Roderick was awesome. He was new and was straightforward on that && asked the manager for assistance when needed. Everything was done in a timely manner!

Bea at the Pearl City store is amazing! She is very knowledgeable, helpful and caring! She will make sure all your needs are taken care …she real does care about the customers and not just about the sale.

Greeted by an extremely personable woman. Unfortunately, she was already helping someone else at the time of our arrival. She said we could roam around and look at their selection as someone will be with us shortly. After about 10 minutes, 2 associates came out from what looks like their back/break room and started decorating the sales floor. After 20 minutes, I was over it and I told my gf lets go. The best part? We were there to purchase 3 phones and start service. If this is indicative of what their service will be like, I think Ill stick with my current provider.

Friendly, but highly incompetent representatives.they have NO idea what they are doing. ATT won’t PAY for talent. They seem to think this job is like working at McDonalds. Working at McDonalds is probably better

Another fantastic experience here at the Pearl City store!! We are always treated with respect and kindness and the staff really takes time to work with our family!From the time we entered Ashley greeted us with a smile and made sure we were signed in and knew how long the wait would be! (Which wasn’t long!)Then Mikayla took the time to get my husbands phone and watch all paired and working together! In between the waiting for phones to pair and reset, she and Vik were chatty and kind! All at the end of the night! We were treated as great as if we were the first customer of the day!

I felt he did his best to get us the most perfect plan for our needs, & ensured we were happy when we left.We had an issue he had to contact customer service to resolve, & despite him having to be on the phone with them for a ridiculous amount of time, Roberto was gracious & professional throughout.In the future we would definitely come back to work with Roberto. Associate Roberto is good with communicating and explains to me in detail with what is happening and the current promos. He also makes me feel comfortable with the questions I ask. All around good vibes. 5 stars for customer service.

After having a bad and unwelcoming experience at the Waipahu store, my husband and I came in to the Pearl City store to ask about combining our phone plans and activating new phones. We were greeted by a male employee who was very friendly, welcoming and organized when he checked us in. Mikayla shortly after came out to help us earlier than our appointment time. She was very knowledgeable about AT&T’s services and provided us the information we needed, transferred our data to a new phone and answered all our questions very professionally. She and her colleagues at the Pearl City location offered outstanding customer service and made our experience very positive overall.

Dave and Shanti showed the best customer service ever! I’m so glad to come into there pearlcity store. They helped me from start to finish bending over backwards for me just to get my family there phones. I appreciate them, there time and effort and there services. Awesome people!!!

This branch has a very nice associate. I was planning to buy a phone as birthday presents for myself, but she suggested something for me that was more reasonable and practical. That time, even if i didnt bought anything that day, i got a very satisfactory customer service. Salute!

I work for USPS. We usually receive a discount on accessories. Only certain ones apply. The girl took the time to find the ones that I could receive a discount on. She was so patient.As always, everytime I walk into the store, I am greeted so warmly! I love going there!

Manager Frank was absolutely clueless. He didnt know anything and was rude. He told me whats so hard to understand? After I asked why I was being turned away because I needed to call in after they watched me wait outside for 30 minutes!. They said it was kupuna hours but turned away kupuna who were 1 year younger then their cutoff he said he drove far and they still turned him away. Disgusting ugly behavior from the staff. I went in to add a line and buy 2 phones but not anymore. This stores employees attitudes are ugly. Canceling my service.

Came in to get a new phone 30 minutes before closing. They said I wasnt an authorized user on my account even though we had explicitly made sure I was an authorized user only a couple months prior to a visit at a different store. Person I talked too didnt seem remotely apologetic and seemed to only want to get me out of the store before close.

Precious was our customer service rep. for 3 days straight due to my son locking his phone. She was / is totally awesome. Vey friendly!

OMG Sonia Martinez was absolutely outstanding. She helped us out and knew what we needed. She is a true professional and knows her job and products well. AT&T you got me for some more years because of her, and not because of a contract.

Worst Service

The employees customer service honestly was just straight up rude. They had and gave off the vibe and look as well to where if you aint going to bye anything and spend money then well get to you when we get to you.

AT&T as a whole is hit or miss, but this shop is wonderful. They have worked with me through multiple issues and have done the best they could each and every time.

It takes a long time for a simple. Process is so time consuming. Never been able to do what was needed I less than an hour.

Terrible manager Tiana very rude and unpleasant. She should find another job,perhaps one that doesnt need to deal with people. She didnt even try to help. Even if the situation was out of her hands she looked disgusted, it was closing and I know she didnt want to hear anything, she just wanted us to leave. Very poor customer service would suggest going to another AT&T or change carrier.
