We have two units we are renting during our out of state move. Barney has been very helpful, explains everything, easy to work with, and has helpful suggestions. I highly recommend this location too. Easy in and out. The place is very clean and well lit. Entrance covers for if its raining.

I am a great fan of Life Storage. Ive used them before for the great service and friendly staff, with competitive rates. Reviewers may complain about rates going up with storage facilities but Life Storage has always been consistent...I have a long term storage as well as this small temporary storage renting today. Best of all they offer pesticide care which is important in the climate where bugs never really have a due off season. Many of their competitors which have the luxury look of Life Storage do not offer pest maintenance.

Very friendly customer service & easy process. Called last minute on a Sunday and the customer care line and Store Manager De’Niese Stamps were very friendly and helpful. I needed a truck in order to rent the unit and they did everything possible to help me locate an available one at a sister location since theirs was already reserved. Clean facility & fair prices. The location was not suitable for me, so she took the time to call other stores in the area to get me relocated. Could not of gotten this completed without her help! She is Awesome! Barney gave us a tour of the facility and explained the process. I was able to make a reservation online. That made it much quicker when we came in to complete the paperwork. DeNiese made the completion process painless. I was very pleased with how smoothly everything went.

I called this morning at 8 AM to ask a question about payment, then realized they open at 9 AM, so I hung up. Promptly, at 9 AM, DeNiese, the manager, called me since she saw my missed call. :) She wanted to know what she could do for me. She was cheerful, friendly, helpful and efficiently listened to me and answered my question. She offered to go ahead and take my payment over the phone when I expressed I was ready to pay, but my bill wasnt due for a few days, so therefore the online site wouldnt allow me to pay early. She let me know anytime I need anything or have a question, she was there for me. ***The storage facility gleams with cleanliness on the property, in the halls, in the storage compartment, in the elevator.*** There is a truck you can borrow, and there are utility carts to use for free. Rent storage here! Your needs will be met and you wont be disappointed! The rates are good too!

I have been a member here since 2012, and they have taken great care of me. Ms. De’Niese has been here even before I was here and has always taken great care of me. This is a great place to store your belongings and is climate controlled which is a plus.This is a place you should definitely try, you will not be disappointed.

The store manager (Denise)of Life Storage does not provide friendly customer service. She comes out while your working on moving your boxes into the uhaul to harass you. When I first signed up for a storage unit she took my phone from me And was trying to use it to show me where I could leave positive feedback for her after I received my storage unit rental. I told her I would like my phone back I need to go . I told her I dont have a lot of time to waste and that she needed to give me my phone back . Ever since then she has been very bitter and does not provide friendly customer service when I come onto the property. I warn you it does take at least an hour to get a rental unit to store your items and she is very inefficient and works slow.
