Came in for quick tire check and oil change. Waited an hour and a half and was first in line for them to say we don’t have your filter. Really. Wasted my time for nothing. I asked why they didn’t tell me and the service tech just ignored me and walked out. Literally dealing with every other car. What in the world! Worst service ever!!

These guys had what I needed in stock. Service was quick and accurate.

The department manager was great as always and employees are nice at this location, Ive been to some Walmarts where this department employees seem like they hate their job

Well done. All auto supplies are centrally located in the south of the store. Easy to find what I needed. Staff was pleasant and available. Nice to shop there.

I came here to get my new tires installed and the entire team was extremely helpful. Austin, Chance, & Randy all did a great job assisting me and answering any questions I had about tire install services. I recommend this auto care center for anyone needing tire services.

I just get my oil change and my car batteries here. I never get asked for additional services. Customer service is always great and direct. I noticed some people complain that they waited and can’t get anything done cause something happened and Walmart can’t do anything. Just call ahead Walmart is busy most of the time and will give you a wait time estimate if you call. This is Walmart not a mechanic shop, so they’re not miracle workers when it comes to servicing cars with serious problems.

Donot.. do not install tires here.. the service is poor.. air was leaking in one of the tires, brought it to them, sir, there is no issues with ur tire.. they are awesome.. Took them to discount leak fixed.. nail in the tire.. if you dont know how to diagnose an issue why are you doing this business.. tried rotating and balancing, no sir, your tires are worn out, we cannot work on it.. man this is awesome.. they just donot want to work or they are really poor at their job.. am not coming back.. learnt the lesson. Always use professionals when u need to get things done... it is not worth it..

This place is better then the one in Alvin cause they mess everything up. Yeah the wait can be long at times but its that way at all of Wal-Mart automotive. They are understaffed here but have not had any issues here.

Got to Walmart at 8am to get oil change. I was the first one there. They opened the hood to my car and nobody did anything to it. I complained to management. And then I got out of there after 10am. Horrible

I do not recommend this place at all.Please people even if you have to pay a little more elsewhere, do not trust the Walmart automotive department with your car.I stopped at Walmart to buy a battery for my car and while I was there I decided it would be a good idea to get an oil change on my car and save time n money.They broke the bolt to the oil pan a n d damage the oil pan.The manager call me and asked me to return to the department because they had a small problem with my car and told me that I needed to call a tow truck and tow my car out.I drove my car in, Ive only gad this car for a year, they had to puch my car out on to the tow truck.I ended up paying for Towing and $600.00 to repair the damage they cause.Not only that, I was without transportation for 3 days.Walmart and their insurance refused to pay for damage to my car.

Oil changes take a minimum of 3 hours here. If you need tires done, you better have a full 5+ hours to sit and wait.Worst walmart auto Ive ever been to.

A tire center that doesnt install tires. Stopped in on Saturday to buy tires and was told that they cant install tires because they arent trained but might be able to later in the day. Tried again on Sunday and was told that they arent installing tires today to try again on Monday.

If you go early in the morning you can be in and out fairly quickly.

Waited two and half hours for a oil change. Not cool. Watch them and they was visiting alot. So I wait!

Waited an hour for two tires to be mounted and after an hour or so they told me they cancelled the service because I was missing one Lugnut. I mean they could of just told me that 10 min into the service 😧

I give 000 for reviews they rally suck at this place for automotive ....i took my mother inlaws car for oil change last time acording to me, to save time ...they installed a very little oil filter ..like those found in 3 cylinder engines...bad bad .not just that after a few days my mother inlaw toldme about a light in dash i went ahead first i cheked every fluid in that car ..the trans oil was very very dry ..that trans needed 3 bottles of oil they really suck ..so first they drained my trans oil ...i guess they notice tha color they replaced the plug ....but o well thank god i got it on time .never go there again

The Csm was horrible and wasnt willing to help me. The cashier and the manager guy was trying to help me in every way!

It took use 3 hour to get one tire replaced and they replace 8 tires before us
