This is a wonderful establishment! If you are in the area and want delicious coffee then this is the place to visit. Give the giant chain store a break and stop by Bucks and you won’t be disappointed! Kat is awesome she will explain to you what they got, get you what you want, make it quick, and you will walk out with a warm fuzzy feeling that you just visited the best cafe in the Birmingham area! The place is quite comfortable if you want to just kick back and sip your macchiato and read a book or just relax. Next time I’m in Birmingham this is a must!!! Prices are very reasonable and considering the excellent service definitely worth it!

This coffee shop has a great atmosphere with great tasting coffee. The menu has coffee, smoothies, pastries, and more. It is a pleasant place to get work done and has a friendly barista. I felt at home coming to this shop and highly recommend it.

Buck Creek Coffee House has great flavors for the Latte (double shot), toasted bagel with cream cheese, and the cherry danish. This breakfast gets me thru the day. This is a good networking place also.

Excellent!!! This is not a fast food coffee shop so be patient. It is well worth the wait. The Bama Brulee is great and the Eggnog Latte is out of this world smooth and delicious.

Or if you have a group that would like great place to meet, their room can fit at least 20 people and can close off the room for privacy! I have been visiting Buck Creek (formerly Kais) for nearly 4 years. I absolutely love this place! It will always hold a special place in my heart as it was home to my first mens small group. My favorite coffee shop ever. I look forward to every visit to Buck Creek, and I visit often (almost every day). Ive always found the service to be excellent, and the coffee is great. They keep it fresh at all times of day, and the espresso drinks are at least as good as youll find anywhere else. They also have a variety of light things to eat if you feel a bit peckish. The owners are also extremely military-friendly, so let them know if you are a veteran like I am. I can honestly say Ive never had a bad experience here, so give them a try. I can assure you that they will exceed your expectations, and youll become a regular like I have.

Buck Creek Coffee is a fabulous coffee house. Karen and Torre Devito are just wonderful as hosts and they have implemented some great improvements in the space. Don’t pass this shop by For the chain coffee shops because you get special treatment always.

I was trying to find a coffee place before clinicals at the nearby hospital and saw the big red “COFFEE” sign like a message from above. Absolutely perfect start to the day! Got there just in time for a fresh, hot cinnamon brown sugar scone *yum* and got a delicious latte to wake me up for patient interaction. Absolutely wonderful little place that I will definitely be coming back to for my pre-clinical caffeine fix.

My brother and I were looking for a place to meet, sit down and have a cup or 2 and catch up. The challenge was - hes a bit of a foodie with a very discriminating palate, and most of the other shops in Helena, Alabaster and Pelham areas are either closing/closed, more bakeries than sit-down coffee shops, or Starbucks (which isnt top of his list or mine - not the quality of coffee, quality of the organization).One last query to Google for other options took me to Buck Creek Coffee, and I couldnt have been happier with the find. The place is cozy, with divided rooms for meeting and overstuffed chairs and loveseats that bring your den into your coffee shop. Stacie was an awesome hostess and barista, and the locals drinking their morning joe were all warm and pleasant. Oh, and the Killer Bee Latte was really great - Ill come back and get that again! Thanks again recommendation Stacie - well be back after 21 Days for some eats as well!

Bad service all around. Went in and ordered a coffee. Nothing special. Waited as she finished someone else order when thiers was done waited another 5-10 minutes all for a regular coffee. The person behind the counter took a call with I guess higher up to do inventory instt of just getting me a.cup of coffee.
