This company is by far one of the worts places you can work, management needs to be replace asap,drivers work way to many hours,and yes they dont pay over time,companys like Cintas should closed for good. Dont ever even think in going to work for Cintas.It will be the biggest mistake of your life.Stay away from this company.Thank you.

Worst company ever and they discriminate. Upper management is very questionable. Cant really think of why people would and could work in a company with such bad reputation, bad management and hostile environment. They management team must be replaced.

The reason,I write this comment is describe my experience with this company, avoid this job at all cost, you better off working for Walmart, yes even that company paying lower salarys you make more,because you dont have to work all day long,the management is bad,they dont care what you finish working some drivers make way to many hours and the only get pay 40.I hope this and my previous comment helps who ever is thinking of joining Cintas.Remember this never work for any company on salary or commission, this is what Cintas do the drivers, and this way,they make money,but the drivers none.

Worst drivers ever. Almost ever weekday one of them cuts me off or tries to race me down us 27.

I work for this company almost three years,I have to said this is the worst company you can work the long hours and no over time,they dont care what time you go home,sales reps and drivers dont last that long because of the hours,in the three years that I work there the were so many sale rep driver leaving new coming in an other yes leaving the company, I feel sorry for all the cintas employees.THE UNDER PAY.I hope one day soon enough this company will change her ways.I do hope who ever is thinking in working in this company think twice before going over there.It was a bad experience, do not apply to this company, they promise you many things and nothing is true.
