For anyone that has any Tesla body repair concerns, this is the place to go! Staff is amazingly friendly. On top of that, the staff are super helpful in advising and answering any technical questions related to ones car especially a Tesla. I learned a whole lot about my car and what to expect of repairs.Although I live 2 hours away, I will be recommending to my Tesla friends to go here for any body repair concerns. It is well worth the trip!

What can I say about Escambia Collision? First and foremost Michael, Tommy, and the rest of the entire crew are very professional and very communicative. They kept me informed about the status of the repair of my vehicle. The work they performed exceeded my expectations. It’s like nothing ever happened. They brought my vehicle back to Pre collision condition. Hands down some of the best paint and body work I’ve seen in years. Wasnt impressed! I think the guy I talked with didnt want my business because it was nickel and dime stuff to him, so he just gave me an outrageous quote. Ive gone to several other body shops and have received quotes that were anywhere from 40% to 60% below what he quoted me, but it really wasnt about the price, but more about the fact that I was just not impressed with his condescending attitude. They really need someone with a little better personality greeting the public. I just hope that this isnt their normal approach when it comes to welcoming potential new customers

The man working in the office didnt seem at all interested in helping me. He was very dismissive when telling me it would be after the first of the year before he could take my truck for repairs (six months). I went to another business that was happy to help and repairs will start in two weeks
