The Customer service at this facility in Pearland is amazing. I came to get my windshield repaired and I spoke with Alex, he was very helpful and was 100% transparent with me. I ended up going through my insurance so wasn’t able to get my windshield repaired the same day but ended up coming back because of Alex. The next day I came back and as soon as I pulled up he remembered me. Alex was sooo helpful and his customer service was really amazing. There was another gentleman Moses there that helped me with the paperwork as Alex repaired my windshield and he was helpful as well.And not to mention the actual work was amazing, I can barely tell where the hit was before.Would recommend them 100 times and will be back if needed. I hope I won’t have to but will be there if I have to.

Both happen to be very informative on the insurance process as well as repair time and causation of potential spread that can create a spiderweb. I would definitely recommend this location.

Chris fixed 2 chips and a lengthy crack in about 30 minutes. I can barely see the chips anymore and the crack looks really cleaned up. He contacted my insurance company and got things moving and made the process extremely smooth and simple. 1 year warranty as well.

Don’t go here. They had a guy who clearly did not know what he was doing work on my car. I tiny chip less then half an inch in size spread to over 6 inches and they still charged me full price . Very upset and will NOT be returning.

Ive had windshield chips before, but had one that cracked out about 10 in on me this time and was really worried I wouldnt be able to get it fixed. However, Robert (the technician) was very nice and informative and made me feel assured he could fix it. He called my insurance for me, to have them pay for it, and had my window fixed all under twenty minutes! Would definitely recommend over trying to replace the window.

I had a truck in front of me on the freeway kick up a rock that hit my windshield. That created a spiderweb which grew into a 4 inch crack. I came by yesterday and asked if anything could be done. The man who works there, Christopher, was very helpful. He provided me with the number to reach my insurance and filled in the crack in no time. He even spotted and filled smaller cracks that I hadnt noticed before. Such a relief!

All of the construction in Houston has caused rocks to be on the highway damaging our vehicle windshields. I had three chips/cracks in my windshield. Robert and Willis took excellent care of me and my windshield looks as good as new. They were very informative, professional, and explained every step and detail I needed or would want to know. They were quick and effective. The insurance verification process is very quick and I didn’t step foot out my car. I would definitely return if I need my windshield repaired in the future.

Robert was a great technician and for how big my repair was they did a good job. At least I dont have to pay to get my windshield replaced at this time and the repair is guaranteed a year.Everyone that complains that they can still see the crack after the fact of the repair, how do you expect a crack to fully disappear in a windshield? If thats your complaint you should have just gotten a new one.

Nice, soft spoken technician named Ronnie fixed my windshield crack in less than 15 minutes with warranty of one year. Did not pay anything since I claimed it thru Geico.

If I can give a negative negative rating I’d because the work is horrible and the people trained or not certified trained and you still have to pay because your insurance is gonna get billed $250 or more resulting in increase and mr reginald has poor people skills and unprofessional I’d recounting going to get any repairs done by patsco who or in businesses with mr reginald because if we or not appreciated as customers why should we give them/him our money

Crack is still visible, plus a drill hole they put in the windshield. Dont waste your money just buy a new windshield.
