This is a friendly, focused and professional company of movers. They took special care of my belongings and home. This was a big move and there was no damage to any thing. They were willing and helpful with reassembling furniture and it’s placement. Great job!!

We had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. Our furniture was heavily damaged. Nothing was packed properly. They will not answer calls and today after being on hold for 40 minutes for documents to be scanned and emailed to us, Robert came back on the line and told me he would not talk to me any more and hung up on me when I was trying to ask him one more question. He told me he would email to me what I needed so I can get them to an attorney but we have not received them. We feel forced to seek legal help because he told me they were not going to pay for any damages and claimed they were not responsible after the stuff was packed. The damages occurred because things were not packed properly in the first place. He should realize that from all the pictures we sent to him. I would not recommend this company to anyone. These photos are an example of some of the damages. The estimate we received to fix all of them was over $3,000 dollars.

Please I hope that someone will read this review and please take heed to what I am about to say. This company is the worst in every aspect of a company. First thing they were an hour late arriving. Second thing I had to help them because I didn’t want my bill to be to expensive however moving a one bedroom apartment took 2 guys 6 hours. Third the driver had hit someone’s parked car as they were bringing my things to the storage unit. Fourth I received an invoice telling me that my bill is more than what the movers gave me before they left wow. Then the driver that hit the car didn’t even want to give the owner of the car his company name. I highly encourage anyone do not use them. This company should not be in business. I took a picture of the car they hit and on this review it will not allow me to post it.

Do not use this company!!! I hired them for an in state move and they were 3 hours late with no communication. I understand that traffic incidents will occur but NO ONE reached out; I had to chase down answers. Then they loaded about 1/3 of our stuff and went to get something to eat. Ok, fine. Gotta eat. Then, as it was getting late, they said they would load the beds and what we had to have for the night. This was at 5:30. By 11pm, they were not at our new place two hours away. They ran out of gas but kept assuring me they were on their way. My family and I, with no clothes or anything, had to get two hotels rooms. It is now almost 24 hours later and we do not have our stuff. The manager keeps putting us off and now we have nothing moved and still have a house half full of things two hours away.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Beware people, these movers are negligent in their promises. The call themselves Easy Movers out of Pelham, AL. A movers sole responsibility in moving (all of your) designated possessions to a secure location that has been assigned by owner. They not only didnt move all of my possessions they flat out refused to do so. They asked for more money and when I refused to pay them more money they upped and left leaving me hanging to move what amounted to 10+ more boxes. This happened on the 10th of May 2021. They dont deserve to be rated at all, what they do deserve is to loose their privileges to call themselves a moving company.

Sent truck large enough to move a large house when only moving what would equal one room. Truck trenched three areas of yard and co said they weren’t responsible for damage per policy. Didn’t have boxes for frames or bubble wrap as they said they would only blankets so couldn’t move everything we had planned.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We planned our move this past Saturday (the move was time sensitive) and the moving crew was scheduled to come at ~9:45 AM. No one showed up. Robert texted me and said that the crew would not be coming and that he would get there 4-5 hours later and do the move himself with another mover. I asked him to call and discuss and he never did. We waited a total of 8 hours and no one showed up. We repeatedly texted Robert (his phone always went to voice mail) and he did not answer. We finally left the move site and went home. He finally called at 8PM and said his previous job took longer than anticipated. He had no response when I asked why he didnt call or text us. he then said he would move us on sunday--9AM. Because I needed to be moved out by monday, I accepted the offer. Because of his poor communication, I told him to text me when he was on the road to our house. On Sunday morning, I did not hear from him and again he did not answer texts and his phone went to voicemail. Finally I received a text at 1130 stating that he overslept and would leave soon. I told him to call me, but he never did. I then told him we no longer needed his services. I rented a truck and had family members help me do the move. I have never had an experience like this. The lack of communication was incredible. The lack of respect for our time was equally incredible. I am writing this review on Wednesday and there has been no attempt at service recovery or any apologies for this horrific experience.

This is the worst company you can call!!!The Operation Manager Robert provided bad estimate several hours off the movers smoked weed in my driveway after arriving an hour late and tried to weasle their way outta doing their job.Thier was no explanation for any of it from anyone in the office.

Whats typically a very stressful experience for anyones thats ever moved, they made it very doable after wife and I had a stress week of prepping for the move. Would highly recommend them to everyone, just be prepared and organized to make things easier for both you and the movers and everything will work out just fine.

Im 71 years old. When I moved, I moved a freezer full of food. When they moved it to my apartment, it was days before I realized they had not plugged the freezer in. I lost about $2000.00 worth of food.

So glad a friend recommended Easy Movers to us. They were on time, had positive attitudes the entire day. Made our move from our home of 35yrs seem easy. 2 trucks, moved us 2hrs north and 11hrs later when they finished were still upbeat and positive. Very reasonable pricing. Call them!

Movers were very professional. I believe they did a great job. It was a little more expensive than the estimate but did take a little more time.

I had the best experience with this company!! They were the only ones who could help me move on Labor Day on short notice. Shawn and Tucker were the ones who came out to do the move and were very willing to make sure everything was moved safely and put in the correct place. Called up the easy movers to pickup some pieces at my house and load them up into my storage unit in alabaster. No complaints. Movers were quick and friendly.

I will never use this company ever again. Although the two guys that were sent, last min I was told because someone called off were nice but I feel really didn’t have great care on how to properly handle my furniture etc due to several damages and scratches found. And then above all my bill was cheap either.

If I could give this company ZERO STARS I would!! The movers were absolutely careless with my belongings! I tipped each worker very well before I could see the damage they’ve done. My boxes weren’t properly taped so all of my belongings fell from the bottom as soon as I picked it up. They also left in a hurry after they helped me move into my apartment and I wasn’t quite sure why. It wasn’t until I realized my BRAND NEW dining table was completely scuffed up on all of the sides! Also, two of my TVs are now broken. One of the TVs was also brand new but is now cracked. Very disappointed with this company! I would NOT recommend this company. You’re better off moving your belongings yourself!

Rob & Chris were 30 minutes late, one or the other was missing during the 6 hours they were working for me with excuses I still don’t understand. I was lied to by both of them for promising to come back the next day to finish the job I was promised from the start. I ended up finishing the job myself because no phone calls were returned. BAD SERVICE!

DO NOT use this company! DISHONEST!!!! We scheduled a month ahead of time and had to be out of our house this weekend. I called to confirm yesterday. “Robert” called me at 7:30 am saying they were running a few minutes behind but would be there at 9. At 9 he called and said they could not complete the move until next week because they only had enough workers for one truck “because of COVId”. His “solution” at 9:15 on the day of our move was to give me the phone number of other moving companies. I called the first number be gave me and it was closed. I called him back and he offered me more phone numbers (I guess they know how to use Google at least). I told him just to send the one truck he had, and he said he released them because I “didn’t want to split my move”. This was a LIE as I never uttered anything close to those words. I told him it was his job to find a solution. 2 hours later I’m sitting in a house ready to move and have not heard back from Robert.

BEST moving experience ever!!!!! Everything went absolutely perfect from start to finish and had the most amazing crew handling our move for the big day! It poured rain the entire moving process but it did not phase them nor their efforts to hard work every minute that day! I cannot thank Easy Moves and the crew that was assigned to us enough for the peace of mind they gave me with an awesome moving experience!

I truly regret using this company. I relocated from Alabama to Georgia and used this company to move some of my belongings into a pod. Well, the movers that arrived were not prepared to move much of the items they were to move. Because I was in Georgia, my realtor agreed to oversee the move. She called me stating that the guys were cramming things in the pod haphazardly and was certain that many of the items would be damaged as they didnt bring any supplies to wrap or disassemble the items(e.g. Exercise mirror, bowflex treadmill). They were willing to scratch up the paint on my walls bringing the fully assembled gym equipment out of the room because they were not equipped with tools.They finally agreed to go to the office building to get tools to bring back. So, what was to be a three hour move turned into an EIGHT HOUR move.Lastly, my realtor told the head crew member to leave the key in the opened lockbox when they were done with the move. She wasnt able to stay on site for eight hours. The guys agreed to do so. She texted them about 30 minutes after theyd left the house, askin if theyd left the key in the lock box as instructed. The mover stated that he did NOT plave the key in the box but that hed left the key under the mat on the front porch(below the OPENED lockbox). When she asked why he didnt leave the key in the lockbox, the mover responded, theres nothing we can do about it now, weve left.The next morning the appraiser came to the home and the key was NOT under the mat. So, I had to reschedule my home inspection and pay a locksmith to change my locks. Especially since I still had a zero turn mower(10k), golf cart and other valuables still in my home that my husband was coming back to remove a couple days after they moved the items.I really feel their plan was to come back with the key and remove some of my belongings from the home. Why else would they agree to place the key in a lock box that was already opened and located above the mat they claimed they placed the key under. Makes no sense.So, I decided to write a review. Only after trying to reach out to the owner several times about the issue of the key and never receiving a response. I did speak with the Operations manager and he was very nonchalant and rude. My realtor and I were both on the line and he wouldnt allow either of us to speak on the issues. He was very defensive and talked over us the entire time.I ended the call thinking, the most I can hope for is that my equipment in the pod isnt damaged when it arrives to Georgia and to just be grateful I changed my locks before whomever made it back with the key they wilfully failed to place in the opened lock box just above the mat they claimed they placed the key under.I truly encourage anyone searching for a moving company to please find another one. Moving is stressful enough. The last thing you need is to work with a company whos unprofessional and lack common decency and respect in servicing their clients. I wouldnt wish my experience on anyone.

Buyer beware: Please do not use this company for your next move unless you want to risk damage to your property without recourse. Easy Moves moved some items for me on March 25, 2020. The movers irreparably damaged one of my valued items during the move, and did not disclose the damage until after I had paid for the move. I called Mike, the store manager, to report the damage. Mike assured me that he would either replace or compensate me for the loss. However, after numerous calls, messages, and emails, I have yet to hear from the company. Mike is dodging my calls and refusing to keep his word regarding compensation for damaging my property. I am so disappointed that I operated in good faith only to be lied to and avoided. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. If I could give them a zero rating, I would gladly. Poor customer service practices and low customer value are my experiences with Easy Moves.Update: 4/18/2020 No response

I moved a few weeks ago and chose this company because of their competitive price. I couldnt be more pleased with my decision, they were quick, helpful, super nice, and very careful with my items. I would definitely use them again!

We used Easy Moves this past weekend. This was the first time we have ever hired movers. I would definitely recommend these guys! They were the best quote I got by far. They didnt hound me to chose their company, they let their prices and professionalism speak for themselves. The guys called before they showed up. The worked hard, even through a lovely little storm that came through. Then soaking wet they unloaded at our new home. The final price was better than I expected by far! They offered to go out and replace a book case that got damaged in the move (the fact that they were honest enough to let us know it happened was amazing). And it was a very cheap book case handled by young boys. No surprise that it had an issue. They were so polite and helpful. Going out of their way to not only do their job but try to assist in all the other little tasks I was doing that day. Really cant say enough good things about these guys. Hope to never move again, but if I do I will only make one call next time.

On a positive note... The team that came to move my things into a storage facility were very courteous, professional and worked like a well oiled machine. Cant say enough good things about the team. The only reason for the three stars is lack of communication and organization within the company. I had to delay the meet time at first. It was originally scheduled for noon. They gladly rescheduled for 3 - 3:30. Then they called (which was appreciated) delaying it until 5:30-6:00. This is where the problem came in. There was another 3 1/2 hour delay (which I had great difficulty reaching anyone) that created all sorts of issues. If communication had been more fluid and timing more accurate, it would have gone much smoother. I had a separate trailer to unload that night and I could have taken it to the other location, unloaded, ate dinner and returned within this period of time. They didnt arrive until 9:00 p.m. I had to just sit and wait at the storage facility because I was not given an accurate time table to go by. This left a very sour taste for this company. Summary Score: Team A, Communication D-.

We had them scheduled to come move furniture out of our house at 8 AM. They kept calling and saying they were going to be late, until they eventually told us that they had all mysteriously caught covid. I find it quite funny that this beautiful Saturday on Halloween they all caught covid from some miracle when they didn’t have it this morning. Absolutely terrible service. We have to move out tomorrow and they stranded us.

I recently hired Easy Moves to move a piano up a flight of stairs. I was really nervous about this but Easy Moves sent experts who knew how to get the piano up the stairs without scratching the floors or walls. I was really pleased with they guys who came. The were very friendly and got the job done quickly and made it look simple. I would definitely hire them again!

WOW! I am so thankful that I was able to book these movers with less than a weeks notice.I was doing a long distance move from Birmingham, AL To Columbia, SC. The quotes I received fromCompetitors were about $2500 more than what I paid here for the same exact services.I was very busy leading up to the day of the move but the office was in constant contact with me making sure they could do whatever I needed to make the process simple and stress free.The day of the more, two workers met my friend in Alabama and after a delay on my part (the key didn’t work so the lock had to be cut), they got everything loaded, and hit the road. They arrived at my new location and unloaded and set up everything.Despite the southern heat, their attitudes were pleasant and their work ethic was top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone.I would also like to mention that their response to messages was very quick. I have left messages at other places of business and gotten responses 1-2 business days later.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!This was the WORST moving experience. We had big tickets items that were damaged. The only thing that they are going to “repair” is the scratches on the dining room table, not the air hockey table, not our 65 inch tv or broken glass on our patio set. Movers were on-time and professional minus few hiccups. My biggest issue was rendering my payment method Eazy Move writes you card information down and process at their leisure please avoid this process as this process is not someday or next day. Matthews is avoiding my call regarding running my payment method. I am simply trying to clear my books. I will not use this service again due to an antiquated payment system and my card number out their in limbo.

I hired this company to move a dresser and chest from one home to another one across town. The movers knocked down a brick column/post outside the 2nd home. The movers promptly reported this to their supervisor, but I still haven’t received a return call. I previously used this company when I moved 3 years ago...I don’t know what has changed, but I WOULD NOT recommend hiring this company if you value your belongings. I also recommended them to a friend who had a glass shelf damaged during a Recent move

Great guys. I had very heavy furniture. One of the guys dropped a mirror. It did not break but it scratch the floor is the little bit. No harm. But I hustle to get the job done well worth the money.

I am in the property management industry, so I meet and see a TON of different moving companies, but this company here is by far the ABSOLUTE best. Such hard workers and wonderful management. My current property recently had a fire which meant a lot of residents were displaced and Easy Moves were able to help the majority of them. FYI.....Do NOT USE Easy Moves for moving!!!! We used them about 4 years ago and they were great. Then we used them a couple weeks ago for our move and it was the worst experience we have ever had with a moving company. We started at 9:00am and they did not leave our home till 11:30pm. A lot of our furniture was scratched and our walls were hit. My husbands gun came up missing and we found the gun case thrown behind our deep freezer. They busted our 60inch tv. We told them we would pay half that night and we would settle up with the owner the next day because of our experience. My husband said make sure you have him call me. The next day we heard nothing. My husband called 4 times and emailed 2. The owner did not call him for 3 days. Then he said he would look into it. He got one of his employees to call my husband back and tell him they were going to send a company out to repair our furniture. The furniture company called and my husband ask how exactly they go about repairing the furniture and they said with a furniture pen 🤔. Umm no thanks. My husband tried to call him back multiple times. The owner never handled business and we have heard nothing from him! This all happened on April 30th. When my husband told the employee that we had such a good experience before with this company and he is not sure what happened, the employee stated, “ well you paid top notch for those movers.” My husband said well that’s funny because this move was more expensive 🤔🤔🤔VERY unprofessional not to mention they have a thief working for them. We filed a police report but there was nothing else we could do! Just a warning!! They do not respect your time, your money, nor your belongings.

Very unprofessional, cussed at my mother and canceled the job. Going to be fined now because I can’t move out by 5pm today.

Easy Moves is a great company. First time I have used a service to move. Was very nervous. The people At the office were great and helpful and the three guys who did the move were awesome!! Other companies were going to charge a fortune but these guys gave me a quote and it was actually cheaper! Thank you Easy Moves!!

Fantastic job! Moved a 150 year old China cabinet and a piano. They paid attention to detail and were very patient. I never thought I would meet a more professional group of movers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

After spending almost nine months in a local hotel because of water damage at our house, Easy Moves helped us get moved home and begin the process of settling back in. As you can imagine, we accumulated quite a bit at the hotel, and since both my husband and I are disabled, we needed assistance.James, who put together the work order and handled scheduling, was pleasant and willing to accommodate our unexpected, last-minute request to delay the start time on the morning of the move. Chandler and Cade met us at the hotel, loaded our belongings, drove them home, and unloaded everything. They then moved the contents of our kitchen and DR (which had been stored temporarily in our utility room while renovations took place) back into the house. These young men were friendly, willing to unload and set up items wherever we asked, and careful with our belongings. Easy Moves charges by the hour (a practice that some companies might abuse), but these guys really hustled. Rates were reasonable, we were impressed with the level of service, and we’d definitely use them again.

Easy Moves did a great job with the move. We have a small business with 9 employees and really big desks. Lots of heavy book boxes and file cabinets. They came in and worked very hard. They took care to wrap the furniture and reassemble everything on the other end. I was very impressed. We had some issues with the estimate and final costs but even that was done with concern for our well being.

I would highly recommend them for moving. They are kind, professional and have great communication throughout the process.Being an Active Duty family we have had many bad experiences with movers, but they are fair priced and overall a great company.

Easy Moves gave us an excellent price on our move. They easily handled a very heavy safe & took great care of our things with all of the special wrapping. We would definitely hire this company again, because they take great pride in doing a good job, they completed in a great time frame, they were personable, knowledgeable, & very hard working! We had a fire at our home and had to move out and move back in a few weeks later. Devri and his team were excellent to work with through every step. Devri went above and beyond by helping to arrange for storage when we couldnt get a container delivered in time among other things. By far THE WORST company ever. Ashley is a compulsive liar. She is the receptionist!!! Mathew is a absurd “manager” I’m not sure if he is even the real manager. They were very unprofessional, used profanity, FAILED to give their REQUIRED service. We asked for a refund for some of the money and they wrote a false check. These people are BAD NEWS. Look for another moving company while your at it! GOODLUCK !!!!

Brady and Kevin are the best movers I have had to date!This is the second time I have used Easy Moves and the first move went just as good! I can not tell you how polite and helpful these guys were! Moving is stressful and overwhelming but theses guys made it actually an enjoyable day again.
