This location is horrible. It looks nice and is kept clean, but I had a storage unit here for almost 3 years. In the period of three years, eight of those months I would come and make a payment and the gates were wide open and the back doors were wide open. I had to make a phone call up the chain of command two see why this was happening. I eventually got a phone call back after leaving a message with the Chief Operations about Leaving the facility insecure for almost 6 months at that point. The agreed amount that I signed on with was $42. After an increase to $50, they automatically added an insurance charge without me signing for it. I was able to have it removed after another facility told me I wasn’t obligated to have that insurance. Three months later, this location goes in and readjust the amounts to add in the insurance charge without my approval again. In the end, they apparently turned my account over to a creditor was because like many times, I went turn in my lock or key and let them know I was vacating, and as usual there’s no attendee and the doors are locked. This forced me to come back on the third of the month and attached another month billing cycle because I was unable to withdraw my account on notice. Find a different public storage if possible because this one is horribly run. They aren’t all like this.

Facility was very clean. Customer service was excellent. Property manager, Mr. King make the experience very enjoyable. He was very, very helpful.

This facility was used to store church donations that will be giving out to the public. Our church didnt have the space needed to store the merchandise. We needed someplace safe, secured, well lighted, clean, and excellent customer service. After reading countless reviews at many other facilities, we decided to visit this location for a tour. Mr. King introduced himself, gave a very warm welcome (as soon as we walked in he door). He answered our many questions, gave us a tour of the property, and his recommendations on what would be best the best fit for our need. Needless, to say, the property is very nice and clean and the grounds are very well kept. We moved in during the day, but did drive by at late evening just to see what it looked like, and sure enough...the whole property was lit up, quite, and secure! This is by far the best Public Storage Ive used. Ive used 2 in Austin and now moving my daughters stuff to this location. Mr.King was awesome and very thorough. The process was quick and very simple. Mr.King was very pleasant over the phone and in person.

This weekend Connie and Justin helped me get all set up with my storage unit. Even though I had my unit all setup through online reservation, Connie was able to get me into the next size up still getting me my online pricing. Not to mentioned Connie was good about listening to what I wanted in a storage unit and going above and beyond to accommodate me. For example, it was important to me that my unit had climate control. Well Connie made sure that my unit was not close to the doors or outside. Therefore, my unit would not be so exposed to the humidity. In turn Justin was good about keeping my 4 year old entertained giving me a chance to talk to Connie and getting my paper worked signed.Connie even helped me carry out my boxes to the car, which she did not have to do.Thanks Connie and Justin

Started off good when I first rented out my storage but when I went to go cancel my account I arrived at 5:52p and they had locked the door already because they close at 6p. Staff member inside waved to me that they were already closed for the day. Price keeps going up and up.

Customer service here is terrible, the previous employees were jems and knew how to operate their property effectively. Now the phones are never answered even with a property manager on site, gates are frequently broken, and the “climate controlled” units are hotter than the outside units. Lastly, every few months there is a price increase, making the units $50+ dollars higher than online pricing.

Charnele was very professional and accommodating. She made sure I understood each of the terms and agreements. I made my reservation online and was pleased with the pricing. However, there were lots of hidden costs and fees when I showed up at the store.

Great experience from start to finish. The great customer service started when I spoke to Jerold on the phone, I explained I was moving cross country I wanted to make sure I had everything covered. Jerold was great at explaining the cost and how the billing works, he answered all my questions with a sense of confidence. On moving day I had the pleasure of dealing with Tonia, she was so wonderful. Once I told her the movers were charging me by the step from the distance of the truck to the unit, she found me a unit right next to the gate so the movers wouldn’t take advantage of me with that fee. I can tell these two work well together.

Jerold was a great help, I was just stopping by to check prices on boxes and a unit, he was great showing me around and explaining how the property works. He even gave me a good deal on the boxes, turns out the moving packs are cheaper then buying the boxes separately. I dont plan on leaving here any time soon
