I had called at 8 AM and the owner, Nick answered the phone right away. He was able to see me at 2 PM on the same day. Due to my issue and urgency, Nick saw me at 11 AM at his headquarters shop off I-10 & Beltway 8.He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He was able to reinstalled my sliding door window which was off the bracket on the door in 15 minutes.Let me just tell you, aside from the above comments, Mr. Nick is one man that I rarely run into life! Let me also add that to me Nick is like a Saint. His character is top notch, a great man…. He fixed my car issue and he didn’t even charge me one penny! He further said to me, he likes to help people.” Before I left his shop still stunned, he came back out and offered me a cold cup of filtered water. And I needed it! His heart is like a diamond…The point I am driving at is that he has an office & car expenses to pay, he has to support his family yet his heart is just wanted to help others. This shows me that Nick & his company is definitely a business that you can trust and rely on for your windows need.I am adding a few pics below and endorsing him! Ive used Dealership Auto Glass twice now. The first time was for a rear drivers side window replacement after a break-in. They were very prompt in coming to my place of work, and completed the job very quickly, including matching the window edge tints. The second time was to repair rock chips in my windshield. I called them up, took the car to a close dealership and it was repaired immediately and looks like new. I would highly recommend.
