If I could give zero stars I would. Store number 7989. Off university and taft. Employees are incredibly rude and dont know what theyre doing. Very poor customer service. Attitude if you dont speak Spanish. Congrats on losing a loyal customer.

I applied for this store location and specifically went up there to speak with a hiring manager she told me that —wasn’t the specific store I applied to when I know I did . These days people like to profile before even interviewing or getting to know you . Will take this to cooperate very unacceptable!

Worst service and store. Store is dorty and smells and all the workers there cant understand english or prentend not to. Was declined a exchange of an item because or bs policy when i was handed the wrong item by the cashier who scanned it.

Very friendly staff and for the most part, well organized. I frequent this place when I don’t want to run to Walmart. Redbox right outside and conveniently placed.

It’s a good in and out place, so you don’t have to go to Walmart and wait in huge lines for something you may need for the moment, but price are actually higher that Walmart and some other places.

The cashier Cristina was rude. Laundry soap spilled in the back of the store, so my response was to let someone know. So I approached the counter and first words were excuse me and she completed ignored me, so I repeated my self no answer. When she finally decided to acknowledge me it was yes in a very rude way.

The worst family dollar I have ever been to. The so called manager is a snut nose little smut who always talking about men and her guy troubles in an extremely loud voice, so everyone in the store can hear. Shes not a leader or problem solver at all when needs to be. Shes just there for decoration. Her family must own the place & did some favor for someone to repay her with a managerial position. People who work here are lost, not helpful or pleasant. I rather travel an additional 5 miles on the opposite direction to another location. Not to mention this store never has any of the items you can find at another family dollar.

Ive been going to 1712 univ for years however Manager Glenda is very rude & unprofessional had confrontations with her ive been called Headquarters since 06 27 19 spoke to person, Customer Service (will get back) left voice mails no respond. Will never set foot again. Guess company lets employee treat customer however they want . No action at all. Very sad wish id work at company let employees do as they please.
