Their service was the best. I was run off the road a few hours earlier in the day by a wreckless driver and damaged my tire. I was looking to get it fixed and was pressed against closing time. I arrived and the manager and workers assisted me by repairing my tire. It brought tears to my eyes upon leaving because you rarely find nice people anymore. I greatly appreciated their generous service.

Was passing through Birmingham when the truck developed a vibration. The staff was wonderful. Told me the problems and the time it would take to fix it. Both were very reasonable and they completed the repairs inside the time given. They even offered to take us to lunch as we were going to be there for several hours.

This location went out of their way to help me when no one else would. Provided quick, friendly service and are true tire professionals! Other tire shops told me it would be 3 days until they could get me a tire, this shop made it happen that day! Highly recommend!

Idler arm destroyed because they did not take time to make sure vehicle is safe it is a 4x4 that has a tow package and carries a family very unprofessional.Lugs not tightened correctly cost me a ton of cash just now. They also take down reviews can’t find my other one.

Very nice and helpful staff. My son had a blowout on the highway, and we needed a quick, inexpensive option. Not only did they meet the price mark, but after hearing our situation, they had us out of there in 10 min.They are now on my short list of tire shops. Excellent job!

We debated whether to leave the car in the first place as the front desk lady was already arguing with another customer about his claim they messed up his car. We decided to go ahead and leave it because there was nothing major being done. the work got done and we paid for it, the work was fine along with the price. And then we realized that they didnt give us back our rim key. So we wait until they open on Monday morning and call, no one calls back. My husband goes down there and they are condescending, saying he just needs to look in the car, look in my car, and then that they would have to wait until the mechanic that worked on the car came into work and they would call. No one called. My husband called again and everyone was just rude. The mechanic claimed my husband didnt give him the rim key, then changed it to he gave him back the rim key, then he put it in the envelope, then he started looking around for it. Bottom line, my husband had to drive to the other end of the city to get another rim key made and they are reimbursing us for it. If they had just admitted that they forgot to give it back and misplaced it, this wouldnt have been a one star review. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The service was high quality, but very slow. I was a walk in with a flat tire, so I expect it to take some time. There were only a couple of people ahead of me and I added an oil change to the patched tire order. It took about 3 hours total. I would suggest using Speedy Tire as an appointment, but not as a walk in.

Friendly and great service. Always available to get me in fast, and understanding of my mood. Of course you never end up at a tire shop when you are having a good day, but they always do whatever they can and suggest the best option.

They did the job right. A job the city tire in alabaster couldnt fix. They started working on my tires immediately and i havent had any problems since. They also priced me new tires while i waited. I recommend

Took my father in laws car in for a flat tire repair. Was taken care of by manager Paula and owner Thomas Walker. Made me feel like my business even for a flat repair was extremely important to them. You cant go wrong here.

This the worst place for customer service and care. The female manager in there had 0 compassion for anyone and very rude and offensive clearly in her eyes the customer is never right but she certainly is. I wouldn’t sent my daughters power wheels there to even get touched the other staff was very professional and kind but she has given me the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and they will NEVER get my business again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever using them for anything on your car.

Tommy is the best. Not only tells you whats wrong but basically gives you all the knowledge on how to fix it. I dont trust mechanics but this is the only place I take my car.

Was disappointed by this place. It was recommended by a friend but both times I went in there, was told about a problem I needed to address and went to another place and they said it was not an accurate assessment. I will not be going back.

Simply Awsome! I shopped 4 other pelham area tire shops before I picked Speedy-goodyear. I know it sounds silly, but they delivered 100% on everything they said they would do. The tires came in when they said, The work was completed when they said, the spare was rotated out like they said. The best surprise was the price. The quote was EXACTLY what I was charged... no hidden fees, no forgotten taxes, just 100% accurate... and did NOT include the rebate. All other stores included the rebates as their best price... not speedy, the got all the paperwork together for me and said mail it in you would like some money back from Goodyear. Just awsome people, I would send my mother to this store.

Ive been taking cars here for a few years and they have always been helpful, friendly and done great work.

This place is terrible and I witnessed why before I left my car so its my fault for dealing with them.I witnessed the front desk argue back and forward with a customer about poor improper work performed on his vehicle this past Saturday but I figured I was only getting an alignment and oil change so what the heck.I left my car key and rim key with the front desk and was told Id hear from them soon but I never received a call so my wife went down right before closing and they were done.The only key that was returned was my car key and magicallyl the rim key is missing .I call them but they were already closed so I called Monday, went by Monday and called back Monday after getting the run around from the rude, unprofessional staff who placed the blame on me and my wife about the key.Did you check your car,her car, and went on to say they didnt have it or ever received it .The problem wasnt the key it was how we were treated but it was the same treatment I saw them give another customer.PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS HERE !!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED !!! now Im changing my work schedule etc to take care of the key problem that they caused and the work that I got on the car is still doing the same thing!

Front desk manager, Paula, is one of the rudest and disrespectful customer service managers Ive ever encountered!My windshield wipers had quit working so I pulled in thinking someone could take a quick look at them and let me know what was wrong. When they asked me to come inside and proceeded to try and open a ticket - I said Im sorry I thought this was something you could help me with so I turned to walk out. As I was leaving, Paula rudely snipped, Do you work for free? Her disrespectful comments were totally inappropriate and uncalled for!I took the vehicle down the street to OReillys and they came out, in the rain, to check my fuses - FOR FREE!!!My experience was appalling! No wonder her bays were empty!!!!

They do tire fills with Nitrogen.
