This is my favourite Advanced Auto Parts location in Broward. The staff here are AMAZING and take customer service to the next level. Be sure to ask for Jonathan or Faizon.

I went to this store to complete a warranty return for a defective part. I was told that any store can handle the return as long as I had the receipt. Mike told me that he would try but his manager wasnt working because he was on vacation and its a $200 price. After going through his system he basically told me he could not do the return because it belongs to another store. I recalled the store I went to was on 159th and Pines Blvd but he told me it was the store on Sheridan & 441. Disregarding my own thoughts I went to the store Mike sent me to. While there I explained what was happening and the Manager told me that he could have done it and showed me how on his PC. He then reminded me that I purchased it at the store on 159th Ave but that he can process it for me without a problem. I got my money back within 2 minutes of being in that store(Sheridan & 441)

Super helpful...they know their stuff and if they dont have it they order it for you...great staff..

My 2nd time in this location in a matter of 2 weeks. I am so grateful to Mike at this location. I recently purchased a car and had battery issues. I first went in for jumper cables. Today I went in because the battery was not working again. Shannard took out the battery and did diagnostic. After the new battery was put in they checked my starter and accelerator. Grateful to these men for helping me today. Any car or motorcycle needs I am coming back to to this location without question. So nice, knowledgeable and most importantly helpful.

Customer service is great at this location. Covid-19 partitions located at cash registers / counter.

One of their employees who is very overweight was not wearing a mask both time i went in there. I will not go back. He is putting his and others life in danger.. get serious people and have some common decency

I returned form a trip and discovered that my rear view mirror had fallen off.... Went to Honda and they informed me that they did not do this kind of work. I was told to go to an auto parts store and purchase the glue to replace it on the windshield. Needless to say I was very bummed. Live in condo, parking is in a very large lot and at 77 years old do not want to deal with that kind of chore.But since it is necessary to have a rear view mirror, on 6/26/15, I entered the Advance Auto Parts store in Pembroke Pines with some trepidation. Fortunately Daryl A. asked if he could help me. Was he a blessing.... He not only found what I needed, he proceeded to help me a fix the mirror to my windshield.You have a customer for life. It was so pleasant to have such gracious customer service. Thank you, Daryl and thank you Advance Auto Parts for hiring and encouraging such helpful employees.

This is by far the best AutoParts store in Broward County. My man Mike behind the counter can find you even the most obscure part at great prices and he is super patient and knowledgeable.

Great place for your auto needs. These guys are always willing to help and provide the guidance regarding whatever product you are looking for. It is not the closest store I have but I always go out of my way when looking to get anything for my cars.

Bought an autocraft gold battery at this location. Paid extra for the gold battery ($190) so I would have a warranty. After less than a year the battery failed. Tried to exchange the battery under warranty and now they won’t honor their warranty. Never buy anything from Advance or one of their products and count on them upholding their warranty. They will leave you stranded.

Went in looking for a spark plug wrench (T-shape/ swivel head), was met by a guy behind the counter that took a patronizing approach when asked what I was looking for. He started to Mansplain to me that what I really meant was this other wrench that I must have been confused about (probably because I am a female). Until his obviously more knowledgeable coworker overheard the conversation, and stepped in, knowing exactly what I was asking for, and proceeded to help me look for it, until ultimately found it was out of stock. But at least I was saved from the patronizing Mansplanation that preceded it.

Went in earlier today and need to check my check engine light and this young lady promptly greeted me with a smile and assisted me. Great fast service!!! Just needed to tighten my gas cap..

Very expressive when sales arent running, I missed sale by one day and just for oil and filter were was going to be $48 to $50.I ended up buying the same oil and filter for $29 at Walmart. It really pays to shop!

The only reason Im giving two and not one star... Michael who was helping me at first... Would have gotten 5 stars.But then someone came back from lunch and it was his turn to go. I was doing all my breaks for my van. The manager decided to pull my guy away.I explained to the new guy five times... As well as Michael putting all I needed for front breaks in thecart so the new guy knew what to pull. The manager also came over and showed him the cart and to stop showing me front breaks. I had over $530.00 in the cart... I then looked up auto part stores, and found AutoZone. Im in front of there now, lets hope they are better.Cant believe the manager didnt stop me when HALF of my order was over 530... Before tax!!! What a disappointment!!!

At this location the customer service was great the young lady that was helping me did everything she could to make sure I was satisfied and got the right part for my car. I was already upset cause the previous advance auto parts gave me the wrong part I wont say which store that did that

I cant believe you expect customers to shop in an a store without working air conditioning in fact it has been out since December. You will not see me in there again. Those poor workers in there. They must convey a Real happy working relationship.

I have been coming to this store from the time it opened and before that was an Eckerd Drug store, a long time. Well apparently they have a new manager Javi and useless girl Genesis (that apparently only dusts in a parts store) and followed me around the whole store like my husband and I were going to steal something. When I confronted her she said she’s going to stand there and watch me! The manager said absolutely nothing! We have 3 cars and go to this particular store more than I would like but needless to say I am beyond annoyed.

Poor customer service!!! The tester for the batteries does not work and any of the employees that work in this place help us to start the car. They had their delivery van next to my car and they did not want to give us battery charge. This is the result when you have employees that go to work just for the pay check and not because they really love what they do.

Anthony and Dillon were a great assistance with trying to change my ignition coils to my 98 Camaro. I literally went inside their store like 11 times and each time Anthony was ready to try another option . I appreciated their work when most employees would have ignored me after the 5th time coming in. Thank you.

Went there to get a 16 gauge fusible link, and all they had was a 14 gauge. The clerk said he could order one and have it in he morning. I said fine. He looked in the computer, and said I would have to leave $4.75, and he would order it. I looked on the screen and all it said was fusible link, and the part number, and the cost. I asked the clerk how he knew it was a 16 gauge, when the stupid part description didnt even tell what gauge of wire the link was. He said he didnt know for sure what size it was......he said he was hoping it would the right size. Not really the clerks fault, he was very helpful.....it was the companies fault for not having an accurate description of the part.
