She explained in detail, didnt make me feel rushed out pressured and was very polite and outgoing. Customer service is of upmost importance these days. I hope I have her name right, shes a young african american and Id recommend her to everybody and anybody needing beauty products, etc. Thanks girl!

If I could give this place ZERO Stars, I would! (Google, please give us that option) No customer service support & very unorganized store. Also, they have multiple signs posted that require for masks to be worn, but staff & customers alike are not wearing them. I wasnt spoken to or asked if I needed help in this messy store. I posted a pic of the employee who I walked past twice who never spoke to me or asked if I needed help. Its a shame that some businesses just want your money, but dont have basic customer service skills. Spend your money elsewhere.

Just to update folks, they do not allow people to try on wigs anymore. And all wigs are final sale. This is literally a bad policy because how will a person know if a wig will look good on them if they arent able to try it on before purchasing it?Just because you used to allow it does nothing for me now. I will not be returning.

Im generally not disappointed when visiting this store. I usually fine what need. The reason it gets 4 star is because they dont carry a variety of wig glues, one in particular, kiss 2 in1 wig glue.

I usually drive an hour to come to this one but this particular day I bought mascara for my daughter (2 in fact). We got outside (not even 5 minutes) and opened the mascara so she could use it. It was dried out. Both were. I came inside to exchange it and the lady actually accused me of trying to replace an old one with that one. Why would I waste my time driving out there to try to switch out some mascara? When I bought over a $100 worth of product and hair? She kept saying “hmmm we don’t have this one anymore you bought this before and tried to switch”. I just showed her where I got it from. (How were both dried up on the shelf?? Even the girl who rang me up told her that I literally just bought it.I definitely will have to find a new beauty supply. And I used to send all my friends and colleagues here. I have never been accused of something like that. And the scene she caused was ridiculous. I will not be back! And I really used to love this location. (Pics coming soon)

I just bought a wig here for 30 dollars i unwrap it and its practically see thru. I swear I could have bought a wig on amazon just like this one for less then 10 dollars.

I like this particular Chinese own business because they dont look like you are going to steal from their store in reference to stereotyping Black Women..I know where the number one sopport the Black population and its nice to be treated as such.I do wish there was more Black own Businesses in Hair Industry but if I have to purchase this is the place I prefer it is very nice.

When I first moved to Cobb County, a few years ago, this was the closest beauty supply with a large selection. Anytime I had a question about anything, the register people would simply say they didnt know and point to another associate that was on the other side of the store. In addition to that I have seen them be combative to people who attempted to enter the store 20 minutes before closing (shouting at them We closed and holding the doors taut so no one could enter.)Elite Beauty at 2786 Cumberland Pkwy opened and I never looked back. The customer service is night and day between these two establishments and at Elite, they recognize that all customers deserve to be treated with respect.

Store was clean and was able to go in and find my items right away.

I’m a Master Cosmetologist, who shops at this location often (yesterday to be exact). I ran out of products and called to see if the store had them in stock (Today ) . The tone and customer service on the other end of the phone was of an African American woman who refused to check to see if the products was in stock and told me they should be!!! I advise the woman I’m located 30 minutes away from the store and would hate to waste money and time making a blank trip . I asked to speak with the manger or owner she said he walked outside call back 🙄. How convenient, I advise her I would wait to speak with him she placed the phone down after holding for 10 minutes she hangs up. When I call back the phone is being forwarded to voicemail. I’m not sure if the owner knows how his customers are being treated or the lack of customer service his employee is lacking. I will not spend my hard earn money in establishments that don’t care about there customers . Remember if consumers stop shopping so does your salaries !!!

Great beauty supply store, never had an issue until they denied my three-year-old a restroom. Came in there with my three old and while shopping, she had to use the restroom. I tried to get her to hold it until we got home, but she couldn’t. She’s three didn’t expect her to. I went to the cash register ask the lady politely is there a restroom for my three-year-old to use she said there’s no public restroom I asked again and emphasized it’s for my three-year-old and she said there’s no public restroom, I said thank you put my stuff down and walked out. I refuse to spend my hard earned money at an establishment that is owned and operated by inhumane individuals. We’re all human, a little compassion and understanding goes along way.

Never had an issue with the store associates, at this establishment! Theyre the nearest beauty store, where I can purcase hard-to-find Gentle Treatment Perms! If you want a store thats owned & operated by a certain race, then you need to find a store thats ideal for your expectations, rather than complaining! I dont recall that Ive ever had any issues with this establishment, & I am very grateful that its near my home! Attitude is everything, my Black people!

This store has an awesome product inventory and a large selection of hair extensions. If youre in the market for extensions, you definitely want to check this place out.

I’ve had bad experiences with a lot of other beauty supplies since I arrived in ATL in March, this one has nice staff and a HUGE selection. They had exactly what I was in search of, after having called 5 other stores that did not. So glad I found this location, I’ve shopped here 3 times now and I’m very pleased.

Wide selection here. From wigs to crochet, braid hair and weft hair, I feel if the don’t have it it’s not made. I can find almost any hair I need here. They’re prices are reasonable however I visited since the covid pandemic and they were price gouging 1 oz hand sanitizers and alcohol for 3 x the actual price. This is a serious health situation. This was unacceptable. Otherwise I recommend this location

I just called this store and ask did they have the hair infinity vitamins and price. The Chinese said we have the vitamins and dont give price over the phone and hung up in my face. We as African Americans give you all the most business without us you will not be in business. People are only nice when you are spending money with their business. I have shopped at this business several times like I said they are nice because you are spending money. They give African Americans no respect at all. I admonish all African Americans to not give these business any service U.S. Beauty Mart, 1901 Terrell Mill Rd, Marietta, GA 30067 or any other business that can not respect their customers. i will never shop here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I come here for all my hair. Love the prices and the varieties. You dont get watched like a hawk like other places. The place is huge and cover all beauty needs from hair accessories, body care, earrings, makeup and a little clothing. I send everyone here when they ask about where I get my hair.

Initially I would’ve given the store a 5 star rating had it not been for one bad interaction with one employee. They do have a large selection of cheap merchandise and absolutely everything you need for Beauty and hair supplies. Something changed in the last 8 months since I had been going to the store. The staff was usually pleasant and there is an old woman who works the register who was always nice and never combative.I walked in to the store and the alarm sensory went off. A Asian woman who I had never seen in the store before immediately shouted I need to see in your purse. I immediately told her she has no right to search my belongings or person. After having my bag scanned and checked I proceeded to attempt to find my product only to look to my left and see the same women standing next to me following me around the store.I immediately walked out of the store.There was a young woman working the front register who justified my bag being checked and stated I probably made a previous purchase and they may have left the sensor on. Even this justification does not excuse being profiled and followed through a store where I am positive I have spent hundreds of dollars.I understand people steal. I also understand what racial profiling is. I’m highly offended by the accusatory approach by staff.You can buy the same made in China products at any flea market, hair store, Walmart or Target. I guess they fail to realize store go out of business and other places sell the exact same products.

This Beauty Supply is like a shopping mall for all your hair and beauty needs! They are so helpful and friendly! I travel from afar just because they have literally EVERYTHING that I need in one place! You have got to go at least once and you will make the commute from now on as well!

I can typically find what I need here. I do most of my shopping online. I absolutely love the fact that you can move around in the store without knocking stuff over!!!Only qualm I world have is the anti theft stickers. I get it, people steal. But often on the small beauty products I cant get in it after I purchase it. That or I ruin it trying to open it😐

I’ve been a customer of this store for years due to the large variety of products. The customer service is usually pretty good, until it’s time for closing. The staff will literally stalk you around the store and rush you to make a purchase and even inform you that they will “shut down their registers” if you don’t hurry. On top of that, sometimes they would close 15 mins earlier than what their store hours stated (I believe they recently updated their hours). However, my sister was just recently rushed out of the store. She decided not to shop with them anymore. I understand that you want to close, but maybe consider your customers first sometimes without discouraging them from making a purchase.

I love shopping here to experiment with beauty products like nail color, lip color and eye liner. Products are inexpensive. I can shop here in peace without someone following me.

The staff in the wig area are so friendly and informative. Theres a vast amount of product and the place is tidy so everything was easy to find.

I have found my favorite hair store!! During my time here I got to look around the store and not be followed. It is so spacious in here and they have so much hair to choose from in bulk, weaves, braiding hair, and much more. The prices are also reasonable so I am definitely willing to travel here. I will be back again and recommend this place.

I like on Sundays they play gospel music. They have a wide selection of products, and hair. I like the staff also includes kind knowledgeable African American individuals. Unlike some beauty marts the owners speak no English & have poor sales techniques. They just stare.👀..not cool

Pricing is decent and have a good selection. Unfortunately I will no longer spend my money here as they gave me the wrong product and refuse to take the unused product back in exchange for the product I want. I will gladly spend more money for good customer service.

The manager had a horrible attitude. when i first walked in i had asked the manager a question and he pointed me to an associate very rudely. He would not make eye contact and had a nasty attitude. Also their prices are very high. i went to another beauty supply store and bought the same product they WOULDNT let me exchange and bought it for 50 percent less.

I’m very disappointed in the hair I brought I paid 100.00 and it completely tangled up the next day. The employees don’t greet you when you walk in. They do not know the product well enough. In my experience, I wasnt followed or disrespected. I was in the store for quite some time and looked at many items. Theres a large selection for many different types of items. I have only been twice, but have had pleasant experiences. Prices are lower than other stores for certain items and more expensive for other items than others, just depends. Whenever Im in the area and need beauty supply items I will definitely consider it.

This beauty supply store in this area is by bar the best Ive seen, in reference to product, they have just about anything you would want. With that being said the store does feel overcrowded and overwhelming if you dont know your way around. The only people you see on the sales floor are stocking merchandise and they dont seem to know much about anyting. I will point out that they close about ten minutes before their actual closing time. For example, I ran up there one night to get something that I really needed, it was 10 minutes left and the doors were already locked and thats all the time. Maybe its a safety precaution, however who has time to go somewhere then get there just in the nick of time and theyre already closed.

They do racially profile and assume you can’t pay, they even take inventory when you go back to the wig section which is so strange because they have cameras so why all the extra . They harass you and it’s not worth it an you can get the same products for less online . Yes ladies shipping is super fast on most sites online for bundles an wigs an products so don’t feel like you have to shop here . They even accuse you of stealing for no reason when you are paying . Save ya coins an pass by here it is horrible. They not really nice, they fake af.
