Extremely helpful staff. Great showroom with all kinds of fixtures. If you can’t see what you are looking for they will help you find what ever you want from any of their lines.

This is real simple. If you need appliances or plumbing fixtures, go to Ferguson. Their prices are competitive with the big box stores. But: The service is unmatched by anyone. Make an appointment with Kiel, give him idea of what you want, and he does the rest. Theres no calling back to the store trying to find someone who knows about your order and then struggling to arrange delivery and installation. Kiel answers his phone when you call, promptly returns your call if he cant. He responds to emails almost immediately as well. We did a kitchen remodel. Kiel worked with our contractor to ensure a custom fit, got the appliances, inspected them, exchanged a damaged item before we even saw it. Then he held them in his warehouse until we were ready for them. The appliances were delivered and installed...on time and on target. Kiel is your guy. Just see him and dont worry about anything. On a final note: The showroom is an attraction all its own.

I went to Fergusons to get ideas on a replacement for my 110 year old kitchen sink. The staff was very helpful and understanding of antique house needs. They provided many ideas for planning and renovation. You may pay a bit more then you would at a big-box store, however your options, quality, and support will be far better at Fergusons.

Walked in ready, willing and able to buy the whole bathroom. Nice and knowledgeable woman listens to what I wanted, gave good advice —- but as I started to make a list of what I wanted her to quote she walked away. She explained costumers were coming in. We talked about 3 minutes, and she never came back. I suppose I should have worn the coat and tie I wear to work every day rather than a stained t shirt. I am off to her competitor whoever that is

Maybe great for the customers but if youre a supplier and youre delivering here pack a lunch I must say I delivered to two other Ferguson locations in South Florida and the service was great they unloaded me in a timely manner so that I could continue on my way.... I later found out that the Ferguson location in Pensacola had a couple issues down employee and a forklift apparently but with only a couple of pallets to deliver which took no more than 3 minutes I believe they could have easily taken those off my truck and then went back to loading their own truck which took over an hour to load but because of federal DOT regulations as to driver log hours it set me back TimeWise and caused me to mash the accelerator on my big rig to make up for the time lost... thats not safe!!! Over all I have to say my experience with Ferguson was a good one

We were looking forward to touring the showroom. The Google site said they were open till 5 PM. Drive out there and showroom is closed, which I understand, but please update your information online.
