I highly regret purchasing my husbands wedding band through Jareds - worst decision. My husband has had his wedding band now for 3 months and it has already cracked. He even wears a plain cheap band when hes working with his hands as to not wreck his wedding band I purchased through Jareds. Yet here were are 3 months later and his ring is cracked due to a faulty ring since there has been zero trauma to the band. So we brought it in to the Pearland location. The manager told us there is nothing she could do. She made a comment while looking at the ring and said how these rings are supposed to be sturdy, but sometimes arent while WHACKING my husbands wedding band several times on the counter. Great thanks for taking an already damaged ring and making it worse. Definitely will not be recommending Jareds to family / friends, and will not be making future purchases from Jareds. Im greatly disappointed in their lack of professionalism as a company and inability to stand behind their product. I wish I had purchased my husbands wedding band elsewhere. I highly suggest you purchase your jewelry elsewhere too.
We went shopping for rings and got 3 beautiful ones engagement wedding ring and a guys band its pretty. My man has good taste
When I came with my fiance to pick out our wedding bands, the service was amazing I cant remember the name of the person that helped us but it was a sweet older fellow. Well we purchased the ring and had to wait to pick it up since we needed it to be resized and when I finally picked it up the service was awful I didnt get any names and the lady didnt seem to want to help me. Even tho this is my first purchase from Jared at any jewelery store I went to I got a respectful ring box and it would come in a nice bag. With this one they just handed me my ring in a plastic cheap box no bag nothing.Im disappointed with Jared

This was my first time at Jared on Sunday and I had the most amazing customer service by mrs.Solis and mrs. Cynthia they help me and my fiancé picked our wedding bands mrs. Solis was super nice I came back Monday to pay for my ring and she was the best I really appreciate her patience and help but today I came in to pick up the rings and she wasn’t there I was looking for her and nobody would help me until a lady ask another employee to help me I didn’t even get her name she was really rude you could tell by her face that she didn’t wanted to help me at least that’s how I felt she was wearing a pink blouse with a gray sweater the great customer service we received on Sunday by mrs.Solis doesn’t compare to what I got today I was sad and happy at the same time to get my rings I would definitely come back but ask for mrs.solis

She greeted us at the door with a smile and asked my wife and I what can she assist us with. We addressed to Rachel about the jewelry that was purchased and the defects it had. Staff are Great! They taught me how to take care of my jewelry the difference between real gold and plated gold. They treat you like family not just another customer, they listen and they give you great advise. Jared will be my forever Jewelry shopping spot. 😁💃🏽💎

This has to be the worst experience I’ve had spending thousands of dollars. What should have taken 1-2 hrs on several trips took over 3 hrs in their Pearland store due to their system is so ancient. I’ve bought probably 3-5 pieces from these guys and doubt to return.On top of all this, they lied about the warranty and tried to get my wife to buy it now ($300.00) and we really don’t even need it for 12 months . Honesty goes a long way with with us ......especially if you want a returning customer.
We came to Jared to get my wife’s wedding ring appraised for insurance purposes and we had a very great experience. The appraisal took about 30 minutes and was done right in front of us without them having to take the ring to any other rooms away from us. The pricing for the appraisal was very reasonable too.
Have been going to this location for some time prior to the purchase of my ring. My husband and I were always treated wonderfully and with utmost consideration and care, whether purchasing that day or not. Always greeted, listened to, and whats more- remembered! Ive been in subsequently to have my ring inspected and cleaned once, and even when it wasnt due again, I just came in to browse, they cleaned it for me anyways. Will be purchasing from this location for years to come.

I traded in my diamond that I bought five years ago when we got married for a new Neil Lane ring with an 1 carat emerald cut diamond in it. I LOVE it.The service was awesome. They sized my ring in just two hours and I got to wear it home.Michael is the best salesperson weve ever dealt with. He took his time and explained a lot about diamonds and wasnt pushy at all. Ive been going here a long time since we got our first ring here, and wouldnt shop anywhere else.
Ive been going to Jared for almost 20 years with no problems until now. Its almost impossible to make a payment on your merchandise because they send your account off to a third party and you have to call a million numbers because they arent even sure who has your account and you dont receive any emails. So save yourself hours of phone calls and just go somewhere else.

My husband and I came into this Jared to see about trading in my old wedding set for a new one. A lady named Rachel helped us and she was just awesome! She wasnt pushy and knew so much about the ins and outs of their selection and buying jewelry in general. The center stone quality was important to us and she answered all our questions, even after coming twice before making our decision! We made our choice and Ive never been happier with a ring than with this one. The sales lady Rachel also explained the warranties really well and put us at ease about any future repairs. The jewelers even got it sized in just a few hours and we picked it up later that evening the day we bought it. I highly recommend!

Bought another ring from Jareds and went back to have it sized today. Reluctantly the wife and I took the kids. The employees were great and Uncle Robert even carried my slobbering one year old around the store. After we left my wife commented about how pleasant it was to do business with them and not worry about the kids bothering the employees. I will be back but Ill try to stay out of the kids play place next time. 😀
The management it very poor. I went to him with a problem and he talk to me like I was the problem. so they want get any of my business any more. I felt like nothing. and I spent over 12,000 so far . but they want get a penny of my money .even some there workers are ugly. the jewelry is awesome I love my wedding rings and other items I got . and when you go to get them clean they half way do there job. they let you leave with loose diamonds. and a half way clean ring.. dont do business in PEAR LAND STORE>!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went by to purchase a watch that was scratched. They could have tried to sell me another one but worked to solve the issue by replacing the band all together. With engraving they expedited getting it done so that I would have it in time. Everyone I worked with went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed, even on a small purchase. Great customer service!
Just before our son’s wedding we took my grandfather’s wedding ring into Jared The Galleria of Jewelry in Pearland, Texas. The ring had been handed down to my father on his wedding day. He in turn gave the ring to me on my wedding day, and now it was my turn to pass it on to my son. The ring had my grandfather’s initials and his wedding date engraved deeply by hand. There were succeeding inscriptions. We took our ring into Jared The Galleria of Jewelry in Pearland for a light buffing. There was some confusion on the part of the goldsmith as to what he was to do on the inside of the ring, even though the instructions had been written down in plain English by the lead sales lady. She tried to explain to the goldsmith what was to be done. He was not grasping the instructions. I went into a protective, concerned mode and instructed them to do nothing to the inside of the ring – just buff the outside – do not touch the inside of the ring!This 107 year old family heirloom had survived the Russian Revolution, World War I and World War II. Then it encountered Jared Gallery of Jewelry.When my son and I, with great expectations, went to pick up our ring the sales lady retrieved it and with great fanfare opened the box revealing our ring, or was it our ring??? Imagine our shock, our horror, our dismay as we picked up the bright, shiny ring only to see that ALL OF THE DEEP ENGRAVING AND THE MAKER’S HALLMARK HAD BEEN GROUND OFF!!! It was all that we could do to control our anger. It was the only family heirloom of any value that we had of my grandfather and father.To make a long story short, Jared offered “store credit for store merchandise” at less than what the gold market value of the ring was on the day that we took it in to be buffed. To me this represents the ultimate betrayal by Jared The Galleria of Jewelry, the ultimate in corporate greed. I wrote them a letter telling them what it would take to “make me whole” as the lawyers put it. Jared did not reply.I have started to do what I can do to get justice. I cannot afford to take a giant corporation to court as they can outspend me any day of the week. Instead I have started picketing Jared. Yup, picketing them! Here I am, 73 years old in 4 days, spinal surgery just over 3 weeks ago and more to come, 2 fused vertebrae, and at least 8 herniated discs. Yes, every minute that I am out there picketing I am in pain, but I cannot let Jared corporate greed win, even if it kills me!My picketing must be bothering Jared The Galleria of Jewelry as they have called the local police several times about me. One rather nice police officer talked with me yesterday as did the head of the Pearland Town Center security. I explained my position to both. Both told me that I was within my rights. The police officer, Carlson, cautioned me to not set foot on the mall property as they could then file a complaint against me – point well taken - and to not stand too close to the curb because of the traffic. He also mentioned that I should be careful about the use of profanity as that too could bring in complaints. So far I’ve not used any words that could not be used in church. I do encourage people to boycott Jared. Later the District Manager for Jared drove in to visit with me, or rather to attempt to get me off the street corner. It didn’t work. He offered to buy me a drink, lunch – anything to get me off the street – not a chance. I want justice and now even retribution against their corporate greed.If you’ve read this far, please, lend me your support. Please, make this go viral online – send it to your family. Send it to your friends. Let’s show Jared The Galleria of Jewelry that corporate greed is self-destructive. They are a large chain with many stores. Let’s get their attention.BOYCOTT JARED!!!
The customer service at this location is some of the BEST out here, not to mention the quality of the jewelry they offer. I will continue to shop here for those reasons alone.
Needed batteries for my Brera watches. As soon as I walked in the door the vibe wasnt good. Was literally stopped in my tracks. Woman who stopped me looked at my watches and said we cant open those. Made ZERO sense. No problem...will spend my money elsewhere.

This place is rip a off! I walked in to get my ring cleaned, the rhodium cleaning for my 5th wedding anniversary, which I know costs because it’s a very thorough good cleaning and I’ve had it done else where but I was not prepared for all the bull they were trying to sell!!! So they told me price of rhodium cleaning and immediately put ring and band under telescope to examine the diamonds and told me I “have a couple loose diamonds” so of course they couldn’t clean ring without tightening diamonds and since I’m not the expert and didn’t see what they saw in telescope I have no way of knowing if diamonds are really loose are not, so ask how much to tighten diamonds and clean...they told me $200!!!! Rhodium cleaning cost $40-$70 most places and they wanted $200 for looking at my rings for less than a minute to clean and tighten diamonds?!?! Complete rip off so I took my rings to place my husband originally bought rings way across town...they cleaned rings with rhodium for $70 and my rings looked like new and beautiful AND they didn’t say anything about loose diamonds at the place rings were purchased!!!! Jared flat out lied and tried to scam more money out of me! No thank you, I’ll be driving across town to get ring cleaned!

I was stopped as I came in I asked if I could buy a box... lol a simple box and the women said we cant do that her sales companion stood to the side looking me and my daughter up and down from head to toe as if we didnt belong in the store.. very unprofessional... no on the box was one thing; and that was whatever; but the snooty looks nahhh this is not a professional environment I care to deal with again....

I was greeted at the door which was great but when I explained what I needed and the price range, he doubled it. Then when he found out I didnt want to pay that much a manager came and took over. I guess my little money isnt as important but even with all that it was a ring I did like that I saw and waited for the manager to get a card, and of all people the manager doesnt even have a card. Terribl, I will never go back.
I decided to go into Jared in Pearland, Texas. I just wanted to browse and see what I could see. I am thinking of asking my husband for an anniversary ring. So as soon as I walk in the door, I am approached by a saleswoman. I let her know I was just looking. She bird dogged me the whole time. I just wanted to look. I wasnt comfortable with her constantly approaching me. It was like walking onto a car lot and be hounded by a car salesman!! I wont be going back!
Went in today after making a 12 o’clock appt was told they do not take appointments. Was waiting along with another gentleman as soon as one of the sales associates finished with her customer she walked him to the door at the same time another customer was coming in. Needless to say she started working with him, I guess me and the other gentleman wasn’t worthy of timely customer service.

I went to get my wedding and engagement ring that I had bought there to get inspected and cleaned. I usually take it to the memorial location and I am always super happy with my results. I took it the this pearland location and the lady didnt clean the ring whatsoever. It is super dirty still and looks like she just wiped it with a cloth. Super disappointed and never going back to this location.

Their website posted that they were open at 11. The sign on the door said they were supposed to open at 11. They didnt open until 12. When I called, she tried to say it was a misprint. When I pointed out it said that online, she said they just werent ready to open yet. We drove half an hour to be told they just werent ready to open.
My husband and I went to Jared is Pearland, Tx to look at setting that I saw in their Overland Park, Kansas store. The sales lady Tasha found the setting I liked, it cost $1299. (I was trying to match my diamond wedding band. Then she said she had something better. She came with a larger setting that was approximately $489. She said this setting was a trade in and that the same setting brand new was about $2,000. I told her that I liked the setting and it was beautiful but I wasnt sure about the diamond she was trying to sell my husband. I have been researching and was looking into purchasing a wholesale diamond, but I didnt mention this to her. So once I said I liked the setting but was unsure about the diamond which was $6,000. She comes up with the idea that they can take a diamond out of another setting which cost $3200. This diamond would cost $3,000. I told her I wasnt really sold on it. She tried to get us to open credit and we said no. So then she said we have layaway so you can put $100 and that will start the layaway. I told her that I only wanted the setting because I wasnt sure of the diamond. She said ok, but when when she did the receipt she put the setting and the $3200 ring. I asked her to take it off because I wasnt sure. She insisted to keep it on there and think about it. My husband told her again, she is only interested in the setting. She said, no, no. Think about the diamond too. So we asked what are the terms of the layaway??? She kept saying dont worry. So needless to say, my husband went back last night (two weeks later). They couldnt find the setting or ring. They got on the phone, then came back saying their corporate office requested they send it back. Then Tasha tried to sell him another setting. He said no because I wasnt there and he just didnt want to do business with them. They did refund his money. I am glad I didnt get anything from them because now I see they are not trustworthy. I have also read a lot of consumer complaints. Back to square one.
Was signed up for a Jared’s credit card without even being told! didn’t even know until a few months later when i was buying a house and it showed up on my credit.
Horrible customer service. I understand being a commission based sales person, but for every single person to walk by me and not ask me if I needed any assistance is terrible.
I called the pearland store today at 12:10 pm and spoke to rachel in which im was asking if my daughters class ring has came in and she was entirely very rude and didnt really wanna help at all so needless to say i wont ever be buying from her so she might wanna take some customer service classes or quit dealing with the public!

I want to express how amazing this store is from the environment to the people behind the counters. When you walk into the store, you feel a sense of love and inviting. This is one thing I can say that is completely different from other jewelry stores I have been in. In addition, the customer service is incredible. Staff is completely patience and listens to exactly what I wanted. I can honestly say I will never buy from another jewelry store again. I am committed to driving the 45 minutes from Humble to Jareds Pearland location anytime. I would give 100 stars if I could.
