Stopped in to pickup 2 dozen donuts for the grandchildren. I really enjoy the variety of donuts to choose from. Although there was only one person working at the time when I went in, he was handling everything with ease. He was taking care of the drive-thru orders and the counter orders. He was operating so smoothly, I actually wasnt ready when he was ready to take my order. I went ahead and made my order and he got me taken care of. He was very nice as well. I commend him for his hard work.

Donuts, kolache, cinnamon buns... all the goodies in one place.There are locations all over the state, so it makes it super easy to stop in & grab some donuts.This visit we bought kolaches, donuts & coffee for breakfast for the family.Even in the middle of COVID-19 the service was great, pricing is fair & they were swift to get us in and out.Yayyyyy I love Shipleys.

Just spent $50 at this location tried to call them a few times today because of issues with items I purchased. Bad product and service today and usually i love this location come here alot but after today I have change of thought.

Opened the doors a wee bit early. I was waiting in my car an once i was served fresh piping hot donuts and kolaches! As promised.

Wow, this place is so hospitable. Very nice and clean. The fact that you see veterans hanging out in the morning together talking is awesome. I respect our veterans and its good to know they have a good place to hang out and share stories and company. I bought them a round of coffee and donuts one time out of respect. This place has great service and always clean. For being small they are quick and have the best donuts in town.

I received 2 coupons at a concert that are each redeemable for 2 free donuts. They are no purchase necessary and it says on the coupon Limit 6 cards per visit, which would be a dozen free donuts. I tried to redeem my 4 free donuts and was told the manager would only allow 2 free donuts. When I asked why, the employee said, thats just what the manager said. Well manager, you lost a sale (I planned on getting a dozen total) and my future business.

The staff was outstanding even being swamped.

Personally, I love this place. Best donuts and great customer service. No problems here at all.

Came at 7pm and everything indicating that it’s open online the front door saying they close at 8pm. Called no answer and doors are locked.

Ooh they have beignets yep you are reading this correctly beignets they arent the hot coffe house beignets but more like a powdered rectangle donut thats really soft 😋 OMG DO NOT I repeat DO NOT eat them in your car learn from my mistake I had powder EVERYWHERE

The lady who works the window is rude every time I come. I ordered a coffee and when I asked her nicely for creamer and sugar she had an attitude. The service is fast but customer service is rude, I wont be going back.

They changed the recipe for the doughnuts. These do not taste like the original Shipley’s... light and fluffy that melt in your mouth. These are just dough with some glaze on them. It seems this location decided to go the cheaper route and order mediocre dough. Go to the Shipley’s further down broadway past the railroad tracks for authentic Shipley’s experience. Very disappointed in this location now. If I could give no stars I would for the fraud.

Very disappointed I schedule my trip into the city make sure I stop by each time. Today very disappointed I order boudin kolache and the big Earl kolache. Big Earl was a regular hotdog and the boudin was ricey. Hoping this was just a bad day...

To anyone wondering why this location tastes a bit differently than what your used to its because it is. Theyve substituted the Doug and sausages used for the food. Its offbrand. And not official recipe. Smh i have to drive to 35 and broadyway for the real thing.

The elderly, Latin lady at the window is extremely RUDE. We all have our good and bad days but this was not our first or second rude encounter with her. You can be so polite to her and shell still be rude and make you feel like youre an inconvenience to her. I tried calling this Shipleys location so I could speak to a manager, but it just rang. Hopefully, management see reads these reviews.

I would say they are the best doughnuts in Texas. I do believe they have gotten smaller, though.
