I was in line, thinking about ordering food, when I observed the (mask less) girl working the toaster play with her phone while wearing the gloves she was using to prepare the food. She never changed gloves before returning to prepare the food coming out of the toaster. I’m fairly sure that’s a health code violation. Needless to say, I didn’t order food.

Had a delicious bagel with lox. Perfect amount of cream cheese, generous serving of smoked salmon, tomatoes and capers. 😋

Con: Their $7 cappucino tasted like burnt, instant coffee. Pro: the coffee was hot and available. Will not be ordering coffee from them again.

Incompetent employees. Lazy employees. Uneducated employees. I was here two weeks ago and the young lady at the cash register didnt even know how to count money. Today when I asked for ranch, I felt like I was asking them for money the way they responded to me. Get it together.

I was passing through Pensacola to Fort Walton Beach and on the way home stopped to eat breakfast at the Einsteins in the lounge area. Initially I was not hungry, but after waiting a little while Johnny made me the best bagel sandwich. This man is authentic and genuine. I could have talked to him all day. He provided excellent customer service and understands the human elements role in business. Its not all about turning out customers. Sometimes you need to take a minute and appreciate your clients, and that is exactly what Johnny did for me on one of the most difficult days. This man needs a promotion or at least a raise. He needs to be appreciated and the only way to show it is financially. I wish him the best. Thank you Johnny!💪

I need to take a plane twice a month several times I stop in this business, it is very uncomfortable, in the bakery, a girl, is always like laughing at customers, its not just with me, Ive seen her laughing at others, thats not funny.

Leaving Pensacola and they made my last day, very nice polite, funny and enthusiastic. I would recommend to anyone passing through, ignore though other reviews I came here on a Tuesday and everyone was good.

Einstein Bagels near gate I6 past security checkpoint: I had a delicious bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and requested toasted buttered ciabatta bread instead of bagel and there was no extra charge. Wait was under five minutes and you could see that the cooking area was very clean. I travel frequently and this is the first airport food place I have ordered from that did not charge an exhorbitant price. My made-to-order sandwich was $5.69. A similar sandwich at the Charlotte airport last week was $11.99 and not nearly as good. I look forward to breakfast at Einstein Bagels at the airport on future trips to Pensacola.

I walked up to counter no customers the girl looks over doesn’t stop doing what she’s doing and says I’m listening very rude!!!! I walked away. I didn’t get her name but her shift would be Thursday May 2nd 20192:40 pm in the afternoonBeing a owner of a business I would want to know how my employees treated my patrons.

Took 10 min to give us 2 bagels and give us a small cup of schmear for each bagel. Normally when Ive been to Einstein Bros they generously apply schmear to your bagel before you get it. When we asked for more, they tried to charge extra. Definitely not recommended and wont be coming back to this location. May as well got a plain bagel.

There are two counters, both at the Airport. One is in the main lobby and the other beyond security in the main concourse. Both have good food and good service.

Your Neighborhood Bagel Shop at a Corporate Airport. When you have limited options, in any airport, this is the best Coffee (for the price).Typical Sandwich Offerings only their gimmick is everything is Served on Bagels.They state all Bagels are fresh, every 4 hours, and I have never had a reason to doubt or argue this statement.

Really stupid Einstein bagel. My wife and I were flying out of Pensacola at 10:50 am, the Einstein in the terminal was not open at 10 am. They reported they would open at 11 am. So a breakfast place, right next to a gate with a Pensacola to Denver full flight, was NOT OPEN for Breakfast. Not sure why they even bother to open after breakfast. Really dumb owner and manager.

Grumpy cashier that took it out on customers. And it took forever to get one item even though there was hardly anybody in line. The girl giving me the food was nice at least.

The place is fast, friendly, and cost efficient compared to amy other airport.. Oh an Tommmy deserves a raise

I have to say what piss poor service I got from my visit on 1/20/2019.Was not greeted at all, got attitude from girl at counter. (In her defense) the remaining staff out back was goofing around. Maybe that explains the indifference shown.

Burrito tasted like it was frozen, and then super heated to an a point where it was temporarily inedible. The burrito was so hot it would easily burn your mouth, and it was slightly bland.

Unbelievable how 2 Einstein Bagelshops can be listed in Eglin Florida which are not accessible to none AirForce members. A 2x 20 Mile drive plus 2x $4 for bridge crossing, to buy Bagels there, while visiting the Panhandle, was needed to be sent away at the gate because no clear marking on the Google Map. One showed the address followed by AFB, the second one showed nothing. Shame on you Google, hope you fix this in a hurry...

Authentic bagels. As a New Yorker I can attest to that and best in town!

We got bad coffee and the employees were rude and would not fix their mistake.

The food was ok but the staff was horrible took a year and a half for the girl behind the counter to realize you were there and take your order. When my order was finally taken it took almost an hour to get my sandwich. I felt like everything was in slow motion if you come here dont expect Stellar service the staff moves like molassis.

Love their bagels what can I say.

6:15 am and they only had two types of bagels (chocolate chip and some other non-standard flavor) available. Why would a place that bills itself as having bagels not really have any bagels available in the morning??? Staff appeared disinterested in attending customers. Went elsewhere for breakfast.

Took them 25 minutes to make a bagel. Always understaffed here.
