of the guy with the beard. He is constantly picking at his teeth and braces. I watched him pick at his teeth and immediately begin to make my drink without washing his hands. Maybe ask someone else to make your coffee. If it werent for that, Id give 4 stars.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Its so close to my apartment and they are open late so its very convienient. Not only that, their tea, juice, and smoothies are so yummy! (Im not a coffee drinker so idk how that is but Im sure its great) along with all of that, the staff is super friendly and natural and they have the best bakery catering their pastries to the shop!! Oh and did I mention its two doors down from my work? Lucky me!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
