A few of the associates are very rude when speaking to customers shopping for wigs. I didn’t feel very welcomed here as one of the employees made a insensitive snarky comment and literally grabbed items out of my hand while I was simply just looking at it. I decided to shrug it off, be the bigger person and left the store. Sadly the owners of most beauty supply stores aren’t very polite but want our business.

They were very polite when I called them to ask if they carried a specific item. Ive come in on more than one occasion, and found the store to be clean and full of variety. The prices are on par with the area, the staff are polite, but its the variety of hair dressing and skincare items that sets this store apart from others. I go here when Im not on the same side of town as Beauty Mart.

Always my go to. The tiaras are always BEAUTIFUL on my cakes or if I buy them for my girls

Amazing store with great prices! They have all you need there. Great advice from the employees as well. They were able to help me and my son find exactly what we were needing for a rebraid.

I do not like how I asked the man how much was the wig. He told me 219. I told him thats a good price i will definitely be back for it. I come back the next day to buy it and he took the price up more than i could afford. False advertising. Do not go to this store they do not care about our Community. They want to take all they can get but dnt want to give back to the Community... support more black businesses.

This place is just a fun place to go and see almost every possible hair accessory in the world! Best of all the prices are amazing! I love finding dangle earrings in there for fun events because they are only $1! Thats amazing! I wish they had more beige tone choices in wig caps/hair ties, but I work around that.

They always have what I need and will even go in the back to get it if its not out on the floor.

Big store...lots of nothing. Maybe next time.

Awesome hair great prices

Ive been coming to this store for a long time. Today was not a good experience, with wig shopping, which I dont do to often. I felt rushed, followed and not welcomed, like usual. I guess they got there picks but I can say, my lady who usually work the front and check you out, was still polite and showed good customer service, thats the only reason, they got to stars. Energy and vibes were bad today.

Honestly have been coming here for years and have never heard of a 3 wig try on limit seeing as iv bought them here for years now and iv definitely tried on at least a dozen in one sitting. So the Asian lady that works there decided to be rude as hell and act like my mom and I werent going to pay for a .50 cent wig cap after my mom trying on 4 wigs she didnt even give us a chance to find one we liked seeing as Im trying to get my mom to change styles and step out of her comfort zone ... And totally insulted me to the point I will never be back. But I want to say I watched another lady try on about 10 and not a thing was said to her. Also theres no sign that says there is a limit. But the point is we wont be back Ill order the products I need online before walking back in here again.

If you have time, buy your hair online. Its an average of $10-$30 increase depending on brand/packs. Outside of purchasing hair, the hair products prices are somewhat reasonable. They dont negotiate any prices compared to other beauty supply shops.

Completely rude staff. No professionalism at all. Have been here many times and bought several wigs. But never again. I was rudely spoken to by one sales clerk. Insulted by her. And accused of trying to leave without paying for the 50cent wig cap. I would not send my enemies to this establishment. Too many other places to buy a wig where they actual what my money and are happy to help. If I could rate this place with a half star I would.

Sales Associate, Tamico was very helpful with my wig choice. I was in the store June 2 and purchased a wig. She was patient, and helped with style choice. It suited my face so well with a natural look. So, I liked it so much, and ordered another. Thanks Michele for following through with my request since the exact wig in my color was not available at the time. Overall, the store is always well stocked, clean, good location and prices are reasonable, too. Thank you, Ms. Saundra.

Great place for some makeup products.

ONE of the best beauty supply stores in town. ALWAYS have NEW up to date items. Very jazzy and the staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive. I give them 10stars!!!

Horrible experience. Associate was extremely rude. They were very busy so my daughter looked at the boxes below the wigs to see if she could find the color that I was looking for. The associate fussed at my daughter and said that she had been opening the hair packs and she hurt my daughters feelings. I tried to explain what my daughter was doing but she just got louder and I decided that was not worth it. I was deeply disappointed that an adult could act in such a way. Despite her rudeness I never raised my voice because I was trying to set the right example for my kids. This was my 2nd time in that store and truly my last.

They have a variety of products. They have a nice friendly staff that is willing to help and answer your questions and I am a loyal customer
