I ordered a pair of earring online, and had them delivered to the store. I received an email later that week that stated the earrings had been delivered. A couple days later, I went to pick up the earrings. The store stated that they did not have my order, and that it was still shipping. I check back with the store a week later, still no sign of my earrings. Once I reach out to customer care, I find out that my earrings were in fact delivered to the store 4 days after I ordered them, and supposedly shipped back to the warehouse because they were damaged. When customer care reached out to the store, no one knew anything about my order. The claim then went on to be investigated. Another 5 days pass and I receive an email from Zales with details of the refund amount that takes 5-7 business days to process. No explanation nor apology. Mind you, I ordered the earrings early April as a Mother’s Day gift, and here we are mid May. This did not meet the expectations of a fine jewelry store. Absolutely unacceptable.

We had a great experience shopping for our wedding ring. MYRA helped us out and she was very patient. She listened to what I wanted. The item I needed was not available but she made sure to try all the ways I can get THE ring. We ended up special ordering and still waiting to hear if it can be done. Regardless of the outcome, I give her 5/5 for the excellent customer service, attention to cleanliness, and professionalism.

Kevin helped me sort out an issue with a purchase since I didn’t have my credit card with me. He was so patient and very attentive. He made sure I walked out with what I needed and saved me an extra trip. Great customer service and very polite.

Brought my wifes Mikimoto pearl ring for discoloration where they did the resizing. What should have been an easy 2 week fix turned into 2 months. First time ring came back they had damaged pearl, they didnt believe me until they review pictures they took when dropped off. Pearl could not be fixed and had to get a replacement from Mikimoto which they blame for it taking long. Fast forward to this year and the pearl fell off, not even a year.

Service is horrible and they are rude. Bout a wedding ring had it sized and needed to have it resized. The associate appeared as if she didn’t even want me to come in the store. Also said she couldn’t give me an appointment to size my ring until a week latter. I’ll never purchase anything from Zales again

Rude!!!! Worse customer service, no discounts, rather take trip to Galleria to get proper service. Manager doesnt acknowledge customers sitting waiting, there are not enough workers to help, instead there were 2 workers helping one couple, while you sit and wait. The service is not worth going back..Will not be returning to Pearland location..

My wife went out of her way home from work to get her ring cleaned and inspected here, one of the many pieces we have purchased and warrantied through Zales. Its usually about a 4 minute process. Between the 2 employees at this location only one is able to do it, and apparently they were also the only one capable of helping the only other customer in store. My wife was asked why she was there, then casually dismissed and told to just come back later. Are you serious? Complete lack of respect for customers, not everyone is just out cruising at the mall lady. Zales has been my go to for jewelry for a while, but I wouldnt use this location anymore.

Associates at this location are RUDE.I was gifted a bracelet from the Galleria location and was told I could have it downsized at any location.Decided to take Zales up on the offer at the Pearland location and was met with a condescending associate (older woman with glasses and white hair in a short lob cut).I was questioned immediately with if it was even a bracelet. (Maybe she thought it was an anklet).As I informed her I wanted 5 links to be taken off as the bracelet had slipped off of me, I was told “I don’t think we can do that” and “it’s not even worth shortening it for 5 links”. I informed her I was told by the Galleria location it wouldn’t be an issue.Then she takes the bracelet and starts talking about having the links cut off. I stated I wanted to keep the link for future use if needed. She stated “they will just cut them off” and another associate corrected her stating to specifically indicate on the ticket “wants to keep the links”.And then questions why I don’t just clasp the bracelet tighter and have the excess links hang loosely off of the clasp.At this point, after all of the convincing this particular associate has done, I’m certain she plainly does not want to work with me. If I wanted to wear the bracelet in that manner, I would have.I’m baffled as to why she was rushing the interaction when there were 3 associates in the store and only 2 customers (myself and another). The store was not busy. It was a Thursday afternoon (6/27/3019) 3:50pm.This associate worked harder in finding ways to NOT do her job rather than just try to help find a solution.If it is not a part of the protection plan in having resizing, I am not sure why Zales would advertise as such.Im pretty disgusted by the interaction, the pushiness, the lack of attempting to hear what I was saying, the dismissiveness.Overall, do not recommend this store to anyone unless you want to be met with condescending associates.Will attempt the Zales in Galleria before I put off Zales all together.

This location has the worst customer service EVER! Ms. Carol was very rude and disrespectful! She yelled at me, talked over me, and insulted my intelligence. I called the customer service number to make a complaint and the representative informed me that both store associated denied anything had happened. Less than 10 minutes later, the other associates called me, whispering, and begged me not to mention her name when I spoke to their store manager. I am beyond livid!

I came to this store on a Sunday evening hoping to find an engagement ring. The schedule says that they close at 7pm and so I went there ten after six. They had locked the doors but the employees were still there. I made eye contact with two of them, one of them laughed. The second one stared me down. I knocked on the door and asked them why theyre locked. I didnt get a response instead the second employee made it clear I was not welcomed. Ive purchased products from Zales before and I can tell you their products are very good but in terms of customer service this store in particular isnt the best one Ive been to hence the terrible rating.

As far as sizing the ring, Zales did a good job, HOWEVER, the store associate named Carol was very UNPROFESSIONAL. She was very sarcastic, rude and felt as if she did not want to help. She even told me that she needed to hurry up me so she could go home.
