I love this place, I take my car there for everything. I know they will ALWAYS be honest with me about what does or doesnt need done. And they always give me the total beforehand of the things that need to be fixed immediately, or the price list of what could be fixed but isnt an emergency. Love them!

Max and the others out there really took care of my wifes 2007 Aveo.The best part was that rather than pushing the upselling of a whole new system they gave us options of repairing the damaged parts with full explanation of the fact that parts adjacent to the repairs arent covered if they fail later.Their follow up has been great, checking in a couple times since having done the repairs.

Midas in pekin is a total rip off kelly is a good front desk person but they told us we needed 1700 in repairs took to a different place and was told we didnt need but one thing we was quoted and WAS NOT TOLD we need front brakes at all and we was almost metal to metal on the front AVOID THIS PLACE enless you want to pay for things you dont need and not get what we did need ...RIPOFF RIPOFF RIPOFF

I came in 10 mins to close with a cracked hose and since I am from out of town they did it that night and went and got the part from another shop for me! They were so nice and I greatly appreciated it! When I drove past them a hour and a half after I left they were still there working overtime! They truly go out of their way for the customer! ALERT ALERT ALERT: The muffler on my car started making a loud noise. Took it to MIDAS in Pekin. THEY SAID IT NEEDED A NEW CATALETIC CONVERTER and it would cost almost a $1000.00 to fix. Took it to American Motor Trends in Pekin. He said all it NEEDED was a FLEX PIPE. SO, I HAD THEM FIX RIGHT THEN. $125.00. Parts and labor. Im very DISAPPOINTED WITH MIDAS. Car is quiet now.

I can get my car in to get repair and get it done in one day providing what is needed. They let me know what its going to cost. I had to get my hoses replaced and I was able to get in a few days. They had it done in 5 hours

I have been taking my car here for years. I have always been happy with the service. The men in there are very kind and thorough. I never feel like Im being taken advantage of. They explain everything in a succinct and knowledgeable way.

Went in for a check up and they wrote a bunch of stuff that didnt need replaced. Took to another shop a hour later and they said midas was just trying to get a high bill. Be careful

Ive been going here for years, they have always been great with us.

I cant complain about their work so far but the customer service is lacking greatly at this store, Being the only Muffler shop left in Pekin there is no reason Midas should not be busy 12 hours a day 6 days a week. A little extra service would go a long way to increase business.

Always go there for the cheapest, but best quality oil change in town. Tire replacements run on the high side though, and is much easier to find a lower rate

Needed new breaks and rotors.. they worked me in that day. They are a little pricey but overall I was very satisfied with the service.

Drove over for oil change only to find they are no longer open on Saturdays. Would have been nice to know before I left home.

Called ahead, came in and they had 1 var in the bay, told me I needed to make an appointment, did that, told them exactly what I needed, 30 dollar part from oreilys, dropnoff my car for the appt and get a call 30 minutes later, they called my vehicle the entirely wrong model, and then tried to talk me into way more work for 2x the price and a 3 day wait for parts, I can do the work myself, its a matter of time and convenience, they provided no service and took up my only day off with horrible shop management

Took my manifolds off, ordered wrong egr tube connector would not fit but they said was factory replacement but typical autozone parts are wrong. Lost my inner fender screws. Never taking my truck back there!
