This place was more like the warehouse supply store than just a regular beauty supply store. The later hours of operation are a definite plus however I prefer my usual store with more space to move around and less crowd. I still recommend and will return in the future.Special thanks to the lady who was able to help me find hair so i could expedite my mission. 4.5

Cashier/owner tried to steal my girlfriends car keys that she accidently dropped while shopping and corraling her 2 kids. It wasnt until I showed up to investigate that the workers changed there attitude and all of a sudden the keys showed up in a box that was on the floor that I had already looked in. Must have been.when the owner walked by just before finding them and dropped the keys inside the box. Thankfully the homeless people outside the business were very helpful and made sure my girlfriend was kept safe and they played some football with my son and daughter. Dont go to this place, they are crooks and can not be trusted.

The guy in this store was not so friendly in the store....they close at 9 p.m. but came back and told us the wig section was shutting down and it was only 7 p.m. That was CRAZY! I like the OLIVE Rd. location better. Hes a lot more friendlier than his brother with the bald head. Btw, the Cervantes location was my 1st visit.

I went in for a quick wig purchase. I already knew what I wanted and just needed help getting it. The guy gave the most bizzare excuse ever on why he couldnt assist me. Im sure hes going to laugh at this review and know who I am because he knows it was a bunch of bs. Im pretty sure he even left the counter as I was walking out. He said he couldnt leave the counter to get the wig because he had to stay behind the one he was at. Then why do you even have a hair store sir? Im not from this area and this was the first hair store I actually liked and now thats ruined because of whack customer service. Point of this review is dont go here if youre looking to buy wigs because theyre just for display not to purchase. Spend your money elsewhere because they dont need or want it. Honestly this whole store should be cancelled. The store compares nothing to stores in other cities.

Ive never had a bad experience here before but today was my last time coming. Ive been a regular customer for the past few months and after today I can see this shop will continue to lose business. After walking in I explain and demonstrate to the owner that the carnival hair I bought after a week of being installed is tangling like crazy...he just kept repeating all the good things about it saying I know its good hair and trying to compliment me saying it looks fine. I literally showed him how my hair is getting caught but that made no difference. A barber came in after me to tell him the razor she bought doesnt cut hair properly and he cut a manichean head to demonstrate it does cut hair...he lost that regular customer today prior to losing me. After she(the barber) stormed out because her lack of customer service ...the owner immediately looks at me and says...Oh thats your cousin. So not only is the customer service trash. Obviously the owner is racist as well!!!! Disgusting!!!! I am African American and apparently he feels some type of way about us. I never once got disorderly with him even after he made that disgusting comment. I will continue to drive elsewhere for better quality virgin hair and customer service at 1st choice virgin Remy in mobile, al!
